Well it was my 2nd visit to Jo and Cass I booked to have my hair coloured with Helen
My appointment was 12.30 I arrived 15 mins early so I was not late and was shown to my chair.
I was greeted by Helen and she said she would be 10-15 mins.
I was not attended to until 25 past 1
I nearly walked out as I was waiting for over an hour late.
If my hair had not turned out perfect I would not be coming back but luckily it went so lovely I will be back

I go to Danielle at Jo and Cass and wouldn’t use anyone else because she gets it spot on every single time. She leaves my hair looking naturally blond and in great condition at a very reasonable price. Fabulous service from the reception staff who always know your name to Danielle who an always warm, friendly and a very talented colourist.

Its always a good experience, when I attend Jo & Cass for my hair cut. Everyone is just so lovely. I also have a good chat with David. Xx

My twins went for a haircut yesterday with Lindsay. One of them is very nervous and she was amazing, putting him at ease. Great haircuts, lovely hot choc, and really managed the kids so well. Thank you!

Holly was just amazing. She carefully listened to what I wanted and gave me different options. We both agreed on what we thought was best. I had not only fringe but in for the first time in years, which I love. By the way, it changes my whole face and takes 10 years off and change colour from blonde to Auburn brown with an updo to rival any Hollywood hairdresser in Audrey's days. Absolutely wonderful experience. Very careful and considered approached by staff especially when I had a diabetes low. I was well catered for and I also had a injured foot which they accommodated beautifully. I can't thank Holly enough for all of her kind work. It was for a fancy dress party and let's just say it went down a storm!

Graham cut my hair,per usual! Good cut, and he his great at blow drying.! Will be back in Sept for colour would not go anywhere else.The staff are friendly and will give you good advice if needed.

Hollie was so lovely and advised me of how to look after my hair and style it. Beautiful salon and everyone is so friendly.

Annabelle is none verbal, autistic and I was unsure how this would go. Kitty was lovely with her,very kind and patient. She couldn’t do much but managed to take the fizzy ends off so for me that’s a win. Annabelle had a positive experience on her first trip to the hairdresser and I plan to make many more.

As usual, excellent in every way.

Danielle did a lovely job of colouring and cutting my hair and did exactly what I wanted. The following week she put my hair up for my wedding and it was beautiful. Thabk you for helping to make my day really special x

I've been having my hair styled here by Matthew for over 10 years. He's an amazing stylist and a lovely person. He really listens and always takes the extra time and trouble to make sure the cut is just right. However my day has been going, I always leave feeling so much better than when I went in ✨️

My daughter had her first salon experience with Paige and can’t wait to go back. She left feeling really pampered and Paige really got on her level.

Faye is the best! Not only is she a great hairdresser who always does a good job, she's also a great person and I enjoy chatting with her as we have things in common.

Hannah has been in charge of my hair for 5 years now and I trust her completely to do what needs doing and advise me when needed.

Had hair done with Holly B im really pleased with it the colour is exactly what I wanted some lowlights as well as highlights.

David was Fantastic as always & the girls that washed our hair were very nice & head massages were therapeutic.

Erin was the loveliest, she was so patient and accommodated to me wants and needs. She made my hair look really pretty. It was a wonderful experience.

Helen Murray is the most talented hairstylist and I would highly recommend her.

Erin was lovely and friendly as always and really listens to what you want in our cut which results in the perfect style! She was also great with my daughter and made her feel Special.

I had a full set of highlights, toner and apparently a full cut.
Althoufh the colour was great, i paid for a senior styalist , who did my highlights, my toner was done by a trainee, i pursume as Jade was traching her as she went along. But the trainee washed my fpils out and aplied toner by herself, she felt unsure and even though she was nice i was uneasy wondering if she knew what she was doing ..Also i had the most tiniest trim on my fringe and a tiny trim on the back, i think, yet no diffrence to the eye and paid the exact same amount £135 ( which i didnt mind last time of AJ)as i did when i had a complete restyle by AJ. Leaving AJ last time i felt like id had a luxury expierence, a complete restyle, she used lux products to give my hair volume, Jade did not..she used a protective spray only, and the blow dry wasnt nice either no bounce, no shine and flicked hair at the back , sadly this time i left feeling ripped off a bit and not in the least bit glam...positives, i liked the colour..not worth 135qwid tho..my hair is baby fine and to my ears..that cut or restyle or whatever i paid for had i been told id have to pay that much id have 100% said no dont trim my fringe...gutted really, and didnt book in for my next visit had i been happy i would have definately done so, as i did when i left last time. Yeah sad really

I went yesterday for highlights and a trim with Erin, and I can say in full confidence I had the best experience I could’ve possibly asked for. With the brightness level I was wanting, typically damage/thinning would have occurred, however, Erin managed to keep the hair health and thickness the same as to how it was when I walked in. With a treatment too, the pricing was more than reasonable and the salon is beautiful! 10/10 experience thank you!

My first thoughts were “this is intimidating” because of all the fancy chandeliers and marble floors but after I sat down all the staff were sublime and made me feel extremely comfortable and safe.

A relaxed and friendly environment to have your hair done

I have had Ruby the junior stylost do my hair twice now and both times she has done it to a brilliant standard and exactly how I asked. I have come out of the Salon feeling confident and happy!

I was very happy with my cut and colour. Samantha is an excellent stylist: she was very responsive to my requests, focused and confident in her work and pleasant in her manner. This is my second appointment with her and I will be asking for her again.
