Hi Morgan, please accept our apologies for not responding sooner! Firstly thank you for your feedback, it is really important to hear what our clients think of the services we provide. We would like to apologise for the delay you experienced with your girls appointment. We never overbook clients and always allow enough time for what the client books in for, however unfortunately doing what we do then sometimes clients times run over, this can be caused by unforeseen circumstances like colour reactions or clients changing their mind on their original colour choice. the last thing we want to say is no to a client so we work hard to do this for everyone. Cutting children's hair can be sometimes difficult, because most get impatient and having to sit for a period of time can make this worse. Again, we are really sorry that this happened and will do our best to learn from this, implementing changes to try and eliminate this happening moving forward. We hope to see you again.
