⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Incredible care, expertise, and a total confidence boost!
I can’t thank Lauren and Lucy at Abstract Hair Salon enough for how wonderful they made me feel.
Lucy did a shape and tint on my brows and lashes on Monday, and she was fantastic. Without me even having to explain, she knew instinctively what shape and shade would suit my face, while still making sure it aligned with my personal preference for thickness. Finding someone you can completely trust with your face is rare, but she did an amazing job and is such a lovely girl.
Lauren worked absolute wonders on my hair. After dealing with severe stress and anxiety that caused my hair to fall out, I had previously made the drastic decision to shave it all off from long to nothing. It had finally grown back just enough to work with, but it’s fine, flyaway, and very soft—a total challenge! Lauren was so respectful, kind, and genuinely empathetic. She gave me honest, expert advice without a hint of judgment. Most importantly, she transformed my hair so I felt completely respectable and polished for a business dinner that evening and a full-day conference the next day.
Together, Lucy and Lauren took me from feeling self-conscious to feeling fully ready to step into a room of hundreds of important people. Thank you both so much!

Until the first covid lockdown I used to visit every 6 weeks. then things changed for me, I went back in August 2026 and it felt like 6 months not 6 years since I had been there. Have always had a great rapport with Louise and even after 6 years she remembered things we had discussed and she did exactly as I asked and was very happy with the result. Other long standing staff namely Jack remembered me and all the new staff were lovely. Long may Abstract continue.

All of the staff are amazing at what they do, cut, colour whatever you are wanting to bring out the best in your hair. They are a friendly family who welcome you into the salon with a chat and a drink.

First time I have had my hair done by Anna.
I had a root touch up cut,wash and blow dry.
I am very pleased with the outcome of my hair she has done a really good job.
Anna is very chatty and friendly and made you feel at ease.

Best hair salon in Wirral and I've been going for.many years now. All staff are welcoming and professional, Jack is brilliant - has been my regular stylist, cutting and highlighting my hair for a long time, and I'm always happy with results. I've had other stylists there too and they're all excellent and style my hair to my liking.
