I could only have a dry trim due to a recent operation. Said operation resulted in a very challenging reshape as the back of my hair had been 'cut'!! . Connor rose to the challenge and I left with shape reinstated.
All the team were wonderful,, helping me and ensuring I was OK.

I went in to my appointment asking lizz to do it slightly different to how I asked for it previously but with little knowledge on how to achieve this. Lizz was very informative, full of advice and recommendations and put my mind at rest. I always look forward to my appointments with Lizz, she is always smiling, a happy, bubbly lady and always does my hair to a high standard. I always leave feeling refreshed and loving my hair!

Wasn’t certain what to do with my hair but I knew I needed a change. Nicole chose the perfect colour palette for my skin tone whilst also listening to what I thought I’d like to achieve. After the little trim & a blow dry I asked Nicole’s opinion on cut & style moving forward. I absolutely love her ideas & she gave me a quick idea of what it would like if I grew my hair a little longer by using the straighteners to give my hair a little curl, a bit of freedom to bounce. Really happy with Nicole’s ideas & made me feel good after I left the salon.

1st time ever I wasn't overly happy with my colour from another stylist (but that stylist was a lovely lovely girl) jo and cass morecambe booked me straight back in no questions asked and Nicole did a fantastic job of correcting it I love this salon and its staff and felt awful about having to ask for a correction but they were so lovely about it cant recommend them enough

Really, really happy with the quality of finish on my daughter’s hair - gorgeous blend of colours. Just unhappy about her being kept waiting for fifteen minutes in her gown stood at the desk waiting to pay.

Haven’t been for a few years but decided I was missing the luxury experience of Jo & Cass., The massage chairs and head massage, great music and magazines! Not to mention the great atmosphere with the lovely staff. Especially my stylist Nicole who I felt I jelled with straight away! I had a wonderful experience, great hair do and left feeling a million dollars! ???

The Salon it's self is well designed, with a full view of Morecambe bay. Sleek curving display wall and reception desk that flows nicely into the heart of the salon where the magic happens.
The staff are friendly and welcoming, its a very relaxed atmosphere with a touch of elegance. Perfect lighting at each station, the wash area has reclining massage chairs that you could happily fall asleep in while your hair is being massaged with luxurious products.
Connor listened to what I was wanting but was confident to advise me if he thought something else would look better. He made me feel relaxed and never rushed. I had a full colour and restyle that took around 4 hours as I had very thick hair and although it took longer than expected I was prioritized over his next client. I was offered umpteen drinks throughout.(and the magazines were up to date one) my transition was amazing, I'd walked in feeling dull and lifeless and walked out feeling like a queen. I was even given a little bag of mini products to take home. It was a little pricey but it's been 5 years since I've been to a hairdresser and the service was star quality! Thank you Connor!

Brilliant, I love my cut and style

We booked in with Louise for my daughter (9 years old) to have her first proper salon experience and she was amazing! She listened to everything she wanted, made her feel like her opinion was valued and I left with the happiest girl who felt like a princess! Thankyou Louise!
