Rona and her staff are without doubt a credit to the industry . Their skill patience and kindness are second to none. I used to treat going to have my haircut as a chore, it is now something I enjoy. I introduced my wife to the Salon and she has never had her hair coloured , cur and styled so well. She is a different person following each visit.

Fun,friendly and professional - Rona & Russell run a fabulous place here with a great team of staff. I have been coming for over four years now since moving to the area from London and they are a "cut above the rest" ! Frankie is super for my colour and I love the Aveda products which are kinder to your hair. There is tea, coffee, wine, music, magazines, massage and more.....they will even top up your parking meter or collect your lunch. Its definitely worth the experience.

Have been a client of William Charles for many years . My stylist Sam has been with me all the way and encouraged me to change my look on a regular basis . When Sam is not there I love coral doing my hair too . The staff are really professional and I absolutely love the head and hand massage . Products are great too ????

Love the salon, my husband and son have Russ and my daughter has Emily. Rona and Russ own the Salon, and they are very very good at what they do!

I recently had my hair styled for my Wedding by Rona…lots of lovely plaits at the back in an up do with little wild flowers... she was brilliant from start to finish through the hair trials to the actual day. Her approach and manner was lovely and she really listened to what i wanted :) Also the service was great and all the girls that work there are really friendly and sweet. I'd highly recommend it!

I had not had a hair cut for 8 years,always having it short and running the clippers over it myself. I decided to grow it and have it cut professionally. I definitely made the right choice going to William Charles. Bethany was attentive,patient and knew exactly what I was looking for. She has given me a really great hair cut which I am extremely pleased with. From arriving at the salon to a warm friendly welcome to the hair cut itself by Bethany the whole experience was excellent and I will definitely have Bethany cut my hair every 5 weeks from now on. They definitely deserve the 5 out of 5 star rating.

I have been going here for almost eight years. Every so often I think I should try a different place, but I always go back. The staff are friendly, the quality of cut is great. You get a lovely head and shoulder massage before your hair cut. Oh, and they do a great cappuccino or maybe a glass of wine if you're feeling cheeky. Do yourself a favour - ignore the other choices around and just go here!

Never have I been anywhere with such great service, lovely people and amazing results than William Charles :) always walking out the door with a smile on my face, I will refuse to go elsewhere else!
