Hannah and Graham always do my tints and shimmers Cut and blow and I'd never have anyone else in my opinion they are the best. Plus Graham has been cutting my hair for well over 20 yrs now. He's fabulous.

I think Lois shines at her Balliage,She can get them so natural and fine. This time we actually took it more then normal to blend the greys that are coming think and fast. But she blends it all together so well,Love it 😘🙌🏻

Lois was amazing. I really loved how engaged she was and she gave me a great haircut. Thank you. Unfortunately the massage chair and foot rest wasn’t working and there was no power in the hair wash area, so no music and projector on. Sadly this spoilt the experience as this is usually one of my favourite parts. It felt like not good value for money as this experience was rushed and had zero atmosphere. This of course was no Lois’ fault but I think I should have been offered a reduced cost for this lack of experience.

The colour that I was advised to have worked very well and I amp,eased with it.

Made to feel most welcome- although due to parking issues, I was approx 10 mins late - i not made to feel guilty by anyone. David, made the hour plus fun and talked through the cut and finish.
It was a lovely to walk out with a great cut and finish - lifted my spirits. Thank tobDavid and the team

Went in for my twice yearly balayage with Lois and felt that I wanted to try a lightly warmer tone of blonde to look a bit more natural, and Lois nailed it again, kept lots of my natural colour blended through it and a super soft root blend into my own root and the colour is perfect, so happy with it and such a lovely relaxing appointment, well looked after and feeling like a new woman! Thank Lois x

I've been having my hair done at Jo and Cass for approximately 12 years. It's always a pleasure to visit everyone is so welcoming and it's a beautiful salon. Hayley is my stylist and she has seen me through many a cut and colour transformation! She is a fabulous cutter of hair ( mine is short and she is the best! ) I receive lots of compliments about my hair so I know others can see what a good job she does. All in all a great salon great staff and decent value for money.

Danielle is so skilled that she can highlight an touch up roots to give a naturally blond look. My hair looks amazing! The staff are all so friendly and nothing is too much trouble!

I was nervous, transferring to a new salon after 30 years (of and on) with my current salon, which is now closing down. Steph made me feel at ease from the onset. Hannah, was lovely. Her professionalism and helpful, positive attitude, enabled me to understand the process of colour and cut in relation to my present (not) hair style and what I wanted as an outcome. Hannah's proactive, approach in suggesting techniques which would suit my, face, eyebrows and complection, also made me feel comfortable and relaxed. The result, is great. The hairdresser seemed lovely and we had discussed about my hair prior appointment and on the actual appointment day however the colour turned out brassy yellow even tho I’ve said im happy before leaving the salon as it looked nice lighter colour but once back home I saw it more brassy yellow in a daylight, haven’t seen using heat protection before blow drying and styling however waves were made beautiful never had such a nice waves done by hairdresser before so congrats for that , brutally brushing hair while wet and shampooing I felt pain on my scalp even the next day I wish girl was way more gentle with it left my hair in knots in many areas of my hair (pictures made), the main discomfort was harshly brushed hair while is wet and could not relax and enjoy massaging chair even tho beautiful massaging chair and good head massage from hairdresser but literally was so painful, wish she had understanding to apply hair oil on the ends after the appointment as bleaching is damaging enough and hair just need good care and moisture afterwards especially the hair ends that’s from the basic knowledge of mine, I’ve asked to have hair oil rather then hair spray but I wish She had knew that herself, also I have rushed to boots after the appointment to get some hair oil as it felt lacking moisture and hair felt thirsty that’s how it felt guys im sorry for saying all that really don’t wanna do that but I guess I have to so you can fix those things for future appointments also I do not want to offend the hairdresser by any means I wish her luck in her carrier and learn from mistakes also take complaints with open heart and strive to be the best , I have left the email to Jo&Cass Lancaster but did not hear back from them , wish you guys have a nice weekend.

Izzy/Ellie are both excellent at what they do. Both have cut/styled my hair and I have been very pleased with the results. I was a little nervous going for for the chop recently but Izzy styled my hair beautifully. Thank you so much😊 .

Honest advice given about the condition of my nails and protein treatment kindly advised to give a break from gel. Greatly appreciated ☺️
