A conscientiously run salon with high standards that isn’t pretentious. Front of house staff are very charming and genuine as are all of the staff at the salon, this makes for a very welcome and relaxing atmosphere. Jacc is very knowledgeable/experienced and will give you an honest opinion about what will and won’t work for you if you are thinking of trying a new style or making a few changes to ‘the usual’. Most of the stylists have been at the salon a long time and have come through apprenticeships at the salon and therefore apply the same high standards as those set by Jacc and Ellie.

Lauren was amazing! Happy with the cut and Lauren styled my hair perfectly. I was going to a wedding and lots of people commented on it.

Such a relaxing and enjoyable experience

Lisa put me at ease on returning to the salon for the first time since February 2020. I felt safe st all times, Lisa is an excellent professional stylist transforming my thick locks into an elegant new hair style. Well done Lisa. I now have the confidence to return and certainly will.

Another lovely session with Lisa. Almost back to normal now ... but it will be even better when we can have a chat without the masks ... perhaps 2022. This is a great salon, very convenient, lovely decor, a safe environment and really nice staff. If you haven't used this place, I suggest you give it a go .. you will not be disappointed. From the moment you enter the saloon and are greeted you are made to feel at ease . Cara is so professional but her personality shines through . She listens to what you would like but also offers advice . And she certainly knows her stuff . Could not ask for more . Also a big thank you to the young lady who shampooed my hair , was extremely polite and did a great job . (Sorry I did not catch her name )

Excellent styling

I am very pleased with the hair colour but I was left with a lot of hair products in my hair due to poor rinsing. Unfortunately I had to wash my hair after 2 hours because I couldn’t stop scratching! My hair stylist is brilliant and it was a shame that I had to wash out a lovely blow dry that she did for me.

Always a lovely experience from start to finish at KH Oadby…decided to change my style & showed a few pics to Ellie who was able to work her magic to just the style I wanted ?

I've been going to Remi for years. Shes a very kind and sweet person, always professional and courteous. Shes honest and always gets the best results for me (even though I change my mind alot!). I have recommended family members to her as I trust she will do a good job for them.
