We took our little girl for her first hair cut and it was a big deal. She was excited, I was nervous (and a bit emotional). Roxie was wonderful! She welcomed us and made my little girl feel so ready! The salon was really relaxed and calm. She talked all of us through it, was super focused and very good! Now our little one seems even MORE grown up and can't wait to go and see Roxie for her next trim. Thank you!

My thoughts are that I am never gonna have my hair done here again, I was told my hair is too thin to have a fringe and that if I had insisted I to have a fringe I would be told to go get it cut by Simone else as in the stylist opinion/ experience I would not like it once done as my hair at the front is too thin. I appreciate her experience but I could hardly get up from the chair with soaking wet hair and go find someone else to cut my hair so felt trapped to be honest. The colour and cut cost me almost 145 pound but I left feeling crap, so paid 145 pound to feel crap I have never felt that low leaving a hair salon before. I have traveled to Norfolk many times to have my hair and fringe cut by the same stylist for five years but thought I needed to start trusting a new salon nearer to where I live now, my old stylist assured me that I could have a fringe cut into my hair as yes she agreed my hair is fine but still have enough to have one. It also helps make my hair look fuller at the front.
I’ve had a fringe for a long time up to a year ago when I grew it out.
Erin is such a wonderful hairdresser... knowledgeable, skilled and a brilliant stylist and colourist. I love her chat and love those other stylists too

Very friendly receptionist who was very polite and cut my fringe for me - very chatty and appropriate - I definitely recommend this salon - manager is a lovely lady who runs a great team in my opinion - Erin often does my full head tint and cut and again is such a delight to chat too - well done to everyone who works there - salon is immaculate and beverages are offered !!

I have been seeing Luca for over five years now and every single time I walk into my appointment already feeling confident, because I know I will leave with perfect hair. In all these years, she has never once disappointed me. Not only is she incredibly talented, but she also makes every visit such a lovely experience. The hours fly by while my hair is being done because we’re always having great conversations and plenty of laughs. Luca gives both friendly and professional advice, not just about my hair colour, but also about how to properly look after my hair at home, which I truly appreciate. I also love that we’re now working on new, more on-trend colours and she always guides me in the best direction. The atmosphere at Pkai Hair salon is always welcoming and relaxed, which makes the whole experience even better.
