KH Hair Salon Loughborough, Leicestershire

Had my first haircut since lockdown. Was so good to get it cut. Jenna did a great job washing my hair and was lovely to have Lisa cutting it again. Felt very well organised and safe. Well done everyone.

So pleased to have my hair cut at last, though I went back to my regular salon with some curiosity as to how it would all turn out. But why am I not surprised? - it was completely fine. Staff were as pleasant & helpful as usual; the quality of the cut was as good as usual & the hygene was as exact as usual. Equally the extra additional Covid precautions were obvious but not intrusive. Not everything is back to 'normal' but I am delighted that at least my vists to KH are back in the diary!!

After not being in the Salon since February, it was lovely to get back and have a trim. Decided to keep my style a longer length rather than short for a change. Felt the salon was still welcoming and the team have done a great job making it a safe environment for both them and their clients. Thank you.

I had a 7 month wait for my hair to be done, it had grown very long and thicker than ever, but boy was it worth it! Sheralynne expertly restyled my hair and I couldn’t have felt safer in the salon. They’ve obviously made some necessary changes but all the staff went above and beyond to make sure it still felt like I received a real pampering treat.

I enjoyed having my hair done. Safety was the main priority and everything was in place to keep myself and the staff safe. It did not take away from the wonderful service which is always on offer .!

I was so delighted to have an appointment on the first day the salon opened post lockdown.
Frankly I was looking like a scarecrow!!
I was very impressed by the stringent safety measures put in place to protect both staff and customers.
Despite these changes I felt relaxed and pampered as always.

Brilliant cut and foils as usual. Super organisation within the salon, great spacing, sinks sensibly isolated for hair washing and hand sanitizers everywhere. Cate managed to cut around my face and ears so well even though I had my face mask on all the time. Thank you very much and keep safe all of you. Julie

First so good at last to be getting hair done. Good experience of the Salon which I thought was very organized and safe. More normal than I thought it could be. Didn't think Hair stylist would be able to achieve such a high standard which Jennie did and so pleased with the results.

Hi had my hair done again and felt safe with all guid line met , lots of windows open and air , all clean and all staff friendly and helpful, was great to get rid of my roots and get a cut and treatment as needed it so badly , loving my hair colour at the minute and it looks and feels heathy

This was a surreal experience in a positive way. After so many weeks of lock down I couldn't believe I was here and being pampered. I have always appreciated having an amazing cut and colour here but never more so than now. I felt totally relaxed in the salon and clearly an enormous amount of work had gone in to making this a tranquil and safe environment. Well done to All.

Remains a pleasant experience, clearly a great deal of thought and hard work has gone into making everything as safe and efficient as possible. However, I noticed that some clients wore masks and some didn’t, I think that ALL clients should wear masks. It is for the safety of your staff and other clients. No point in some wearing masks and others thinking it doesn’t matter.

Excellent experience and fabulous hair as always. Sheralynne always knows exactly which colours to choose. Cut and finish was such a treat after 4 months of lock down. Loving the new salon decor as well . Thank you so much KH Loughborough
