My first time in the salon and a great experience from beginning to end. All staff were friendly and professional and love my new haircut!!!

I hadn’t had my hair done in 18 months! Nadine has done such an amazing job, I am over the moon happy with my look and would highly, highly recommend her.

Always made go feel so welcome by every member of staff, they are all lovely. Nothing is ever too much to ask. I’ve been 3 times now and wouldn’t go anywhere else always love my hair.

So happy with my cut and blow dry! Katlyn is lovely and apprentice gave me a WONDERFUL head massage! Really lovely people and great chat ! Oh , and my hair feels lush!

As always I am over the moon with my hair. Katlyn never lets me down, when I am in the chair I let Katlyn do what my hair how she likes thats how much trust I have in her and know Katlyn won't let down!

I am absolutely chuffed with my hair!! Hannah was so lovely, chatty and attentive - talking me through the balayage process, making me feel relaxed, and making suggestions that totally made all the difference (little baby highlights in my fringe!). The team at 1302 are so friendly, I hadn’t been in a salon for years and I loved it - I left feeling so pampered and excited to show off my new (silky smooth) hair do! I 100% recommend - thank you!

I was very happy with my consultation with Katlyn. All Hygiene special arrangements were carefully carried out. I felt very comfortable and relaxed.

Katlyn has been cutting my hair for about 5 years now and I’m always delighted with the results. Today for the first time in a long time I actually had the time and money to get some colour and Katlyn recommended a 2 colour balayage. I have really dark box dyed hair so I didn’t really know how it would turn out but I knew I could trust katlyn. The finished result is beyond beautiful, I totally love it and can’t stop looking at it, lol. Katlyn is the absolute queen of balayage. I would recommend katlyn to everyone, she’s got it all, skills, speed and great chat. Any trip to this salon is a fun and friendly experience no matter what stylist you go for.

This was my first visit to 1302 Hair Design and was a very pleasant experience. Being of the older generation I was not sure what to expect. However, I am very pleased with the hairdo. Karly took the time to ask me what I would like done and did it very well.
All the staff that I had contact with were exceptionally nice and I will be making a return visit.
P.S. It's a lovely salon.

Since coming to 1302 Nadine has made me very comfortable and always gave me great advice on what is best for my hair! I am always unsure of what to do with my hair but Nadine has always gave me suggestions and ideas and I have loved my hair every time. After many years of trying different hairdressers I’m so glad that I have finally find one who listens and knows exactly what to do even when I don’t

Had my first visit to 1302, left feeling like a million dollars. Kerry explained everything she was going to do and did a fantastic job, absolutely delighted with the results.
All the girls were so lovely and welcoming. I definitely will be back as now found my perfect stylist.

Visited 1302 for the first time after a hair disaster at a salon in the East end of Glasgow with a Groupon voucher and Katlyn put me at ease right away, very professional and I knew I was in safe hands. Came out the salon a new woman with a lovely caramel blonde balayage. Katlyn really did have her work cut out for her as I came in with yellow/orange hair. She also suggested I include olaplex in the treatment to help with any damage that may have been caused at the previous salon. Would definitely recommend Katlyn and now my salon of choice, everyone very friendly and welcoming. Strict covid procedures in place and proper protective gowns etc, hand sanitiser and temperature checked when you arrive.

As usual I wasn’t sure what I wanted. With some encouragement and recommendations from Nadine I opted for a change of colour and style. Really happy with the results, so glad I took Nadine’s advise, she was brilliant and can highly recommend both her and the salon.

My hair was a disaster when I arrived and I can’t thank everyone at 1302 enough, especially Nadine who has completely transformed my hair. It’s looks much healthier now and I couldn’t be happier!

Originally had an appointment on the 5th but I got a phone call to say there was a cancellation and I could go after my work. Lucky me, I was over the moon. I’d had a very trying day at work and Nadine worked her magic. I’m so happy with my hair plus we had a great laugh and blethers such a lovely girl, so easy to talk to. Can’t wait for my next appointment. Thanks again Nadine x

I'm an anxious person when it comes to new places and new faces, but I was made to feel welcome as soon as I stepped through the door of 1302. Conversation flowed easily with Nadine, and I went in unsure of what I wanted in regards to colour, but with her amazing brainstorming she had me leaving with a big smile on my face and feeling a confidence I haven't felt in a long time!

went in will so much grey and hair colour all over the place. Kerry mixed the best colour that evened out my hair colour, got rid of the grey and brightened me right up. Lovely cut too.

p.s. if anyone is worried about a hair cut in current times the salon is so safe. Temp checks super clean sanitiser and everything cleaned well after each customer.

My stylist was fab, done everything that I asked but when I asked for a feathered section at the front of my hair at the beginning of the session I didn't realise I had to give my full order. Karly was with another client and came back to do the feathered section at the front where I wish I was consulted as to where she would start cutting. Instead of double checking where I want the cut to start from she proceeded to cut from below my jaw line but instead I actually wanted it cut from my collar bone down. I didn't have the heart to say it was wrong at the time and nothing could've been done about as it was cut by then so I just let her even it up on the other side.
I only want 1302 to know so this is avoided in future. If she had slowed down and double checked with me I would've walked out super happy instead of disappointment and regret of not stipulating my requirements at the very beginning.

I had a great experience in 1302, Kayleigh immediately makes you feel so welcome when you arrive and measures are taken to ensure great hygiene standards. I didn’t catch the apprentice who washed my hair but she was lovely as well and took great care in washing. Nadine did an absolutely amazing job of my haircut and style and I am very happy with the results. Great chat throughout and lovely atmosphere in the salon. Will definitely be back, Thank you x

Honestly thrilled with the results of my colour correction last night. My hair was in an awful state after a bad colour and kerry completely fixed it. It looks and feels so much better now. This salon a miracle workers. Thank you so much!

It was my first time visiting the salon so a little apprehensive. However, I had nothing to worry about, from the minute I stepped in to the salon, I was made very welcome and met with extremely friendly staff. Katlyn was very professional, listened to what I would like, provided advice and kept me informed of each step of my treatment. There was a lovely atmosphere in the salon. Spotlessly clean. Amazing transformation at a lovely friendly salon

Friendly and professional from start to finish. Friendly greeting and Kerry was just brilliant. I showed her a photo of what I would like colour wise and she achieved exactly that. She’s friendly and so knowledgable. All the staff were fantastic. Will definitely be back
