The haircut itself was okay, but it felt a bit rushed and was finished much quicker than I expected. When my hair was dried and styled, it wasn't quite the look I had asked for. I have naturally wavy hair and was hoping for a style that enhanced the curls a bit more, but it ended up looking straighter than I wanted. The experience was pleasant overall, but I left feeling the final result didn't quite match what I'd hoped for.

I had a lovely experience as always today with Helen doing my hair. I may come only about once every 10 months but Helen is just always great, she is reliable and consistent, she is the only person I trust with my hair which is why I always come back for her. She’s very skilled and worth every penny for her expertise. She is very precise and takes her time even for what I went in for which was just a regular trim, which I appreciate.
Always see Terri and she never disappoints with her skills and care. The whole team also make me feel well looked after.
