Been going to Jo and Cas for years now and never have a bad experience. Staff are all very welcoming and kind. I have been going to Holly for a few years now and she always gives me a great haircut, despite me looking feral most of the time. She's also given me great advice for my bush hair which has helped massively. Had a few other stylist while going and all have been great.

Usual appointment with Toyah, who is brilliant great experience as always, wouldn’t go anywhere else, always get exactly what I want and it’s such a friendly atmosphere as well

Helen has done my hair up twice & she is absolutely the best. I had some inspiration pictures and Helen gave me exactly what I wanted, she is amazing at what she does! I would recommend for prom or wedding or any special occasion.

I came to Lancaster over 4 years ago and tried several hairdressers, and I couldn’t find one that suited me.
I eventually gave Jo & Cass and I love it, I love the whole experience from the reception, then the stylists are all really nice, then the washing hair experience which has dim lighter and is a beautiful experience including head massage.
The products are excellent and the coffee is good.
My own stylist is now always Issy, she is a really lovely young woman and over the past years I have been coming to her, I have seen her grow in confidence and I am sure she will go far in her chosen career.

Fantastic salon with amazing staff. My hair looks amazing- exactly as I wanted it.

I had my wash cut and blow dry by Lois as usual, being 9 months post partum I was ready for a fresh cut and pamper time and as always Lois provided exactly that! She is always so bubbly, friendly, and someone you can just be yourself with! I’ve been to a few different salons in the past where you feel there’s that awkward chat but I have never felt more relaxed, comfortable and refreshed after an hour in the hair dressers than I do with Lois! She’s everything a girl needs for a good pamper session!

Lovely experience- as usual. Initial stylist unfortunately ill on the day but was contacted and another appointment made only 15 minutes later, with Molly, who was fantastic. Really listened and I left with a fantastic restyle, which I'm really happy with.
