I’m currently halfway through my treatment for pelvic floor weakness and prolapse and I can honestly say it’s been a five-star experience so far. From the very first session, Charl has been incredibly caring, understanding and genuinely invested in my progress.

She takes the time to really listen, answer every question and explain things in a way that makes me feel comfortable and confident. There’s a real sense of empathy and connection, which has made a big difference to my motivation and consistency with the exercises.

Already, I feel so much stronger, more empowered and far more in control of my pelvic floor. My prolapse feels higher and more supported and the exercises do not feel like a chore—they feel like something positive I’m doing for myself.

I’m looking forward to the rest of the treatment and would highly recommend her to anyone needing pelvic floor physiotherapy. Thank you so much for all that you have done so far, I can't wait for the the rest!

I visited Charlotte after I had a hysterectomy and Posterior repair. I was conscious that I wanted to prevent any ongoing issues and to generally strengthen my pelvic floor after two vaginal births. Charlotte was so lovely and reassuring and informative. She instantly makes you feel at ease. The chair itself is a wonderful piece of equipment. It's not painful and time goes so quickly whilst it works it's magic. I've noticed a real improvement in my pelvic floor strength and the info/education that Charlotte has provided means I can continue to strengthen and maintain

I can honestly say this treatment has made a real difference in my daily life. Charlotte is incredibly knowledgeable and so friendly. I felt comfortable and respected from the start, and everything was explained clearly, which made the process empowering. The treatment was personalised, never rushed, and I saw noticeable improvements to my bladder control, and core strength. It’s been a truly positive, confidence-boosting experience and a great investment in my health.

My GP diagnosed me with rectocele in November, this is a prolapse from the rectum into the vagina (the joys of being a woman). I was told it couldn’t be reversed and my only option was to ensure it didn’t get worse, to do this I had to stop all impact exercise, lifting or pushing anything remotely heavy and definitely not to get constipated. I was referred to the NHS physio for pelvic floor exercises but was told there was a wait of at least 12 months. As an active 50 plus woman I was devastated so I decided to see what the alternatives were and came across Charlotte at Female Health on the internet, after reading all the amazing reviews I decided to book a free consultation. This was the best thing I ever did, Charlotte put me at my ease immediately and was so confident she could fix me I signed up there and then. After 8 sessions I am fixed, I am back doing all the activities I love to do. I would definitely recommend Charlotte, she has changed my life. Charlotte is so lovely, I will miss our early morning session and her special chair 😉

I have found Charlotte through recommendation. She has been amazing from start to nearly coming to an end. She really listened, reassuring, and was really patient. I would recommend her to anyone with poor pelvic floor muscles and weak bladder muscles. Although I am not completely 100% corrected I would say I am getting there. I have 2 more sessions left but the change so far has been amazing. Main issue for me was very weak pelvic floor muscles and very poor bladder control. Since I have been going I have so far had no more leaks. Although sometimes the urge is there I feel I can control which before I was not able to. She is very friendly. She made me feel at ease from my first session. Communication is excellent. I am so glad I found her. Thank you.

The introductory session with Charlotte was great. A relaxed and positive experience with a clear explanation of the benefits of staying on top of pelvic health. I recommend a trial session for any woman post childbirth or perimenopausal as the information just from a consultation was extremely informative.

I had sessions with Charlotte and she is very professional and knowledgeable. The sessions really helped me to understand and also imbedded the exercise in daily routine. Highly recommend to anyone suffering either pelvic floor symptoms.

I am in my mid-40s and have experienced bladder issues since my last surgery to remove endometriosis from my bladder and bowel in 2018. The NHS provided me with tablets, but they did not work. I had been waiting to start physiotherapy until this year, 2025, but I had to cancel my appointment because I had to take my daughter to the hospital. I was informed that I would go back on the list, and I’ve been waiting again for about four months.

Recently, I found a woman named Charlotte on Facebook and sent her a message explaining my situation. I went in for a free consultation, and after six treatments, I no longer experience bladder issues. I don't feel like I constantly need to use the toilet, and I don't have to wear liners anymore. It’s just amazing! Now, I just need to follow the aftercare. 😁

I got in contact with Charlotte because my pelvic floor was suffering after having 2 kids. Exercise became a struggle without wearing a pad, so I got in touch with Charlotte. She is so lovely and made me feel very comfortable during the consultation as well as the sessions. Charlotte has incredible knowledge about the pelvic floor and is able to communicate her knowledge to people like me who’ve found it really difficult to locate these very important muscles. She is so passionate about helping women to regain control of their pelvic floors and in a lot of cases their lives too.

I’m so glad that I decided to book in with Charlotte- I’d pretty much lost any connection with my pelvic floor and felt quite negative about regaining the ability to exercise it correctly. This despite many years of Pilates and Yoga, but I’m 71 and have an overactive bladder with rectal issues also, but have been on HRT for 20 years and continue on the OAB medication.
However, Charlotte exudes positivity and knowledge, and after the 8 sessions on the Powerform plus chair I have definitely regained connection & strength within my pelvic floor. She is extremely positive and motivating and I continue to carry out the exercises twice daily- definitely a need to ‘use it or lose it’. I remain a grateful and satisfied client, and will return for a top up if/ when needed. This needs to be more widely available as generally as women it’s up to ourselves to maintain this crucial connection. Thank you Charlotte 🤗

I’ve had 8 sessions with Charlotte and I wish I’d gone sooner! Have seen a huge improvement in pelvic floor but most of all, the way in which Charlotte approaches each session was really encouraging. I now feel confident in exercises at home and know i have to use it or lose it for this muscle!

Having been to my GP with peri menopause symptoms …. Slight prolapse and told your options are surgery or possibly physio therapy (there is one physiotherapist for the whole of the area I live ). I attended my meditation class and my angel walked in Charlotte , we introduced ourselves and she explained what her business was and how she could help me. It was like a moment that was meant to be

My treatment is now coming to and end and I am a different person both mentally and physically. My prolapse is better and under control, Charlotte has given me excercise s and empowerment to continue with my pelvic floor health. Charlotte made me feel relaxed and supported during treatment she has really helped me feel like I can one day attempt a star jump (IYKYK) she is very welcoming and knowledgeable. Take the leap of faith have the treatment it will be worth the investment. Basically invest in yourself and your health.

Had a course of sessions last year , I am 54 , had issues with large fibroid, leaking, urgency to need loo etc . Anyway I’m always open for natural ways to help, and also to keep maintenance on body for health to be best I can as I continue to age . Recently went for a top up this year, I can feel the diff it’s made but when my partner asked have you had surgery down there ? It was also proof this really has made a diff .. so highly recommend anyone wanting to try it out . And Charlotte is just lovely ! Thanks
