I am not sure on the name of my stylist but I had to pick one for the review. I booked in for a toner and cut, my hair is slightly damaged from bleaching to get to exactly how I wanted it, I explained to my stylist and showed a photograph of my hair when it was first dyed and told her that was the colour I wanted she agreed however when the toner was removed it was a warm blonde that was not what I asked for I asked for light blonde that was clearly shown in the picture also
Wonderful colour and blow dry as always with Luca.
Elaine is very friendly but professional at the same time.
Elaine was totally responsive to my needs and requirements. Much-needed treat at a stressful time, ending up with an amazing hair style.

What to say? Words fail me every time I go and see my lovely Luca. Ok let's get this over with quickly. The fact that she is a great stylist is never in question. I could close my eyes and let her get on and it would be perfect as Luca knows her clientele, what suits them and what they like. Her conversation is always on our joint interests and never a nuisance (ie if I wanted peace and quiet).

Mahsa has given me confidence in hairdressers again. She is kind, patient and friendly. She is very experienced, which is reassuring and she has really helped me improve the condition of my hair. She always takes the time to talk through what we’re going to do and checks that I’m happy with it. My hair looks lovely, and I’d never go anywhere else now!

Stylist - and all staff - interested in me and what I want for my hair. I was well looked after and came out with exactly the style I wanted.
This was my first time visiting Pkai in Deeping. Elaine was really friendly, listened carefully to my ideas and offered great advice. I have naturally wavy hair, so I normally leave my hair to air dry; Elaine was happy to accommodate this. Thanks for a great hair cut!
Had a wash cut and finish by Elaine today and came out with lovely bouncy hair. Highly recommend, amazing finish, friendly staff and a good price.
