Excellent as always.

Due to circumstances beyond her control, Lilly was going to be late for my appointment. The salon staff kept me informed and my appointment went ahead, not much later than planned. They are a friendly helpful team, as always.

All at the salon are most friendly. I was so pleased with the final result of Jack’s expertise. I was having more difficulty with one section of my hair and this seems to be solved by Jacc’s thoughtful styling and approach to my individual style. Again a wonderful head massage from Mega added to an overall relaxing experience.

All went well , Grace cut my hair to the length I wanted . The only thing I wanted to mention was when I was asked for coffee , I did say yes!!! , but the coffee never arrived . I know Grace did ask someone to make it . It didn’t bother me to much, but it’s for future reference for your Salon & customers to get the most relaxing & enjoyable experience.,
Other wise the score would have been higher .

After moving into the area recently, I was very apprehensive booking an appointment to get my haircut at a hair salon I’ve never used before. I had also grown my hair long enough to donate to the Little Princess Trust, so wanted to make sure everything was right. I need not have worried, Lilly and the team were lovely from the moment I walked in. Lilly listened to me and gave me the exact transformation I wanted. I now have my hair donation but also my go-to hair salon from now. As a busy mum, the head massage and hot cuppa was also a lovely treat too! I love my new look and look forward to going back to colour my hair next time ☺️ Thanks again xx

Lovely staff were very welcoming. The salon was very clean and tidy and a nice atmosphere. Jordan was easy to talk to, very friendly and she listened to my wishes and did exactly as I asked. I was given refreshments during my visit. I could not fault anything and I am so pleased with my new colour and hairstyle. I have already made my next appointment. I would definitely recommend to my friends.

Vicky gives an exceptional cut with consistent quality. She is very welcoming and friendly but doesn't over share, It's a relief to not have to chat all the time and just enjoy the experience. I would highly recommend. The salon is very welcoming and the team are very helpful.

I had my hair dyed and styled today by Remi. Remi and Jordan both advised me what would be best to do to get the colour I wanted. All the girls in the salon were so lovely and made it such a nice experience; and my hair is absolutely perfect. I love it and will definitely be coming back in the future!🥰thankyou so much!

Lovely cut and blow dry

I normally come here now since George’s closed. I normal have grace she always understands exactly what I want. Today had Finn she’s lovely too just thought hair was washed in a shorter time than usual . Not the one to complain to be honest but My hair didn’t feel or smell so fresh . Normally it’s always dose.

Love going to this KH salon. Such a lovely atmosphere & very welcoming. Cara is an incredible hair stylist and colourist. She has been doing my hair colour/cut for over 15 years and I would 100% recommend her to anyone.

Maybe as you have another door,a Large notice could be placed for the above to know it's there, Also maybe put bell or intercom to your Reception Desk,to let the above get access.
Maybe better relaxing music not heavy duty loud, banging stuff.

I went in KH Hair Oadby today to reshape my hairstyle. Grace took her time and taken layers from the back (very heavy and thick hair) and trimmed to the volume that I want. It’s was great and she was very friendly and attentive. Overall I’m very happy with the results. Will definitely come back again. Thank you ever so much Grace!

I had some nano bead extensions fitted 3 weeks ago. Very happy with my hair seeing that this was the first time I had extensions fitted. Vikki walked though the process and made me feel comfortable as I was worried due to having thin hair. Would definitely recommend the salon.

I had some nano bead extensions fitted 3 weeks ago. I was quite nervous as my hair is generally thin. My stylist went through the whole process and reassured me. We decided that I would only need a certain number of extensions at the front for thickness. I absolutely love my extensions. Would definitely recommend the service 😀
