I am not sure who my stylist was as she didn’t introduce herself. She didn’t speak much at all during the appointment. I had a photo of what I wanted and asked for two colours (full head foils). I specifically used the word ‘honey’ colour. Instead, she mixed bleach and said she would use a toner. The first toner went on and left my hair a very light, almost grey blonde which was not at all what I’d asked for. She offered another toner in a darker colour (in fact, she brought a colour chart and asked me which toner to use). Eventually, she chose a colour.
The ultimate hair style looks ok but is not the same or even close to the photo I brought in. The appointment took almost 4 hours which is much longer than I had been told. At the end, having taken my money, the stylist did not say goodbye. I was also disappointed that, despite being on crutches, she didn’t offer to hold the door open for me. It was a long way from the quality experience I would hope for at the price point of Jo and Cass.

Nicole is incredible and she brings my vision to life always! She’s so friendly and makes me feel so comfortable and I always come out of the salon feeling confident within myself. Thank you Nicole!! ❤️

The absolute gorgeous Rianne did my hair. She did it the exact way I wanted, I wanted to go a little darker at the roots she's very professional knows her stuff. I'll be getting my hair done from now on from her, finally a hairdresser I can trust. Also a lovely salon made me feel like a million dollars 😘 X.

Had a restyle cut and blow dry … Katie was lovely and did a great job with my hair … will definitely be my hairdresser from now on

It was my first visit to the salon and first time having my extensions sewn in. Had my hair coloured, cut and styled and I was delighted with the service and technical capabilities. I was also 25 mins late and the salon and hairstylists were fantastic at still accommodating my full appointment by having a couple of different people help. I really appreciated their flexibility and accommodation. Nicole did my hair and I am super happy with the results of the extensions and the colouring and styling etc Will definitely be back

Lauren was really great at advising me on style and the young lady shampoos your hair very well water temp just right.

As always Connor is friendly and courteous. I always leave feeling great.

Having not had a haircut in a while I wanted a decent chop with some style put back in. I could not be happier with the results. I will definitely be back again.

My child isn't a fan of hairdressers due to sensory challenges, however Conner was absolutely fantastic with him and we booked his next appointment on the way out as he was so happy with his new hair cut!

As always at the salon, I received a warm welcome from the staff. Iwas offered a drink and shown to my chair. My hairdresser is Neve who is excellent.

Nicole was absolutely fantastic with my granddaughter. She is very engaging, friendly and makes her feel very at ease. She did a lovely job of her hair and made the whole experience enjoyable. High Recommend

I have been suffering from hair loss and my stylist was so sympathetic and understood the issues I was having. She did an amazing job, and gave me a hair cut that was just what i needed and exactly what I asked for. The colour was also amazing - so I left the salon feeling so much better about how I looked.

So happy as ever with my hair. Lauren is an absolute genius at cutting and is always so friendly and welcoming. Love coming in to the salon as always really happy with the service and results. It’s a great friendly salon.

My 2 year old had his first hair cut with Connor yesterday and he was absolutely brilliant so great with my son and really nice to talk too as well. Definitely recommend. All the other staff was lovely too.

Great friendly staff always help you have the best experience you can discuss what you like and what would not suit you bot just cut or colour without proper discussion and make you feel at ease and have lovely beverages too 😊

Vicky is my regular stylist and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. She always listens, takes her time, and consistently does a fantastic job. She’s such a lovely, approachable, and professional person—I always leave loving my hair!
