Had a great experience today at the salon. Just £5 for a manicure and french polish with Paige. The salon was comfy and calm. Paige was really professional and did an amazing job even though she had only learned to do this a few days ago. Really happy with my nails, couldn't fault the experience.

I asked if twinkle toes included pedicure and was told yes. On arrival the girl said it doesn't include pedicure. I was able to show my msg that confirmed this. Another 2 ladies had the same happen. However, I felt like I was putting the girl out when it wasn't my fault. There was no talking only when I asked a question, the pedicure was less than adequate, rushed and quite frankly the worst experience I've had. I appreciate these girls are learning but the lack of chatter, or even apology for the confusion was quite disappointing. The twinkle toes were a grey polish that was practically thrown on without the suggestion of 'twinkle' on them. No goodbye just a 'do you know your way put'. Overall I wouldn't come back for a pedicure or recommend which is a shame. Really uncomfortable atmosphere.

Nice young lady student. Lovely hair cut and style. Didn't apply or ask about heat treatments prior to blow dry or using curling. Curls lasted for 3 days which was great 👍

I have just had a hot oil manicure, hand massage and nail buff. I was treated in a very friendly yet professional way, asked if I was ok several times during the manicure. It was a very pleasant experience and I’d love to come again and have another one.

For a young student just setting out on this career path I thought she did very well. She felt she did a few things in wrong order but I was pleased with her approach and manner in which she dealt with it. Overall I’m pleased with the result.

Students worked well together to meet the time deadline, nothing was to much trouble and Ruby did a wonderful job on my super think hair.

I had this lovely young lady to gel paint my toe nails She was so friendly with me and too me and was a really gentle person. She was very good and had the right attitude for what she's doing but also doing my nails well. HALEY will go far doing beauty and will be happy to have her to do mine nails again.
My nails were fone very quick the girl was very quite. Mia from hair was really friendly and chatty, did a great job.

Not a complaint but I’m only 5feet tall and table bit high to climb onto, maybe a small step would help small people like me. However this doesn’t affect the massage experience.
I enjoyed the hand / arm exfoliation and massage. Vikki was lovely and professional. My nails were hardly filed down though so still uneven and sharp etc, something to focus on next time perhaps. A relaxing hour, thank you!

I had a lovely manicure which included a massage of my arms exfoliating and moisturising them. The student was very thorough and took care with my arm as I have a problem lifting it and holding it up for any length of time. I discovered I was her first client and even though she was nervous she did a great job.
