KH Hair Salon Ashby-de-la-Zouch, Leicestershire

Like so many of us, yesterday’s appointment was my first “outing” in ages apart from food shopping! It just felt so good to see the staff and especially Carol. I was greeted like an old friend (but no hugs!) and was treated to the usual excellent treatment and a bloody good gossip! My good wishes go out to you all and pray you and your loved ones are kept safe at this dreadful time. You all do a job that is beyond praise. Carry on cutting!! Xxx

I have been going to the Ashby-de-la-Zouch Keith Halls for many years...more than I care to remember! Alex always does my hair superbly and knows exactly what I want doing. She and the other staff are excellent! ?

I visited for the first time this week having recently moved to the area and going to a new salon is always scary, but I needn't have worried! I had a great experience from a really friendly stylist and loved the cut. I look forward to my next appointment with you!

With the click of a button I booked my appointment online - at the wrong salon. This was not helped by the Ashby salon having a stylist with the same name as my usual stylist. I didn't realise my mistake until the last minute when my phone told me it was time to get going and that I was to go to Ashby which took me by surprise. I set off at high speed, got there in time and was made very welcome. There was a nice atmosphere, I had a good cut and blow dry, and was impressed by the screens and precautions. 10/10 Ashby!

Everyone and everything working to “the rules” I am so grateful, but it’s not a pleasant experience on a cold autumn day sitting in plastic and a face mask ?

Everything was very organised and anti Covid. Missed having a coffee but lovely to finally get hair cut having not been since last year!

Your visit to the salon is quite different because of the measures that are in place to keep staff and customers safe from Covid 19 virus. However on my visit I was put at ease straight the way as it was clearly visible of what you needed to do on entry to the salon you could see that each salon chair both at the stylist and hair washing area was screened staff regularly sanitised areas that they were working.ar. All staff and customers were masked at all times. Through all this you could still have a friendly chat and catch up which really made my visit enjoyable, Samantha is an exceptional stylist and my hair always looks amazing. A very lovely young lady.

I went to hairdresser after more than a year, to grow my hair to desired style. Sammy did very good job to tidy up my hair, recommended what she would do, what can suit me, which I value. Nothing was problem. Just, I was bit shocked how much of plastic being is used. I understand why and I've appreciated that Sammy offered me clothes bag to take with me to reuse.

I asked Emma for a complete restyle and am so happy with the results. Emma listens, understands what you need and want and knows your hair. She gives tips on styling and care at home and really knows her stuff as well as giving a fantastic cut.
