Overall fantastic experience every time at Jo and Cass Morecambe. Wendy is an experienced stylist and always does such a beautiful job of my colour and cut.
Friendly, caring and professional, I love my salon visits, and I always walk out feeling a million dollars!

Lizz always cuts my hair beautifully and the way she styles it after makes my hair look so thick.

Louise is amazing! She always does my hair to exactly how I like it. She is very professional and just a lovely person! I would recommend her to anyone.

Connor at J&C Morcambe did an amazing new style and got it just how I wanted. Loads of people have commented already on how good it looks.

Very comfortable chair with massage features, finish shampooing with head massage, Thank you Connor for looking after my wild hair for over 10 years!! All Staff are well trained to give the best experience 🥰

So so happy with the results of my hair, I had coppery coloured hair beforehand and Connor took my hair to blonde with pink ends, it looks amazing and I was so happy with the results. highly recommend Jo & Cass Morecambe for cut & colour services!

My 8 year old daughter enjoyed her time in the salon for a cut and blowdry. Everyone was very friendly. She felt pampered for the hour she was there.

Becky was lovely, talked me though everything and did exactly what I hoped for. Lovely head massage too

Connor makes me feel at ease and he manages an amazing salon within an ambient relaxing space where I can enjoy my free time and have my hair done and enjoy a lovely coffee and a chat.

Absolutely lovely experience. Felt welcome straight away all the staff are lovely. The lady that did my hair was brilliant. If u saw my hair before u would be amazed at what the results were. Definitely would recommend jo and cass morecambe.

Another lovely haircut - exactly what I wanted.

After telling you I could not keep up with your prices £104 for short hair was quite OTT. I asked if I could have a more junior assistant. I had Lily who was very good indeed at a third of the last price. So instead of cancelling you altogether I will be keeping my appointments with Lily if I can. She was a quiet but confident girl who made a smashing job of my hair. Well Done Lily. I’d like to say I saw a marked improvement to the salon either everyone dressed the same colour. Much more professional

Amazing service by Lizz again - always suggests trying a different product to suit my hairs needs - goes out of her way to get to know her clients hair as well - fully recommended

Louise was great with my daughter very patient and kind. I have tried a few times to take her to the salon and it ends in disaster because of sensory problems but this time was a great experience

Wendy was very personable and professional.
She listened to what I wished from my haircut and asked relevant follow-up questions.
Though very personable, it was apparent that Wendy's focus on my haircut - something that I was happy about.
I had already said that I didn't require anything other than a haircut.
I am very pleased with the results of my haircut.

This is our 3rd visit with Lousise , every time she makes my daughter feel at ease, she is Autistic and very anxious , we never feel rushed., she is very good at making her feel at ease and explaining all that will be happening during our appointment 😊
