Very friendly receptionist who was very polite and cut my fringe for me - very chatty and appropriate - I definitely recommend this salon - manager is a lovely lady who runs a great team in my opinion - Erin often does my full head tint and cut and again is such a delight to chat too - well done to everyone who works there - salon is immaculate and beverages are offered !!

In all these years, she has never once disappointed me. Not only is she incredibly talented, but she also makes every visit such a lovely experience. The hours fly by while my hair is being done because we’re always having great conversations and plenty of laughs. Luca gives both friendly and professional advice, not just about my hair colour, but also about how to properly look after my hair at home, which I truly appreciate. I also love that we’re now working on new, more on-trend colours and she always guides me in the best direction. The atmosphere at Pkai Hair salon is always welcoming and relaxed, which makes the whole experience even better.
