Olivia was great as always, she makes my visit so easy as she knows exactly what I need. Always very chatty (but not overly so!), enjoy our catch ups on my visits.

Really excellent. Understood what I wanted and cut very precisely. Delighted.

Olivia was brilliant from start to finish, she made me feel welcome from our the colour consultation to the final product. The salon was clean and following Covid regulations to its upmost, I felt safe at all times. I’m so happy with the end product and looking forward to coming back next time! So thank you so much :)

As always, Emma listens and evaluates what I would like in terms of colour and cut. This time, I wanted to tone the shade a little and I'm delighted with the colour and cut.

Going for a haircut or colour is like going round to see a friend. Welcoming, friendly and comfortable. Emma is amazing so having my hair done at KH's is a no brainer.

Great service, loved the colours and cut. Can’t fault them on the level of Covid Safety procedures in place.

How lovely it was to get my lockdown hair sorted out ! Martin worked his magic despite the armoury and I felt completely safe and relaxed ! There were partitions between chairs including those at the sinks !! All precautions to keep customers safe were very reassuring... thank you everyone ???

I am always delighted with my hair and over the 20 plus years I have been a customer have had excellent service. However the price increase for my highlights and cut was over £100.00. This is a rise of £20.00. Although I appreciate the costs of PPE and the Covid lockdown. It is a very high price increase which was not mentioned nor notified prior to my appointment.

Brilliant- as always. Sam is really lovely and an excellent hairdresser. She always advises me as to what will suit me and she tells me if a certain cut won’t suit my face- eg layers.

Wearing a mask and Martin had a mask and visor after 2 hours I was irritated in mine, poor Martin has his on all day.
The service was professional as usual. I was surprised at the price increase I suppose we have to make up the difference with the obligatory reduced customers.
Overall I was happy with my hair.

Felt like coming home. It was so lovely to be back in the salon. I can face the world with no roots and properly cut hair - after lockdown failed attempts at doing hair myself!! The staff at KH in Ashby are always friendly and welcoming. In these crazy times you are greeted at the door now, however always with a smile and a welcome.
I went to my appointment just for a colour touch up, feeling really out of love with my hair! Emma worked her magic as she always does, gave me a cut too and sent me out feeling very happy just as she always does.
