I was actually stopped in the street the other day and asked where I had my haircut because it looked stunning ?

I have been visiting Cate at this salon for a number of years as she is so passionate about hair and having the customer feeling wonderful about themselves when they leave her salon.

This is the first time I have visited since the UK went into lockdown due to Covid-19. There had been a number of changes made to keep both staff and customers safe, though none of these changes made me feel uncomfortable.

A very relaxing appointment and gorgeously styled hair at the end of it.

I have very fine and difficult hair and it is one of the bains of my life. Cate effortlessly coloured and styled my hair and as always I am very pleased with the result. Cate is a very talented stylist in fact an artist in her own right and her colleagues are similarly gifted. KH hair is a welcoming and professional hairdressers. I would gladly and heartily recommend.

Cate always cuts and styles so well - I always leave looking a million times better than when I arrived. She is a marvel!

My second appointment post lockdown. The COVID19 safety precautions are excellent- maximum of 4 clients at any time, masks and visors worn by all the staff and masks worn by all the clients- lots of hand sanitising and combs etc only used for one client before thorough cleaning. I would strongly recommend any client who has not yet had a post lockdown visit, to book in with confidence. And of course Sheralynne’s hairdressing skills are amazing as always

I was very worried about my hair and the bad mistake I made in lock-down. Sheralynne reassured me and gave me good advice about treating my hair. I left feeling so much better, thanks again Sheralynne, you’re a star!

I have been comingto this salon for nearly 30 years. It is friendly and welcoming and Jennie is a brilliant stylist - taking time to get the cut and colour just right. I now live in Coventry but still come back to Loughborough as I don’t want to go anywhere else. Thank you for helping us all to feel welcome and safe in these strange times.

I've been a regular client at KH hair for over 25 years and not been disappointed. The new measures put in place because of the Pandemic are well managed and provide a safe environment.

After five months without a cut and colour, I left KH Loughborough feeling amazing. Sheralynne as always knew exactly what I wanted. Even under COVID regulations the experience was still very relaxing, and you could see the amount of hard work that has been put in to make it as safe as possible. Thank you so much

I always love coming to see Cate and think of her not only as my hairdresser but also a friend. She is on my wave length when it comes to my hair and always thoroughly enjoy coming into the salon.

Even under the new requirement of facemasks for staff, Cate as always delivered a thoroughly professional service. Always positive, smiling and a pleasure to talk to, she makes you feel special. I can only guess how tough it has been for her and the team to manage the changes imposed by Covid 19, but the atmosphere in the salon is calm, clean, safe and reassuring.
