Dimple was amazing with the treatment I needed. She talked me through the process in clear and simple terms during consultation and then again reminded me of what would happen when I turned up for my appointment. I appreciated understand what the process was, what options were available, and what Dimple recommended. Also a note to say that the receptionist is so lovely. As the first face of the business she is so kind and welcoming. Really put me at ease from the very outset.

I recently had lip filler and Botox treatment with Dimple, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.

I had over 20 skin areas with different problems treated with a laser in one sitting. Some areas had previously been treated elsewhere by freezing them , but it never properly worked. The laser treatment was very effective and the results pretty remarkable. I am very glad I got it done and would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Throughout the whole process Dimple explained exactly how each procedure was carried out and also the expected results, she also allayed any fears I had prior to the procedure.

I was referred by my sister and I have not been disappointed. Had 2 sessions so far and they have been nothing short of amazing and comfortable. Everything has been thoroughly explained and whenever I have questions, I feel confident in the responses I’ve gotten.

The experience that I have had at City laser and Skin Clinic has been absolutely amazing. Dimples, who has been carrying out my treatment for me, has made me feel extremely comfortable during each session. She makes sure to advise me on ways to get the best results - I’m only half way through my laser removal treatment and already seeing that most of the hair has gone. The clinic is extremely professional and the hygiene is to an exceptional standard.
