As always I am so happy with the way my hair turned out. Carly is amazing and I’ve never had a bad hair day. She’s so friendly and caring and remembers everything. She makes the whole experience feel luxurious!

The stylist was so helpful, respectful, warm to talk to, insightful, funny and did wonders to my hair! Lauren is such a lovely lady to have dealings with and I booked another appointment with her in two months because of today’s appointment. Beforehand too, the lady’s that guided me round to the sinks were really helpful and comforting, offering to lean me back and legs up in the recliner, while washing my hair and offering to give me a head massage, I felt in heaven!

This place is amazing, my stylist was so nice and helpful and she did an incredible job on my hair. I feel so much better now that I've had my hair and i love it. I will be coming back soon.

Unfortunately got soaked having my hair washed not a good start the manager was helpful drying my clothes and no charge for the inconvenience

Friendly helpful staff. Louise advised me expertly what would work with my hair type for what I was wanting.

I always book with Lauren every 8 weeks for full head of highlights and cut. She is so knowledgeable and highly skilled at her trade. Lauren always gives good advice about what will work best for my hair. I have very dry curly hair which is difficult to work with but I always feel confident when I go to Jo and Cass that I will come away feeling like I can have good hair days.

Beckie is a great hairdresser.

Beccy helped me choose the correct colours for my foils and my hair is now bright and vibrant. She took the weight out my hair and shaped around my face whilst leaving the length.

Another lovely cut and colour. Exactly what I asked for!!

I have been wanting to come to this salon for a while. But overall I was disappointed. It is very cramped up in the salon space wise which makes it very hot and more noisy. I had my hair washed, usually it should be shampooed twice and was only done once and seemed to be washed very very fast. Seeing I have long hair especially. I have nano extensions and during my blow dry 2 was brushed out. Which I feel was down to a lack of experience because two young stylists did it who don't style nano extensions much. As usually they don't fall out. I wouldn't expect this from a big salon. So I was very disappointed. I asked for a curly blow dry and showed a picture and it was a wave at best. I said nicely can you make it more curly please as the customer is always right and it didn't look like my picture. The stylist seemed annoyed and looked like she rolled her eyes to me. Sadly I won't be coming back. Which is a shame as I love the other 3 Jo and Cass salons and have been numerous times to them all.

I’ve always enjoyed coming to Jo N Cass to have my hair done the past stylists I’ve had are Vicky and Wendy, but obviously with them having babies I’ve gone onto Katie now I find the whole salon experience totally relaxing and I have such a busy lifestyle. those three hours or so give me chance to just sit there and get pampered and Katie does the job really really well my hair is lovely. She always gives good hair advice and she gives you the truth and not just what you want to hear which I appreciate And I will be continuing to come with to Jo N Cass as you are all very attentive very welcoming and I especially like the copious amounts of tea, coffee and wine LOL thank you so much

Super friendly stylist and really happy with my hair. Loved that she got the younger staff involved and was encouraging of them. She worked with my hair texture and delivered exactly what I wanted. Would definitely book in again!

Connor did a fantastic job bring my vision for my hair style for my wedding to life. The brief was Viking vibes and he most certainly did deliver!

I made the appointment at the last minute to dovetail in with my daughter; stylists were ill and it was not perfect timing for them but they fitted us both in. Thalia, with her self described OCD about colouring did an absolutely brilliant job and Nicole gave me a perfect cut and style. I have thick hair and was there for hours but was treated to an afternoon of pampering and relaxation. Very happy!
