I am so bad at going to the hairdressers to get my hair done, despite finding it very relaxing. Nicole did an amazing job of my cut and colour. She took on board all my requests and also advised me on what wouldn’t work, I came away feeling like a new woman and will make every effort to keep on top of my hair appointments. I also love that you can book online, makes finding a time more convenient, but most importantly I don’t have to speak to someone on the phone which I hate.

Connor was very welcoming, which I was grateful for as I was late. He made me feel totally relaxed, was very consultative and did everything I asked so I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend.

My 8yr old daughter had her first salon experience this week at your Morecambe branch, as usually a friend cuts her hair. She was nervous as she is autistic and really struggles with having her hair brushed and being in new, loud environments. She had Louise who was so lovely and really showed compassion and care for my daughter throughout her haircut. She was gentle and friendly and my daughter managed it so well because of Louise's care and attention. The salon was also really quiet and calm so that also helped. Really lovely experience, thank you.

A great experience from start to finish. Had a wash, cut and blow dry and Katie made it a lovely, relaxing experience. The head massage at the sink was a very welcome bonus after a tough day at work and I loved the finished look, just what I wanted and needed. Thanks very much, I’ll be back!

Louise is brilliant at her job! Don’t particularly like getting my hair done, but she makes me feel at ease. She is friendly and very professional. Love my hair!

Sometimes I wonder what I’d do without her! She always knows exactly what my hair needs.

Came back to Jo & Cass for a haircut, didn't know at the time they also now do beard trims so that was a nice surprise, had pretty much a full head makeover and feel amazing.

Booking via the phone or online is super easy, text reminders of appointments and a warm welcome upon arrival. Stylist gave consultation to ask what I wanted doing and got straight to it while a coffee was brought. Lovely experience from start to finish and with friendly fun staff I recommend Morecambe salon - see you again soon!

Katie has been doing my hair for over a year now and I wouldn’t want to see anyon else my hair has never been as nice and in great condition. Katie is so lovely and my visits are always a pleasure thanks to her and some of the other team.

I am not sure who my stylist was as she didn’t introduce herself. She didn’t speak much at all during the appointment. I had a photo of what I wanted and asked for two colours (full head foils). I specifically used the word ‘honey’ colour. Instead, she mixed bleach and said she would use a toner. The first toner went on and left my hair a very light, almost grey blonde which was not at all what I’d asked for. She offered another toner in a darker colour (in fact, she brought a colour chart and asked me which toner to use). Eventually, she chose a colour.
The ultimate hair style looks ok but is not the same or even close to the photo I brought in. The appointment took almost 4 hours which is much longer than I had been told. At the end, having taken my money, the stylist did not say goodbye. I was also disappointed that, despite being on crutches, she didn’t offer to hold the door open for me. It was a long way from the quality experience I would hope for at the price point of Jo and Cass.

Nicole is incredible and she brings my vision to life always! She’s so friendly and makes me feel so comfortable and I always come out of the salon feeling confident within myself. Thank you Nicole!! ❤️

The absolute gorgeous Rianne did my hair. She did it the exact way I wanted, I wanted to go a little darker at the roots she's very professional knows her stuff. I'll be getting my hair done from now on from her, finally a hairdresser I can trust. Also a lovely salon made me feel like a million dollars 😘 X.

It was my first visit to the salon and first time having my extensions sewn in. Had my hair coloured, cut and styled and I was delighted with the service and technical capabilities. I was also 25 mins late and the salon and hairstylists were fantastic at still accommodating my full appointment by having a couple of different people help. I really appreciated their flexibility and accommodation. Nicole did my hair and I am super happy with the results of the extensions and the colouring and styling etc Will definitely be back

Having not had a haircut in a while I wanted a decent chop with some style put back in. I could not be happier with the results. I will definitely be back again.

My child isn't a fan of hairdressers due to sensory challenges, however Conner was absolutely fantastic with him and we booked his next appointment on the way out as he was so happy with his new hair cut!

I have been suffering from hair loss and my stylist was so sympathetic and understood the issues I was having. She did an amazing job, and gave me a hair cut that was just what i needed and exactly what I asked for. The colour was also amazing - so I left the salon feeling so much better about how I looked.
