Today I had my first colour and cut since lockdown. The whole experience was fantastic. The salon is spotless and attention to detail regarding PPE equipment was exceptional. I had a very relaxing time and my hair looks and feels awesome. Thank you Sarah x

Sarah did a great job on my hair, as always, it feels amazing but huge price increase which means that unfortunately I’ll be looking elsewhere as it’s way to expensive for me now.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone who helped keep the first time back under the new guidelines as stress free as possible. Lauren was her usual bubbly self and was lovely to catch up and see Georgia as well. The end result was worth the wait. ?

I’m so happy to have had my hair fixed today by Lucy! It was in desperate need and feels so much better! Can’t believe how long it had been since my last appointment! Everything in place is brilliant and doesn’t take away from the amazing salon experience as always at Stones! Thank you girls!

It was my first visit to Stones ( also after lockdown) and I love it . Lauren she was so kind and gave me loads of advices on my hair cut.Treated me so respectful . Salon atmosphere is a massive plus as well.

WOW! That’s how I’d describe my ‘first visit back’ to the most professional salon I’ve ever experienced...from entering I felt safe and reassured that my time in the salon had mine and the stylist safety at the heart of everything...it in no way felt different, it was still warm, welcoming, friendly and most definitely professional service from start to end! AND, it goes without saying that the talented Ellis worked her hair transformation magic on me and turned me from feeling and looking a rooty witch, into ‘me’ again, she’s a star!!! I love Stones, its the top class Salon in Leicestershire!!!

Jess Bryan has done my hair for years and I always said I would happily follow her wherever she went and I and so glad I did. I felt very safe as I had my own PPE as did everyone else in the salon. I loved the quality and finish of my cut and colour. I do feel like the price was a little high but I understand it reflects the salon and the quality of the products as well as the personal PPE given.

Loved the new colour and cut. Lucy always so friendly and helpful. Felt very safe with the covid procedures in place.

First visit since lockdown. Lovely Mags has gone a Suberin job getting me to look like my old self again. Felt very confident in surroundings in what are trying times! Well done to the team for all your hard work your loyal clients and I really appreciate the time and effort you have made to make our visits enjoyable as always!

For someone that hadn’t been into any public space since the 23rd March, the idea of going into the salon did make me extremely nervous. However Stones had done everything they can upfront to reassure any nervous customers that the new procedures they had put in place will not only protect the customer but also the staff. The posts and videos placed on their facebook page really helped put me at ease – great work.

On arrival I was met by the always lovely Mags, temperature taken and I’m in. The Salon had 1 chair in operation on each side of the room left, right and back. (so 3 stylists) . It felt very safe and put me at ease straight away. Plenty of hand sanitiser at the ready. Issued with my own pack containing single use gown, towel and face mask put me at further ease.

Although it was a very difference experience to the usual full to capacity buzz, it was still a pleasure.

So stepping into the hairdressers after 4 months could have been a daunting experience, however the team at Stones had ensured that the highest levels of precautions were in place.
This didn't impact the level of service received.
Mags accommodated my changing ideas for my hair, she suggested a solution & it worked out perfectly & I love the end result.

Glad they are back delivering such a wonderful service at such a testing time.

Absolutely wonderful.the only trouble was could not always hear through mask.could have repeat colour next time as I think I said only wanted roots.

First haircut post covid, Ellis took me through the new procedures, they are very thorough and reassuring, however they don't get in the way of your haircut, good to catch up and a great haircut, if you're nervous about getting your haircut don't be, they've got it all covered

So glad to be back post lockdown, Lauren did a fantastic job cutting my hair. I had so many compliments afterwards! Mia has gone above and beyond to ensure customers and staff are safe and happy while in the salon. She has done an amazing job!

I was very fortunate to be offered a same day appointment following a late cancellation . Lucy was very pleasant as always and took extra time and care considering the current pandemic. All the staff are always happy and welcoming. Thanks!

Excited and a little nervous as I approached the salon after a four month break between haircuts, due to the lockdown. The whole salon was very calm, completely in control of the environment, enabling you to feel safe. I was provided with a prepacked kit of mask, gown and towel. Cutting equipment is sterilised in a special machine, adding extra security, all areas cleaned after each client. Therefore the whole experience was calming and I felt amazing when I left. A shame about the price increase, would be difficult to budget for those who have not been lucky enough to work through lockdown as I have. Excellent service and quality of haircut as always from Sarah.

Trying to grow my hair into a style I wasn’t achieving elsewhere! After great advice From Lauren and 2 haircuts later I have what I wanted.

Brilliant new colours added and great cut and style. Looked after amazingly as usual by the lovely Lucy and Kim. Well worth the money and defo recommend a visit

I went along to Stones for my usual 8 weeks wash cut and blow dry. As usual the service, cut and advice from Lucy was top notch, but today at the last minute I decided to go for something different. Lucy advised me on what was right for my hair and style I was thinking of and I love it! Thank you Lucy! I must also mention Deena who washed my hair, for the best scalp massage I have ever had! Thank you. I felt truely pampered and looked after today!

I took my six year old for a hair cut at stones as he’s been unhappy when we’ve been to the barbers previously and i’m so glad I did....Lucy was great with him, really friendly with no rush, she chatted and put him at ease and as well as it being a great hair cut it was a really chilled experience.........Rex is actually already looking forward to his next visit ? thank you Lucy!!!

Since I started going to this salon my hair is so healthy and shiny and I'm always so well looked after. I have and will continue to recommend this salon.
