Hannah always has the time and enthusiasm to help with decisions. She has been doing my hair for a number of years and has really understood what my hair needs and knows how to work her magic on it. She truly is a gem and is very talented, respectful, thoughtful and a delight. Hannah always makes me happy and the amazing comments I receive are a testament to her.

I went to see Natalie for the first time and I couldn’t be more satisfied. Natalie listened to what I asked for and fully understood. She was very efficient, attentive and a lovely person. She is a very talented hairstylist and I couldn’t be more happy with the end result, I will definitely be visiting her again next time.

I have been coming to Jo & Cass to have my haircut with Rachel many years. Recently I’ve started to bring the young adult I help care for with many disabilities with me. I can’t thank all the staff there for making him feel so special. He loves coming for haircut and has gained so much confidence because of the attention all the staff give him especially Rachel.

As usual a lovely experience with the gorgeous Graham and his friendly team. Came out looking and feeling years younger than when I went in!!

I moved work location so getting to J&C was difficult, after trying a few alternatives I’m back. The whole experience was relaxing, the salon has a nice vibe. Danielle definitely understands my hair, alway a brilliant cut.

Brilliant as usual … one small bit of feedback for young apprentice who dried my hair, just took a bit long, think I timed it as 25 mins, and was on a cool setting!!he was lovely but as I had been in already 2 and half hours it was just a bit too long for me … I wanted to get the hairdryer turn it onto heat and just finish it off myself… but all round great service
