Fantastic service , have use Indy for years.

I’ve had the same stylist (Dean) for four years now. He started cutting my hair when I began studying at DMU in 2014. Indy give such great interpersonal service. All the staff from recieptionist to the stylists are friendly and polite. Everyone is smiling and happy. All the salon facilities are modern, clean and contemporary. The prices are very reasonable. It’s the only place I trust unreservedly with my hair.

Had a cut and colour today with sinews who is a lovely lady, and extremely good at her job. The salon is lively and clean, and plenty of coffee - all good.

Really great cut, listens to what you want, and advises where necessary. A lovely friendly lady who didn't talk about holidays! Highly recommended.

Both my girls aged 7 and 4 got to experience the full salon experience, they loved getting their hair washed, heads massages and left feeling salon fabulous with the full princess treatment. Friendly and accommodating staff, a little late to keeping to the appointment and didn’t have hot chocolate which the girls were looking forward too, but other then that, a great experience

Literally can't recommend her enough. She's always open to trying new things, has always fixed my hair disasters and never leave without my hair looking it's absolute best. The whole salon team are lovely and it really feels like a treat rather than a chore.

Been coming to the salon for approx 8years ..the majority of the time is with Sinead.
All staff are friendly and approachable from those on reception to those my washing hair..
I feel comfortable and well looked after. Sinead listens to what I want and delivers a first class cut and finish every time.
A real asset to the business.

I have been having my haircut by Lee-Anne for over 18 years now-she is professional, extremely skilled and empathetic. She now cuts my both my daughters hair and she always puts them both at ease and they are never anxious to get their hair cut.
I would recommend her and Indy Salon to everyone who wants a personal touch.

I have been coming to Indy Hairdressing for a few months now for Balayage. I have Caroline work her magic on my hair and wow I am never disappointed, she does an absolute beautiful job! I have gone from dark hair to a blonde but the quality of my hair has been the best condition it has ever been thanks to her! Highly recommend a visit if you want to feel like a princess ❤️

I visited the salon today , a very friendly atmosphere and I was made to feel very welcome. Great haircut with Indy bringing extra shape to my style . Sophie has so much passion with her blonde colours- I love the results.

Tai has been having his haircut from Andrea since a very young age. He finds her to be very nice, kind and easy to talk to. He likes the way she cuts his hair and being a fairly shy kid he likes the way she gives him space to talk!

So the TLDR; great staff, nice relaxing atmosphere, fantastic cut, brain melting hair washing (in a good way) and a price is happily pay again.

I hadn't gotten my hair cut professionally for years, despite having long hair. My girl friend convinced me to go here last year and I enjoyed it so much I went back. I don't even live in Leicester but it's worth the effort. The place is great, wonderful people, my hair dresser even remembered things about my life. I have curly hair and my hair dresser even remembered how much it springs up when it dries. I consider myself a convert.

Danniella is my hairdresser, love it every time I go , been going to Indy about 19 years now , always more than happy in every way, thank you ????

I had to tell the hairdresser to cut my layers after she forgot to trim them so we had to go back and do them I also had to tell her to show me the back of my hair because she didn’t show me what my cut looked like terrible service I will not be going back to Indy’s again *****’s cut and finish is by far my worst hair experience!
And the time before that I had a cold head wash as the water was playing up was a mistake to go back lesson learnt !

Been attending salon in excess of 16 years. Have moved 38 mikes away but still travel down every four weeks. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. My stylist goes the extra mile and listens to what I would like. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending Indy Hair to anyone.
