It was the last time Chloe did my brows and lashes before her maternity leave. She’s been doing them for 5 years and loved them every time, she’s paid extra attention when it was my wedding ones. I can’t wait until she’s back doing them again but she’s going to be a great mother!

Absolutely love this facial - it feels so deeply cleansing and really brightens my skin - I had the led light afterwards which I always have whenever possible.
The Beauty Haven in Leicester is my go-to for a luxury pedicure. I’ve been a loyal customer since it opened over eight or nine years ago and haven’t found anything quite like it anywhere else. They truly excel at creating a pampering experience.
In spite of the heat today the care provided was first class. I was provided with chilled water before the treatment (a pedicure) began. It was good to see that the therapists were being encouraged to drink water and having their workloads adjusted to ensure that they stay fit and well in the heat. A real ethos of care.
Fantastic experience once again. Wouldn't go anywhere else. I always look forward to my appointments at the Beauty Haven and the great conversations I have with Jess definitely 10 out of 10.
My reflexology treatment was excellent and will definitely be going back....highly recommend the Beautyhaven. The therapist was so friendly and professional and made sure I was comfortable.
