From arriving at the salon & guiding me through colour choices, Nicole was certainly caring & professional. There advice was great & I came home feeling a million dollars 😊

As always it was a pleasure to visit Jo&Cass Morecambe and have my haircut by Wendy. She cuts so well and is good company without being over chatty. This makes the whole experience relaxing. Thank you and I look forward to visiting again soon.

I had a very good experience felt well looked after by Vicky, offered me tea /coffee & head massage. Plus the chair massage is an added bonus.

Vicky listened to what change in style I wanted & cut & style my hair. She has given me a nice shape & cut and I am happy with my new style. So will return for a trim and pamper again.

First time with Nicole and she was fantastic, she really listened to what I wanted and offered her expertise and advice. My highlights are the best I’ve had in ages and look great so i feel great. She also cuts my daughter’s hair and is fantastic with her. Thank you

I was apprehensive about my hair appointment as it was a new salon for me but the staff were wonderful and very friendly making me feel at ease. Nothing too much trouble and my stylist was very professional and gave lots of good advice and guidance about my hair style and future colour choices. Would recommend to anyone, great value for money too.

This is the second time Louise has cut my daughters hair she has Autism so it's a big thing to go in a noisy unfamiliar salon but Louise puts her at ease straight away explaining what she is going to do for her hair 🙂

As always I am so happy with the way my hair turned out. Carly is amazing and I’ve never had a bad hair day. She’s so friendly and caring and remembers everything. She makes the whole experience feel luxurious!

The stylist was so helpful, respectful, warm to talk to, insightful, funny and did wonders to my hair! Lauren is such a lovely lady to have dealings with and I booked another appointment with her in two months because of today’s appointment. Beforehand too, the lady’s that guided me round to the sinks were really helpful and comforting, offering to lean me back and legs up in the recliner, while washing my hair and offering to give me a head massage, I felt in heaven!

This place is amazing, my stylist was so nice and helpful and she did an incredible job on my hair. I feel so much better now that I've had my hair and i love it. I will be coming back soon.

Unfortunately got soaked having my hair washed not a good start the manager was helpful drying my clothes and no charge for the inconvenience

Had a lovely experience had my usual shimmers cut and blow and a lovely cgat with Connor felt totally looked after and went away with a manageable cut and a vibrant colour strangers in the street stop me and compliment me on my hair

Friendly helpful staff. Louise advised me expertly what would work with my hair type for what I was wanting.

I always book with Lauren every 8 weeks for full head of highlights and cut. She is so knowledgeable and highly skilled at her trade. Lauren always gives good advice about what will work best for my hair. I have very dry curly hair which is difficult to work with but I always feel confident when I go to Jo and Cass that I will come away feeling like I can have good hair days.

Beckie is a great hairdresser.
