Absolutely lovely experience. Felt welcome straight away all the staff are lovely. The lady that did my hair was brilliant. If u saw my hair before u would be amazed at what the results were. Definitely would recommend jo and cass morecambe.

Another lovely haircut - exactly what I wanted.

After telling you I could not keep up with your prices £104 for short hair was quite OTT. I asked if I could have a more junior assistant. I had Lily who was very good indeed at a third of the last price. So instead of cancelling you altogether I will be keeping my appointments with Lily if I can. She was a quiet but confident girl who made a smashing job of my hair. Well Done Lily. I’d like to say I saw a marked improvement to the salon either everyone dressed the same colour. Much more professional

Amazing service by Lizz again - always suggests trying a different product to suit my hairs needs - goes out of her way to get to know her clients hair as well - fully recommended

Louise was great with my daughter very patient and kind. I have tried a few times to take her to the salon and it ends in disaster because of sensory problems but this time was a great experience

Wendy was very personable and professional.
She listened to what I wished from my haircut and asked relevant follow-up questions.
Though very personable, it was apparent that Wendy's focus on my haircut - something that I was happy about.
I had already said that I didn't require anything other than a haircut.
I am very pleased with the results of my haircut.

This is our 3rd visit with Lousise , every time she makes my daughter feel at ease, she is Autistic and very anxious , we never feel rushed., she is very good at making her feel at ease and explaining all that will be happening during our appointment 😊

I’ve been having my hair done by lizz since 2022 and i wouldn’t have anyone else. She listens and turns your vision a reality. I’m never 100% on what i want but lizz will talk and listen until you’re sure and will always advise what she thinks is best if you’re unsure. the BEST!

Liz did a very careful cut and lovely hair dry and straighten which I was very happy with and others commented on how well it had been done. She was friendly and not over the top! I will definitely go back. Best cut ever!

Came for mine and my daughter’s hair appointment yesterday (Saturday) and as always was absolutely amazing and fantastic experience

I’ve never had a less than amazing experience at Jo and Cass, I’d never trust any other salon with my hair, they never judge (I’ve damaged my hair a lot myself!), always give great advice and I always leave feeling so confident! Carly was lovely. From the moment I sat in the chair, I felt as though she understood what I wanted. Probably the nicest cut and blow I’ve ever had - thank you!

This is by far the best cut I have had , I have always struggled with my hair and always tied it up , Carly took the time to look at pictures , talk about what would suit me and did exactly how I envisioned it , for the first time in a long time I feel confident . Carly went out of her way to make sure I could have my hair done at such short notice . Originally I wanted highlights however Carly did the strand test and we both decided it was not the way to go . Everyone has commented on how different my hair is but how it suits me ! Could not be happier

Visited with my daughter for cut and blow-dry and very welcoming ..big smile from lady on the desk on arrival ..very good wash and lovely cut and blow-dry by both ladies and we are both very happy and a nice and welcoming atmosphere and a nice coffee .
