Sooo good to be back. Sheralynne did a wonderful job of cutting and styling my hair which was beginning to resemble Dougal from The Magic Roundabout. Delighted with my new hair do. Everything about my visit was fabulous as always. The staff have clearly worked tirelessly to create a safe environment for all.

I can’t believe how much I enjoyed going to get my lockdown hair sorted, such a treat, I felt perfectly protected throughout, they had worked so hard to make it a good environment! Sheralynne worked her usual magic on me it was so good to catch up on the chat too.

Sam has cut both my hair and my little boys and done a brilliant job as always :-) Felt really safe in the salon and my son hasn't stopped talking about having his haircut since!

The staff at the salon always go above and beyond to help. I never feel rushed and they always listen. Fantastic service as always, wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair!

I went in like many of us with awful “lockdown” hair but Lisa transformed both my hair and my outlook on the world. I feel like a totally different person, stronger, younger, prettier and definitely more able to cope with the changing world. Whoever thought you could do that hair??!! Lisa is a magician (well a master colour guru and beautiful human being).

As always, I received a warm welcome from the team. Jennie did a fabulous job with colouring and cut and blow dry. It felt amazing having my hair done for the first time in months. I, as always, very highly recommend this salon

Brilliant hair cut by Cate. Kh at Loughborough always spotless but even more care had been taken. All staff extremely careful felt really safe and so much better for my first hair cut in four months.

Had my first haircut since lockdown. Was so good to get it cut. Jenna did a great job washing my hair and was lovely to have Lisa cutting it again. Felt very well organised and safe. Well done everyone.

So pleased to have my hair cut at last, though I went back to my regular salon with some curiosity as to how it would all turn out. But why am I not surprised? - it was completely fine. Staff were as pleasant & helpful as usual; the quality of the cut was as good as usual & the hygene was as exact as usual. Equally the extra additional Covid precautions were obvious but not intrusive. Not everything is back to 'normal' but I am delighted that at least my vists to KH are back in the diary!!

After not being in the Salon since February, it was lovely to get back and have a trim. Decided to keep my style a longer length rather than short for a change. Felt the salon was still welcoming and the team have done a great job making it a safe environment for both them and their clients. Thank you.

Very positive and encouraging experience. The salon executed social distancing measures seamlessly and PPE in use throughout. I felt safe and my cut was as always excellent.

I had a 7 month wait for my hair to be done, it had grown very long and thicker than ever, but boy was it worth it! Sheralynne expertly restyled my hair and I couldn’t have felt safer in the salon. They’ve obviously made some necessary changes but all the staff went above and beyond to make sure it still felt like I received a real pampering treat.
