I have been seeing Luca regularly for around six years—usually every six to eight weeks—and there has not been a single occasion when I have left feeling unhappy with my hair. Her work is consistently exceptional. She listens carefully, truly understands what you want and always gives knowledgeable, honest advice about what will work best for you and your hair.

But Luca is so much more than an incredibly talented hairdresser. She is warm, funny, caring and an absolutely wonderful human being. She chats, laughs and makes every appointment so enjoyable that the hours simply fly by. Over the years, our conversations have become deeper and more meaningful, and I genuinely treasure them. I have never once felt uncomfortable or anything other than completely welcomed, understood and cared for.

I absolutely love PKai Hair. I have been visiting the salon for many years, and every time I walk through the door, it feels like coming home. I always look forward to seeing Luca—it genuinely feels like a special little date in my diary that I cannot wait for!

Luca, you are phenomenal at what you do, your advice is priceless and you always go above and beyond for your clients. I love my hair, and I love you to bits! I wouldn’t trust anyone else and couldn’t recommend you highly enough. ❤️

Impeccable blow dry. I normally have my hair finished off by the straighteners but when I saw Gemma doing it I thought ' there's no way she'll need to use the straighteners '. But she did. Power straighteners. Wonderful. Thank you. Oh my hair is extremely thick and frizzy so that's a little miracle of dexterity

I had my hair cut by Erin and couldn’t be happier. she did a great consultation and really listened to what my ideal goal was and did her best in the time (because I booked in for the wrong thing not a mistake by the shop) and I was thrilled with the results for the event. The whole team is very friendly and it is a lovely, friendly and relaxed atmosphere in the shop.

Had my hair coloured and cut with Erin on 04/07/26. Fantastic experience! Erin is a really lovely person and listened to what I wanted, giving feedback on what could be a better option. We had a great conversation the whole time which never felt forced or awkward. My hair looks fantastic and exactly what I wanted, and she even managed to curl it which is honestly no mean feat as my hair won’t hold a curl to save its life. Absolutely would recommend and look forward to my next appointment!
