I went in to see Emily today and after a chat and a look at some photos, she cut my long(ish) and unruly curly grey hair into a chic and modern longer on the top and shorter at the back and sides, sort of a vaguely pixie cut, which is just lovely. Just what I wanted. This was the most radical cut I’ve asked her for, and as before, she came up trumps! Thank you Emily, you’re a star!

I am never disappointed when I visit William Charles. Rona really understands the way I want my colour to be, and at my recent visit applied her skill and vast patience on getting it right. I am always amazed by the natural result, and this time I was more than happy with the way she'd listened and produced what I wanted - well done & a big pat on the back!

It is a while since I had the feeling that the stylist is dedicated to his role. Joe is very friendly and always checking to make sure all is to my expectations. Very happy with the haircut. In the past I went to expensive hair salons and I haven’t been so happy with the haircut. I might have to travel again to Tenterden when I need my haircut. 100% recommended to friends and family. This was my first experience of William Charles and in particular with Jo. My initial greeting from reception was warm and welcoming.
