I was made to feel welcome and relaxed. Ruby was lovely, this was my first visit to this salon and I’m definitely making plans to return.

Sam was extremely professional and helpful.

Immediately you walk in the salon you’re made to feel welcome and no matter who you are your treated with respect Matthew my hairdresser does a fantastic job and is so easy to talk to lovely guy and makes me look good

Brilliant customer service, gave good advice and did a brilliant job with mine and my daughters hair.

Came in with such long hair, was tired of it and it wanted it gone and wanted the blonde streaks out my hair. Told the lovely Holly T my situation, she advised me on the best colour for my hair, a ‘rich dark brown’ - came out amazing by the way. Listened to exactly what I wanted, and she made my vision of what I wanted my hair to look like and exactly true. Was extremely pleased with the result! Thank you again. x

I loved my hair last time so I booked myself in for a wet cut instead as I usually wet and restyle my hair again after a blow dry due to not liking how my curly hair is styled. I was told to come back as the hair I wanted was considered a restyle which I did despite wanting to get my hair done for Christmas. I came back on the 29th and I was sat waiting for half an hour I was asked if I wanted a drink twice and only got it at the end of my hair cut, hair fell into the cup during the hair cut. The stylist didn't apologies for being late and proceeded to give me a hair cut I didn't like after asking for shorter layers and a front fringe.
I left feeling fed up and hating my hair after spending £52. I wouldn't come here again or recommend the salon again.

I had an amazing experience I had a bad experience with my last hairdresser and Izzy reassured me and helped me find ways to get the hair I want and to help to also make my hair healthier,she’s made me have a lovely experience and I am definitely coming back to her for my next appointment I can not sing her praises enough .

As always it’s a pleasure to have my haircut by Helen. She knows and understands my hair so well!!!

Fantastic cut and colour by Holly

I have gone to the salon in Kendal( Jo andcass) when I lived there and had no issues. In fact, I’ve always had a good experience in Kendal.. it was quite different in Lancaster. I thought I’d booked a full head of highlights when it turned out. I’ve booked a full head of colour by mistake and I apologised profusely. I said I was about to get married and could they help. Now the lady that cut my hair loudly started telling everyone that I’d made a mistake whilst I’m panicking after her saying quite abruptly she she couldn’t do it.she went and told different people loudly complaining-just not professional behaviour to be talking like that and it seed disparaging about me not just about the mistake at made. Eventually her manager came and told her to calm down that it would be possible. I then said to her I’m sorry if I’ve made the mistake and booked the wrong service but you know I’m panicking a bit because I’m due to get married and travel the day after to the wedding venue and she said “it’s not my fault you’ve booked the wrong thing.. she could really do with some training on how to talk to customers. I gave her a £20 tip after colouring but wish I hadn’t of now because quite frankly she was rude and I won’t be going to that salon again. I’m getting to know people in Lancaster and I’ve heard nothing but bad reports about that salon and the rudeness of the staff. . I won’t be going again..

I always enjoy my appointment with David, he cuts my hair, as we just chat. 🤗😘

Very rushed appointment. Cut took no longer than 5 minutes. Hair was straightened with only 6 glides of straighteners. Having thick, long hair left it just looking a mess. Came away extremely disappointed.

It’s been so hard to find someone new to do my hair like I want . Jade got my hair sorted today and made me feel so much better.

Had my hair done by Helen. She cut and blow dried my hair beautifully. She also put on a conditioning treatment and gave me what was left. It's amazing and made such a tremendous difference to my hair. Enjoyed my proseccoband a good catch up!

All the staff are wonderful but especially love these 2 as they always do my hair for me. They are gorgeous, personable, friendly, caring people who provide such an efficient, professional service and do a fantastic job.

It was my 30th birthday so took my daughter with me to get hair cut and curled for my party the girl I got for my hair was really nice and did a good job however the girl who did my daughters cut her hair fine but could not curl party proper blaming my daughter hair when i manage to curl her hair fine without the training because I said doesnt look curled (the curls didnt even make it to car before was pretty much gone)the member of staff was moody and couldn't curl hair instead huffed and puffed came across ignorant and rude to me as you could probally tell this person has put me off going back for hair,however I would recommend the make up artist there she was lovely and amazing at her job

I had a full re colour to cover my greying hair with 3/4 head of highlights and a cut with Holly. Holly was knowledgeable about the best high and low lights needed to cover my increasingly grey hair. The results are perfect
