Perfect cut and colours today. Mahsa is a great hairdresser and brilliant at her job. The team at the salon are the best ! My only concern is the salon lighting...flicking on and off ...can the electrics be looked at??

The best ever hairdressing experience I have had in my life. The whole experience from stepping through the door to leaving the salon was amazing. Mahsa was so approachable, caring, welcoming, and professional- it is clear to see that she loves her job. She is incredible and deserves the highest praise. I love how she has transformed my hair.

Elaine was brilliant. She explained everything to me before, discussed what I wanted and what I was expecting. After having a bad haircut by another salon, I was extremely nervous about trusting someone else, but she put me at ease and left very happy.

Sadly it is costly and the building is suffering through lack of tlc. Lucky for pkai the staff are fantastic.

First and foremost I would like to say that as per usual the ladies at Pkai are all extremely nice. In fact I think of them as friends. However the actual salon itself was in dire need of attention. I come to Pkai not only because Luca is such a great hairdresser for my type of hair but also as a pensioner I look forward to a relaxing time. And today I definitely did not feel relaxed due to various shortfalls of the salon itself. As the reason why I scored badly today's visit is : the computer wasn't working so would have been very time consuming booking as I normally do 6 months ahead, the spot light was flicking on and off (luckily I don't have epilepsy or could have been rather dangerous) which is rather annoying and the rest room sink not functioning properly!!!! I mean surely these are matters that could and should be solved promptly . I also understand the Hampton salon had issue as a customer came in as could get hold of it on the phone due to their phone being unavailable. Is there a hacker or malevolent persona at work????.

Couldn’t rate Mahsa highly enough. So lovely & has done an amazing job on my hair. I’ve gone for a completely different style to normal so she taught me how to style it myself at home too. First time at Pkai hair & from my experience today this is who I will have my hair cut with every time!!

Sarah always does a fabulous job with my hair, whether it’s a cut, colour or blow-dry. I always book with her and wouldn’t change! I love my appointments; they’re a moment of calm when I get a head massage, a coffee, and a chat! I would wholeheartedly recommend Sarah; she is a great stylist worth every penny!

Once again I arrived to a warm welcoming salon. Staff ready with greetings of smiles and chats and of course a cup of tea. Made to feel at home immediately. Nothing was too much trouble.
My hair was a mess when I arrived. It did not take long for the transformation to appear before my eye. Well done Sarah. Booked again already.

Always a great experience

I absolutely recommend Mahsa - lovely person, very professional and always careful with me and my hair. Every time I go for my hair appointment , I have a lovely time! But, the salon could be improved. I had an appointment 2 months ago and then again today - the sink in the bathroom is still not functional ( I was advised to use the one in the kitchen to wash my hands) and one of the sinks where they wash your hair is still moving, almost as it will fall off soon. Otherwise, its a nice place, but could definitely have some work done.
