About us

We are a gender-neutral salon and are very proud to say it! We kicked this dream of ours off in 2010 and here we are. Having a good time, and producing beautiful hair is what we are all about!

Our fabulous team of stylists have over 100 years combined experience and it shows. Whilst in our salon you are our guest, and we will make sure your visit is like no other salon visit you have ever had before. Firstly, you will get what you want and not what your stylist wants. If you need advice or guidance…no problem!

Short hair, long hair and anywhere in between you are in very safe hands. We cover all aspects of hairdressing, however where we excel is colour. Balayage colouring, ombre colouring, highlights, lowlights, root fade, free hand painting, ‘Manic Panic’ colouring, colour correction we do it all…and just love doing it!

Our salon has been specifically designed and built from an empty shell by us for you to enjoy. Air conditioning, fresh air ventilation, WI-FI, state of the art sound system, led lighting, bespoke furniture and seating, comfortable and modern washrooms, oh and the best bit…we have a fully stocked bar as well as an Italian coffee machine producing every single cup from fresh beans. Coming to the hairdressers should be an amazing experience and one where you can wind down and relax…so let us look after you in luxury. We pride ourselves in our warm, friendly and inclusive environment we offer here.

We are East Kilbride’s official and only stockists of the acclaimed ‘Morrocanoil’ brand and use nothing but industry leading and proven brands, such as ‘OLAPLEX’, ‘Manic Panic’, ‘evo FABULOSO PRO’ and ‘It’s a ten haircare’. We also work directly with ‘Beauty Works’ to provide the best Russian, Mongolian and Indian remy hair extensions and weaves available to us.

Coming to 1302 is such a treat and a pleasure. Maria has been doing my hair for about 15yrs (showing my age!) and she has always given me great cuts and funky colours. She really understands how to handle my thick hair and listens to what I want.

She has helped me try out various colours over the years and I have never been disappointed.

The salon is so relaxed and friendly, not at all snobby or stuffy. There is usually some unofficial karaoke going on aswell.

I have just moved to the area and it was by luck that I searched and selected this salon. From the first visit to the appointment itself was fantastic. I loved the honest opinion from the stylist which she gave graciously and I knew that she totally knew what she was talking about and doing. I had three lovely people help me today and they all made me feel so welcome and comfortable. I went in needing to have a rescue after a home bleach session and I had a treatment and a cut and I loved both. I will definitely be returning for colour after my hair has had a rest. Absolutely love this Salon! My Hair is gorgeous as ever and with using Oloplex in the salon my hair feels so silky and is growing so much faster! Result 1302 Big Time! Thank you so much. Such bubbly friendly approachable staff and what beautiful surroundings. I totally loved my visit as always. My earl grey cuppa with today a gorgeous piece of chocolate cake and a cold glass of iced water. Also a big shout out to Hannah who blow dried my hair. Fab job! An to Miss Emily Hopd for getting rid my greys and giving me some gorgeous blonde highlights which for once didn't ruin my hair cause yes their amazing Oloplex 1302 use with your colour keeps your hair feeling silky and gorgeous after a colour! My daughter and I booked in for my engagement party. Our make up ran over and we were 30 minutes late. They salon were fab! Totally took it in their stride, and did an amazing job! It didn’t feel rushed or stressy at all but they had us out on time!

We are a gender-neutral salon and are very proud to say it! We kicked this dream of ours off in 2010 and here we are. Having a good time, and producing beautiful hair is what we are all about!

Our fabulous team of stylists have over 100 years combined experience and it shows. Whilst in our salon you are our guest, and we will make sure your visit is like no other salon visit you have ever had before. Firstly, you will get what you want and not what your stylist wants. If you need advice or guidance…no problem!

Short hair, long hair and anywhere in between you are in very safe hands. We cover all aspects of hairdressing, however where we excel is colour. Balayage colouring, ombre colouring, highlights, lowlights, root fade, free hand painting, ‘Manic Panic’ colouring, colour correction we do it all…and just love doing it!

Our salon has been specifically designed and built from an empty shell by us for you to enjoy. Air conditioning, fresh air ventilation, WI-FI, state of the art sound system, led lighting, bespoke furniture and seating, comfortable and modern washrooms, oh and the best bit…we have a fully stocked bar as well as an Italian coffee machine producing every single cup from fresh beans. Coming to the hairdressers should be an amazing experience and one where you can wind down and relax…so let us look after you in luxury. We pride ourselves in our warm, friendly and inclusive environment we offer here.

We are East Kilbride’s official and only stockists of the acclaimed ‘Morrocanoil’ brand and use nothing but industry leading and proven brands, such as ‘OLAPLEX’, ‘Manic Panic’, ‘evo FABULOSO PRO’ and ‘It’s a ten haircare’. We also work directly with ‘Beauty Works’ to provide the best Russian, Mongolian and Indian remy hair extensions and weaves available to us.
