At last! Finally found someone who can cut a decent pixie cut!! Took a photo in and Liam gave me exactly what I wanted, including the colour. Lovely guy, very efficient and had a good old chit chat - would recommend 100% 🥰

Been going to Jo and Cas for years now and never have a bad experience. Staff are all very welcoming and kind. I have been going to Holly for a few years now and she always gives me a great haircut, despite me looking feral most of the time. She's also given me great advice for my bush hair which has helped massively. Had a few other stylist while going and all have been great.

Helen has done my hair up twice & she is absolutely the best. I had some inspiration pictures and Helen gave me exactly what I wanted, she is amazing at what she does! I would recommend for prom or wedding or any special occasion.

I came to Lancaster over 4 years ago and tried several hairdressers, and I couldn’t find one that suited me.
I eventually gave Jo & Cass and I love it, I love the whole experience from the reception, then the stylists are all really nice, then the washing hair experience which has dim lighter and is a beautiful experience including head massage.
The products are excellent and the coffee is good.
My own stylist is now always Issy, she is a really lovely young woman and over the past years I have been coming to her, I have seen her grow in confidence and I am sure she will go far in her chosen career.

I had my wash cut and blow dry by Lois as usual, being 9 months post partum I was ready for a fresh cut and pamper time and as always Lois provided exactly that! She is always so bubbly, friendly, and someone you can just be yourself with! I’ve been to a few different salons in the past where you feel there’s that awkward chat but I have never felt more relaxed, comfortable and refreshed after an hour in the hair dressers than I do with Lois! She’s everything a girl needs for a good pamper session!

Lovely experience- as usual. Initial stylist unfortunately ill on the day but was contacted and another appointment made only 15 minutes later, with Molly, who was fantastic. Really listened and I left with a fantastic restyle, which I'm really happy with.

My mother in law is very happy with her hair cut from Hannah. She makes accommodations for her needs as she is unable to leave her wheel chair and make her laugh every time. She goes out of her way to make sure I'm comfortable with the perfect iced coffee in hand. Thanks Hannah x

Everything was very good, new seats for hair wash & also salon seats are very comfortable, nice new mirrors etc, my hair wash, cut & blow dried very professionally as always by David, thank you to all the staff in the salon yesterday.
