So happy as ever with my hair. Lauren is an absolute genius at cutting and is always so friendly and welcoming. Love coming in to the salon as always really happy with the service and results. It’s a great friendly salon.

My 2 year old had his first hair cut with Connor yesterday and he was absolutely brilliant so great with my son and really nice to talk too as well. Definitely recommend. All the other staff was lovely too.

Great friendly staff always help you have the best experience you can discuss what you like and what would not suit you bot just cut or colour without proper discussion and make you feel at ease and have lovely beverages too 😊

Vicky is my regular stylist and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. She always listens, takes her time, and consistently does a fantastic job. She’s such a lovely, approachable, and professional person—I always leave loving my hair!

I go to Jo and cass in Morecambe and have since it opened many years ago I wouldn’t go anywhere else I have my cut every 6 weeks and my daughters every 12 weeks and lots of pampers in between . They are like an extended family I wouldn’t go anywhere else . Nicole does mine and Connor does Abbie’s for cuts then lots of stylists for pampers for special occasions. They really are the best x

My cut and blow-dry with Lauren was brilliant as always. The only downside was that the coffee I was offered never arrived, even after I followed up — and this seems to happen at every appointment. It’s a small thing, but quite frustrating.

Great staff friendly and know there customers discuss don't just cut or style without making the client happy great for nervous clients would recommend lovely with children as well

Katie at the Morecambe salon has been cutting and highlighting my hair for about a year now and she always does a great job. I've recently had my long hair cut shorter into a bob which I was quite nervous about but Katie took the time to talk it through with me and the result was exactly what I wanted.
