Like many I was a little anxious about my first visit back to a salon but Stones really put me at ease. The “new normal” was explained and I didn’t feel confused or flustered. My hair turned out beautifully and Yasmin did a great job! I’m not a huge talker when I go salon and sometimes feel uncomfortable having my hair done but I’ve always felt comfortable here, it’s a very chilled out friendly vibe.

I have just had my first colour and cut since lockdown, and it was another fabulous visit to Stones! I felt totally comfortable with the safety measures in place, it was great to be back. The whole experience was fabulous. The salon is spotless and attention to detail regarding PPE equipment was exceptional. After six months, my hair was an hideous mess so I’m over the moon happy and my hair looks and feels awesome. As always, Ellis’ work was amazing! Thank you xx

After waiting 8 months for a haircut, I am so pleased with the results! Lucy has worked some serious magic on my curls, and I love it! All the staff were so lovely, and with this being my first haircut post COVID-19, I felt very relaxed and well looked after!

It has been many years since I last went to Stones and now I wonder why I've not been back sooner. Lorraine did a fabulous job on my hair and I feel like a new woman.
Even though my appointment was late in the evening, I was greeted with a warm welcome and felt very relaxed. All the girls seemed lovely!

First visit to Stones, following a move by my Stylist. First class welcome, ambience, and attention to safety. PPE provided, temperature taken before entering, along with takeaway refreshments offered. Very warm atmosphere, and top class cut by Jess, as usual.

Firstly I had need of an appointment very quickly, but as a new customer Mia was really lovely and fitted me in with Mags. Despite the unusual circumstances in which we all live and work Mags and her team have clearly worked hard to ensure client safety. Considering Mags had never met me before and couldn’t actually see my face behind the mask the transformation from my scruffy Lockdown Hair was amazing. She listened to me and did a beautiful job. From welcome to finish a really lovely experience which I suspect is all the better unmasked and in normal circumstances. Thank you again -and I would highly recommend this salon and I would imagine any of the team would do a brilliant job

Brilliant as always

Had a cut and colour done by Lauren. She really is a lovely person inside and out. She is patient explains everything and most of all I never walk out feeling disappointed. I love my hair. Stones is such a relaxed salon with a lovely vibe.

Absolutely loved my first cut with Jess, she was great and so helpful and friendly! It was a total restyle and Jess guided me through my options giving me pros and cons to help me make a decision about where to go with the new hair! Stones are managing staff and customer safety really well during these strange times

I found that my experienced was relaxed but controlled with all precautions put in place for my safety. Jess made me feel welcome and at home in a salon I had never been to before. Jess is always professional but super friendly, she always remembers your past conversations which helps me relax. I always look forward to my appointments and I feel confident that Jess will always finish my hair to a high standard as she listens to my comments on what I am looking for but always has my hair at her best interest. 5 Star Service everytime I see Jess.

I can honestly say this is my favourite cut to date. I asked for a blunt bob, slightly shorter at the back and Mags absolutely perfected it. I am delighted with the results and was also so impressed by the seamless service from start to finish. A five star service as always from Stones! Thank you.

Jess has been making my hair wonderful for many years now, but this was my first time at Stones. The salon was spotlessly clean and all of the staff were very aware of cleanliness. Everyone was really kind and welcoming. Jess takes her time to discuss the desired style and she gives great, honest advice. Her expert knowledge and experience really shines through! If you are looking for an ordinary Hairdresser Stones isnt for you. I go to Ellis at Stones because , I want that ' special ' experience and the knowledge that everytime I will walk out feeling amazing.

I went for my first post lockdown hair appointment today and it was fabulous. Stones have put so many things in place to ensure a safe experience, it was the cleanest place I’ve been since venturing out! Lauren listened to what I wanted and what my concerns were and she gave me the best advice. I went with her suggestions and my hair is amazing I am so so pleased! I can’t believe Lauren made my hair look this good in just one visit; I’m over the moon! Even my husband loves it! This salon (and Lauren) is truly wonderful. Thank you so much x
