Sitting down in front of the huge mirror on arrival prompted a look of horror on my face as I viewed my hair! Just over 2 hours later I was totally transformed into looking human again☺️
As always. Victoria had worked her magic and made me feel human again and so much happier! A total gem!

Lovely experience from going through the door

I had an appointment with Shaun Frew on Tuesday 20 June 2023. He had the unenviable task of transforming my bleached, straw-like hair and getting rid of my very dark roots.
He took such great care to ensure the results were perfect and he has done an amazing job. I am delighted with my new look and have had so many compliments.

A pleasant experience managing the alterations well

From booking in to coming out it was an enjoyable experience yet again. The young lady who washed my hair was sociable and very polite and Victoria styled my hair just the way I like it. Thankyou.

At the end the lady appeared annoyed that I asked for loose curls/waves which I asked for at the beginning saying it was Eid and I’d come from Manchester so I wanted a nice finish at the end for the celebration. At the beginning lady blow dried my hair into a blow dry style without loose curls.

I was looking forward to my cut as it had been 8 months since I had one, unfortunately it wasn’t what I had expected. I was told that she was one of the managers and highly experienced staff so I had high expectations coming in.

Katie is so amazing and so thorough- takes her time and really is amazing as colour I wouldn’t go anywhere else now! Amazing salon and everyone so police and friendly! Many thanks Jo and cass.

I have very fine hair and Emily is one of the few hairdressers I have come across that cuts and styles it very well.
