Thank you so much for fitting me in for an emergency, pre lockdown hair cut today, even though I'm a new client. Excellent customer service.

As always lovely appointment, felt very safe and in great hands. Cut and finish today with Ellis and she was as professional and really knowledgable as ever. I Purchased some new products too which Ellis talked me through the ways to use for best results.

I presented as quite the challenge; having not visited a salon in years. Through bad past experiences, I had taken it upon myself to attempt to manage my seemingly unmanageable hair at home. I was seen promptly for a sensitivity test and had a consultation. I explained my history and expectations and time was given to manage these and ensure we were both on the same page before we started. Time, patience and understanding was given over to me and the result far exceeded my expectations. I have my confidence restored and restored faith in attending a Salon now! The salon was relaxing and highly COVID compliant, I wouldn’t have gone anywhere else. Thank you Jessica and the whole team at Stones; I will certainly be back!

So Lucy is on maternity leave so today was my first visit with Ellis. I think she was more nervous than me! But as ever, completely happy.

I have thick long unmanageable hair. Sarah always does a great job and is so pleasant and lovely. Really pleased with my haircut and experience today. Sarah is super experienced and takes pride I what she does. I felt very safe in the salon. All the measures are in place to ensure everything is clean and everyone has enough space.

This was my 2nd time coming here and I wouldn't want anyone else to do my hair. I love the final result of my hair and there is always such a friendly atmosphere in the salon.

I always enjoy my visit to the salon, it’s such an inviting space & all the staff are friendly and helpful.

I can always rely on Ellis to leave me feeling pampered & with amazing hair - from the colour to the cut, it’s 5* service all the way!

Last appointment this year with Lauren as she goes on Maternity leave soon. Had a lovely experience, had half head high and low lights, colour is great looks natural and very shiny. Had a few Hair washes since my appointment and all is still good. I’ve had a fairly simple style but with a natural curvy kink styling can be tricky but the cut Lauren gave me keeps it manageable. I left feeling very comfortable. Thank you.

Sarah is a brilliant hair stylist and I always feel well looked after. She has got to know me and knows I’m not exactly the boldest person when it comes to my hair but she knows exactly what to do with my hair to make me feel confident. She gives excellent advice each time. Plus she loves her animals and the same tv progs so it’s nice to have a good chat about these during my appointment ?

Absolutely in love, was recommended stones by two friends, Ellis was a firm favourite who I was told I had to get an appointment with and I will never look back, she has transformed my hair. I’m always one who has to grow to love my hair once it’s been cut/styled and I’m never one to have it done often as I can’t bare to part with the length! Well this lady has changed my world I have booked back in and rocking my new locks! Very professional in covid hygene. I have curley hair which is difficult to cut but I felt Lauren did a very good job. I will use her again.

Excellent service and experience. Really satisfied with my cut. Lucy was very helpful discussing different options as I wanted to change styles and she also gave advice on how to style my hair going forward along with what products to use.

Firstly - the salon has done an amazing job of quietly securing the safety of its customers without becoming clinical and keeping a lovely luxury feeling in its processes for entering the salon and distributing PPE. Thank you I really appreciated this.

Secondly my haircut and service was amazing! Everyone so welcoming and kind. Ellis is amazingly knowledgable and gave me the best haircut and finish I’ve had... ever! Came away so happy. Thank you so so much ❤️

I’ve been a client at Stones for many years but hadn’t visited in a while due to lockdown so my hair looked a complete mess!
I knew Stones was going to be very slick and professional with regards to PPE, sanitisation and social distancing and I wasn’t disappointed. Kudos to all the staff for all your efforts.
As ever, Sarah, who cuts my hair did me proud ... I left the salon feeling fabulous.
I wouldn’t visit any other salon! ... I highly recommend a visit!
