My mum made my appointment as a surprise. I turned up to my patch test and consultation and they were too busy to speak to me. The girl off reception ended up doing my consultation. They cut 2 bits out my hair to test and said they would ring me to organise coming back in. Never herd from them again

I would 100% recommend Kaya to anybody wanting a relaxing massage my back feels so much better. Also I suffer from dry skin and the facial she gave me has improved me skin so much, I loved it.

All the girls are so lovely and professional, always a really nice atmosphere in the salon and every treatment I’ve had has been perfect, wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Rachel did an excellent job of cutting my long hair. Nothing was too much trouble and I am delighted with the results.

From the moment you step into the salon you are treated like a vip. The girls are all wonderful, especially Sarah my stylist. Cut and colour are amazing.

Staff are very friendly and make you feel at home,the cut was fine( can only comment on short hair),products suit my sensitive scalp.Feel safe with subtle anti Covid precautions.

It took me a long time to find a salon I liked. As soon as I walked into Saks I felt at ease. I get both my eyebrows and my hair done at Saks and both services are amazing; the staff are attentive and friendly and always ask what I’d like and listen carefully. I really look forward to my appointments!

Upon arrival was greeted by a young girl with a head full of foils who’s let the apprentice practice on her which felt quite unprofessional to be greeted that way for my appointment particularly when two thirds of the way through what felt like an already rushed appointment the apprentice came over to check on the foils in my hairdressers hair to say they were ready when she was, which made me feel like my appointment was proactively being rushed to accommodate the colouring my hairdresser was receiving instead of my appointment being the priority. Before having my trim I had pre booked a scalp treatment and the Saks website states that what I required would be discussed at my appointment… it wasn’t, I was directed to sit at a sink, given a gown then wasn’t at any point informed about the scalp treatment and the treatment itself lasted 2 minutes (sadly that’s not an exaggeration) and didn’t at all feel like it had cleansed my scalp in any way and I still had visible dandruff when I sat in the salon chair. The trim to take my split ends off is actually very uneven and I will now have to book in to a different salon to have it tidied and done professionally elsewhere as I don’t trust Saks to get it right as I went in for some pretty basic requests and was left feeling very dissatisfied and wishing id gone somewhere else. It cost £47 for an uneven trim and a blow dry that honestly looked like id done it at home. My partner met me afterward and mentioned I’d only been in there for 35 minutes and it looked like I hadn’t had anything done which is not what anyone wants to hear or how anyone wants to feel after visiting a salon. Needless to say won’t be going back and definitely wont be recommending to anyone.

Rachael put some copper highlights in my hair as well the usual blonde ones which I love. She also cut my hair really well as she always does. It was lovely to be able to have a cappuccino now.

I can not praise this salon enough for its continued dedication to going above and beyond in every device they offer. A Salon bursting with experience and a passion to ensure that every strand of your hair is the best that it can be. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Such a professional friendly team that give you the salon experience you deserve. I love you all xxx
