Love having my hair done by Sarah! Always perfect and today was no different! Thanks for the new long fringe I love it ????

I like the way my eyebrows turned out in the end. It was such a difference, so much better than what they where like before.

Rachael is an amazing stylist and I have complete confidence in her! I always love how my hair looks and love how convenient it is, that whilst the hair colour is developing, I go to have my eyebrows waxed! Wouldn’t go anywhere else now!!

Had my nails and lashes done by Rachel. Extremely happy with them and always feel very much at ease and looked after by everyone whilst in the salon.

I have been looking for a really good hairdresser for over 2 years & I finally found one in Rachel! She did a brilliant job of colouring my hair, the cut was brilliant & style just lovely. I’m delighted.

I go to Hannah at Saks for gel polish on my nails. I can honestly say it is the best application of gel polish I have ever had.
My nails are a perfect shape and also Hannah advises you on colour so well, as she recommends colours that suit your personality. She is Just really lovely.

So happy as always with my brows and lashes after shaping and tinting by Hannah. Her work has sorted out a gap in my eyebrows and it's never come back!

Went to Saks due to its name and brand. I expected luxury but the salon was in a state of ill repair and not what I expected in terms in cleanliness (there were dirty plastic bags in the trays where the brushes were).
The stylists weren’t smart and again not what I expected of this brand.
The service was OK and I am happy with the results.....it’s just not the standard I expected from Saks.

I have been going to Saks for some time now. It started off as as the occasional wash and blow dry- now I’m there every week!! I’ve recently changed to having a wavy blow dry and I’m absolutely delighted with the result. It’s youthful, tousled and very feminine. Thank you Rachel! I’m addicted and you’re a genius!!

After what seemed like a lifetime of the wrong colour and breakage, thanks to Sam I finally have a colour I love and the condition had already improved!! I can’t thank Sam enough, so understanding, friendly and really listened to what I wanted. Thank you so much Sam you’re a miracle worker!!

Bored with my blonde and mid length I went for a colour change and chin length bob with Rach and I absolutely love it. I've had loads of compliments already! Perfect cut, perfect colour. Rach is fab at suggesting what will work for my face and colouring.

Hannah was a very friendly and gentle beauty therapist. Waxing was less painful than usual. Will recommend her to my work colleagues! Thank you x

This is the second time I've been to Hannah for my brows and lashes and they are fab. She's a brow shape expert!

Thanks to Rachel, you did an “amazing job” . The salon I went to for 10 years changed staff and wasn’t happy with my cut, so for the last 2 years I’ve tried many salons and never been 100% happy, even tried an award winning salon in Solihull near to my daughters. Just glad I found Saks and the very experienced and creative Rachel. My search is over I will definitely be returning. Especially with their amazing offer of 3 for 2 on cut and finish.
