I had a 30 day Fabriq treatment today and my hair has never been so soft and straight. I had a couple of lovely trainees do it and they were so thorough and gentle. Will definitely be coming back for the 4 month blow dry!

I came this evening for a welcome back facial and honestly didn’t expect it to be great as these students are brand new but wow! I’ve had quite a few different facials over the years and this is up there with the best… that includes industry professionals. I was more than impressed.
What a lovely treatment, the beautician explained all the aspect of the facial and explained what she was going to do throughout. My face looks and feels great.

Unfortunately my nail art nails fell with I. 7 days most of then all at once whilst 3 nails took a few more days Im Disappointed with this .it's never nice saying things like this ..at this point I paid for nail art extended nails which is what I booked in for dissatisfied member of the public .you couldn't fault the senior staff I felt faint an they were amazing

I enjoyed it but I have had better in the
Past.hands and feet barely touched and I did ask for more pressure throughout my treatment but it never happened. If it did I did not notice. When the treatment had ended I was not offered any water and also not asked if I enjoyed the treatment. To be honest I was disappointed.
I will continue to support hair and beauty but not with the student I had today.

I enjoyed a lovely facial today done by Chloe. It was very relaxing and enjoyable and my skin felt lovely both during and afterwards. Chloe was lovely, very professional and considerate checking that I was okay throughout. I was really surprised to discover this was only the second time the students were working with external clients. I look forward to booking another facial. It was an enjoyable experience and an absolute bargain. All the other staff were professional and efficient too re booking and booking in etc.
One word - Amazing! So pleased my friend mentioned it to me. I can honestly say that it was one of the most thorough, intensive facials I have ever had. The student was brilliant. Unfortunately we didn't have much of a conversation as the lovely lady was Thai with limited English but she was extremely friendly and polite. I hope to be able to have further treatments with you.
