With the pandemic and becoming a new mum I’ve had only 1 haircut in the last 2 years. Today was my second time and I was made to feel right at home. Remi was lovely and talkative, she made feel comfortable and special. I loved the final result really felt like I had been listened to on what I was after without being pressured into buying any products like some salons try to do. Would really recommend to anyone.

I’m writing this on behalf of my daughter Heidi who is fifteen . Jacc cut her hair and was amazing. He chatted with her and there was a full consultation before he started cutting her hair. He told her which products to use and taught her how to blow dry it to achieve the look she wanted. He was enthusiastic and made her feel great. She came out all smiles. Can’t recommend him enough!

Ellie was brilliant , first time I have had my hair done by her and I loved it.
The lady who washed my hair was very polite and professional too.

Lisa standards were high as always a professional colour and style. What was disappointing was cold water repeatedly during my rinse from another visiting hairdresser, She didn't seem to care and just blamed that another person was rinsing at the same time. It went cold at least 6 times. I was then left for over 10 minutes with wet hair feeling cold and not offered a drink. The issue arose due to staff illness but a treat turned into an unpleasant head cold. And of course I was charged full price!

I had appointment with ***** who apparently is new to the salon. A bit disappointed as this was the first time I spent 3 hours in the salon for hair styling ( usually the same treatments have taken maximum 1 1/2hours) - hence not as efficient as others. Secondly got highlights done which were not as expected - copied was still dark when I reported this I was told by her that the colour with lighten with further washes - I didn’t get them done to be visible few weeks later. Waste of money - felt cheated. Also due to poor efficiency and time management my hair was blow dried and completed by a trainee ( who did a brilliant job) but was charged at the senior stylist rate. Btw the hair cut was done well. Due to the above reasons feel ripped off as was charged unnecessarily .

Always look forward to my hair appointments as I know Ellie understands exactly what I want & am super happy with my haircut this time as always

It was excellent from start to finish. Brilliant service by all.

This is for the new stylist Vicki. I loved her confidence in cutting and styling which made me feel relaxed and could have slept through it as could tell she is well experienced. She is very artistic in the way she styled, was beautiful. Also gave me some tips regarding hair oil which I then bought.
The only negative for me was using mousse and too much hairspray. At first I thought she was using water then realised. If it was for a special occasion then it’s great. I didn’t stop her as didn’t want to break her enthusiasm. I’m usually asked if I want any products in my hair.

As usual, Ellie paid skilled and detailed attention to what I liked and to what suited me. Assisted by Grace and Fin this made an overall very pleasurable experience. Thank you!

First time visit to KH today. Having had colour for almost 50 years (!) I have decided to embrace the grey and just wanted a really good cut but also advice on whether my ‘natural’ colour would be OK once the old colour had grown out. Ellie listened and then made some suggestions which I was very happy with. I loved the cut, which my husband says makes me look younger (always good). Having been shielding last year and still wary of being in places with other people, I needn’t have worried. They are still operating good practice against COVID and the staff wear masks and at the basins there are plastic separators, which made me feel safe. All in all, a great first visit and a superb cut. I’ll be back.

As always, Lisa checked with Mr what I wanted and followed instructions perfectly.

I was made to feel very welcome and had a really good cut and finish. Jordan really listebed to what I wanted. I am really pleased with the finish
