There was just enough chat too. I hate all the clichéd questions which some hairdressers go through when doing my hair.

I was seen by Nicole, she was very tentative and spent plenty of time ensuring my ideas were listened to and my hair was styled well both straight and blow dried. I am really happy with my results and the head massage was a lovely touch too. Overall a really great atmosphere and experience, I’ll definitely be booking again!

I have tried other salons locally but it never felt like a treat. You always get a walk welcome at Jo and Cass and I've always been very happy with the results.

This was my second visit to Jo & Cass Morecambe and I was again satisfied with the whole service. Katie C is lovely, professional and really good and what she does. The salon is relaxed, bubbly and has a great atmosphere. I have found my new favourite salon and will be staying put.

Been a customer for many years and had a number of Stylists in that time but Connor is my regular now . The whole salon atmosphere is bright, modern, stylish, always gleamingly clean. All staff are friendly, professional and efficient from the top to the juniors . Even when the salon is obviously busy you never feel like you are being rushed . While stylists move between clients I never feel neglected and when being passed from stylists to juniors for shampooing etc the transitions feel seamless and staff are informed of the senior stylist and customers needs . Although you could get treatments cheaper elsewhere, Jo N Cas Morecambe all certainly worth the money for the service and treatment you receive . Excellent job Team !

From the minute you arrive you are so looked after all the staff are lovely, conner is now my regular stylist and he's just amazing always advises me in the perfect direction an my hair is always fantastic, the other thing I love is the entire salon is completely accessible as I am disabled and struggle walking and I'm made to feel totally comfortable and at ease Thankyou x

We moved here a year 1/2 ago and my daughter & I have tried different salons. It’s such a personal choice and for some reason it felt really hard. We took the leap and just went in for the chop, together. Our stylists were lovely and so knowledgeable. We got gorgeous head massages, tips on maintenance and lots of careful personalising of the styles. We are both so pleased with the cut and will definitely be back

I have been Jo and Cass client for many years, but it seems like the saloon is in under very poor management. Place is dirty, without friendly atmosphere. Stylists are moody and without imagination. Sadly that was my last visit to J&C

She is very chatty and professional, also very helpful and takes her time over what she is doing. Am really happy with what she has done.

I came in on a mission to change my hairstyle and Nicole was accommodating, helpful and so friendly and she delivered perfectly what I asked for! I'll be back!!

If you want to go to a hair salon where not only do you get a good cut, you also get friendly hairdressers and a relaxing atmosphere! Prices are good to!

I absolutely love my hair the colour is amazing. When I have a cut I can tell that it’s good when the styling doesn’t drop. This happened with mine, although I did wash this morning. The way it’s been cut is so easy to style and looks good. Although it doesn’t go out of style I keep brushing my hair, to admire it. My experience was second to none. Thanks
