Even though short staffed today everyone was working speedily but thoroughly and calmly. Ellie cut and styled my hair for the first time and I am very pleased with the result. She listened in detail to all I had to say and added her expertise to produce a great end result. Thank you.

Grace was friendly kind and always listened to what my daughter wanted. She did a beautiful haircut and spent many hours working on her hair. I would take my daughter to the amazing Grace every time!

All felt abit rushed today to be honest - Lianne started my colour -as Jordan was busy - which was fine - then Jordan joined in on the other side to help - I had booked in for a colour - toner - cut and blow dry - not sure I had a toner - as I dont recall sitting at the sink and waiting as normal for this to take effect!! -this definitely didn’t happen - I was in and out within 1.5 hours - my hair looks good - but my bill of over £100 doesn’t reflect the time in the salon - to have - a colour - toner - cut - blow dry - as a regular customer over many years - I felt I should take the time to inform you of my recent experience. Ellie provided excellent colour advice and skills, followed by Jacc’s expertise and advice regarding the cut and finish. Mega’s relaxing shampoo and head massage added to an overall enjoyable experience in a pleasant working salon atmosphere. Joanne on reception is always most helpful too.
