Michelle was great! Really listened to what I wanted and I was very happy with both the colour and the cut!

I had a warm welcome at reception from Nik, followed by a catch up with the cheerful Jodie as she set me up ready for Anna.
As always I had a lovely catch up with Anna today whilst having my colour and cut done.
I fancied a change so she advised me on a way we could change my colour to brighten up my look, but that would still suit my skin tone.
Evie made me my favourite Drink☕️⭐️.
Then I had a nice relaxing experience at the back wash topped of with a kerastase fusio dose treatment, especially cocktailed for my hairs needs and to lock in my beautiful new glossy colour.
I left feeling very pampered.

She’s the best colourist out there. Never fails to just get it spot on and always a delight to spend time with. Very talented.

Anna cut my daughters hair exactly how she wanted it. We also bought a product to help with curly hair.

Great haircut with Anna this morning! Just a trim but actually had time for a blow dry for once which was lovely as Anna understands my curly hair and the fact that diffusing it gives the best results. Thank you!

Emma is the absolute best. I had the most incredible massage and facial by Emma. Sensory Heaven was half price for January and fantastic value for what you experience. I have never felt so relaxed and pampered. My skin feels so lovely. Emma is so good at what she does and is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I love Emma and SAKS. I had the Sensory Heaven treatment with Ruta. 1 hr massage and 1 hr facial. Ruta is so good at massages, the best I have had in fact! Facial was amazing and skin felt so clear and soft! Think it took years off me! Thank you Ruta!

Oh my - everyone should have the sensory heaven at least once a month. It’s such an amazing experience - I always feel so good and Emma is the best - I’ve had lots of massages over the years, but Emma tops them all - she knows exactly where and when to apply pressure to get the knots out. Highly recommended- I’ve already booked my next two

I always love the escape a treatment with Emma gives. She really forms a relationship with her clients recalling what they need. She is knowledgable and offers advise around products and other treatments.

Fantastic job of sorting out my post lockdown hair (not an easy job) by Jemma. The salon felt very safe and all the SAKS staff acted very professionally in challenging new circumstances.

Temperature a bit too hot for washed hair and the back of the neck should asked for lift up to clean off the colour hair. On the way back home I felt tingly on the back of my neck, so when I got home need to wash my hair again.

Natasha Collins is the best stylist, always giving the best service with great attention to detail. Also a mention to Amanda, Michelle and Victoria for eyebrow shaping/tinting. Excellent.

Jemma cut my long hair yesterday and has transformed my new look. I really enjoyed the salon experience and was very well looked after and I cannot thank everyone at Saks in kings hill enough.

Mary has without doubt saved my hair! After a balayage gone wrong at another salon I have since entrusted my hair to Mary and she has over the last six months brought it back from the brink... she is a fabulously talented lady and the service at SAKS is exceptional. Very highly recommended.
