About us

We are a gender-neutral salon and are very proud to say it! We kicked this dream of ours off in 2010 and here we are. Having a good time, and producing beautiful hair is what we are all about!

Our fabulous team of stylists have over 100 years combined experience and it shows. Whilst in our salon you are our guest, and we will make sure your visit is like no other salon visit you have ever had before. Firstly, you will get what you want and not what your stylist wants. If you need advice or guidance…no problem!

Short hair, long hair and anywhere in between you are in very safe hands. We cover all aspects of hairdressing, however where we excel is colour. Balayage colouring, ombre colouring, highlights, lowlights, root fade, free hand painting, ‘Manic Panic’ colouring, colour correction we do it all…and just love doing it!

Our salon has been specifically designed and built from an empty shell by us for you to enjoy. Air conditioning, fresh air ventilation, WI-FI, state of the art sound system, led lighting, bespoke furniture and seating, comfortable and modern washrooms, oh and the best bit…we have a fully stocked bar as well as an Italian coffee machine producing every single cup from fresh beans. Coming to the hairdressers should be an amazing experience and one where you can wind down and relax…so let us look after you in luxury. We pride ourselves in our warm, friendly and inclusive environment we offer here.

We are East Kilbride’s official and only stockists of the acclaimed ‘Morrocanoil’ brand and use nothing but industry leading and proven brands, such as ‘OLAPLEX’, ‘Manic Panic’, ‘evo FABULOSO PRO’ and ‘It’s a ten haircare’. We also work directly with ‘Beauty Works’ to provide the best Russian, Mongolian and Indian remy hair extensions and weaves available to us.

Not been in the Salon for a long time so it was nice to be greeted by all the smiling faces.
I asked for a balayage hairdo as I had never had it before and Kerry did a fantastic job. She was informative and helpful in choosing and matching colours and spoke through the process clearly and carefully.
She is a chatty and friendly young girl and maintains professional decorum. I felt at ease and was delighted with the final product. Brill! I will be back (If my children let me hahah).

Katlyn is an incredible stylist and I feel like she reads my mind to give me the style I want ,she’s friendly and professional as is the salon and is incredible skilled at what she does . I honestly couldn't be happier with my experience at 1302. I have alopecia and don't like the openness of salons, and the staff did everything they could to make me feel comfortable. Kerry offered great advice on how best to style my hair and taught me how to restyle it myself at home. She managed to mask my alopecia patches, which I didn't even think was possible and I left feeling more confident and happy. I can't thank her and the other staff enough.

The lockdown has been so difficult and not being able to get my hair done has had a huge impact on how I feel about myself. But I feel absolutely amazing now I've definitely got my spring back.I'm so glad to see yous all back.

I can't recommend the 1302 salon enough. Maria, the boss, is the best stylist in the business and so funny and bubbly. Vinny Barsotti,(Business boss) when he is around always says hello to everyone, and has a chat. We are a gender-neutral salon and are very proud to say it! We kicked this dream of ours off in 2010 and here we are. Having a good time, and producing beautiful hair is what we are all about!

Our fabulous team of stylists have over 100 years combined experience and it shows. Whilst in our salon you are our guest, and we will make sure your visit is like no other salon visit you have ever had before. Firstly, you will get what you want and not what your stylist wants. If you need advice or guidance…no problem!

Short hair, long hair and anywhere in between you are in very safe hands. We cover all aspects of hairdressing, however where we excel is colour. Balayage colouring, ombre colouring, highlights, lowlights, root fade, free hand painting, ‘Manic Panic’ colouring, colour correction we do it all…and just love doing it!

Our salon has been specifically designed and built from an empty shell by us for you to enjoy. Air conditioning, fresh air ventilation, WI-FI, state of the art sound system, led lighting, bespoke furniture and seating, comfortable and modern washrooms, oh and the best bit…we have a fully stocked bar as well as an Italian coffee machine producing every single cup from fresh beans. Coming to the hairdressers should be an amazing experience and one where you can wind down and relax…so let us look after you in luxury. We pride ourselves in our warm, friendly and inclusive environment we offer here.

We are East Kilbride’s official and only stockists of the acclaimed ‘Morrocanoil’ brand and use nothing but industry leading and proven brands, such as ‘OLAPLEX’, ‘Manic Panic’, ‘evo FABULOSO PRO’ and ‘It’s a ten haircare’. We also work directly with ‘Beauty Works’ to provide the best Russian, Mongolian and Indian remy hair extensions and weaves available to us.
