This was my third cut with Emily and I can tell you that I have at last found a hairdresser who does exactly what you want…no more and no less. I could not be more pleased. It takes time for a hairdresser to get to know you and vice versa. My last cut yesterday was the best I have had in ages. Thank you Emily. I am now a devoted fan! I was also delighted to get a lovely neck and shoulder massage which I am told is one of the little treats that they used to do before lockdown and are now reintroducing. Brilliant. Thank you.

I moved near Tenterden a year ago and have been trying to find a new hairdresser ever since. Finally I have found my new salon. From the moment I walked into William Charles salon I felt like a VIP. It was clean, great atmosphere, upbeat music, amazing coffee, friendly staff (with beautifully manicured hair ,which is always a good sign). I was taken upstairs which was spacious, light and airy. Mehmet spent 5 hours consulting, correcting and fixing my long, limp hair that had over 7 month of colour regrowth. I left feeling like a movie star, especially having the door held open for me as I left. Well done team, especially Mehmet. 5 out of 5 from me.

Charles salon and lovely Joe years ago. Super stylist in every way. Joe really does care about his clients wishes and this together with being a great stylist makes for a happy visit.
A relaxed atmosphere but totally professional salon. The best salon I have been in and the first salon I have felt 100% totally at ease in. All the staff are easy to chat to and are so lovely.

This my third visit to WC. Very pleased with the service. Today because of prior commitments, my hair was finished by a different stylist who had no prior knowledge of my hair so the finish was not quite what I had hoped for. But I shall be back as a regular.
Excellent cut as usual, but I hate the disposable towels which invariably leave me soaked. First thing I have to do when I get home is change into a dry sweater
