All staff are friendly and welcoming. My hair stylist Louise is amazing, always leave super happy and confident. My wants and needs are always met and the overall experience is relaxing and enjoyable. Other customers having their hair done at the same time as me also always seem happy.

Had an excellent cut as usual. Also enjoyed experience. Hair stylist very friendly and really lifted my spirits. I enjoyed a massage whilst having my hair washed and enjoyed a baileys hot chocolate whilst my hair was being cut and styled.
