Simone was great, fully listened to the issues I have with my hair and understood I need something reasonably low maintenance. Really fun chatting with her throughout. Happiest I’ve been with a cut/style in such a long time!

I just popped in for a fringe trim. I always receive a friendly welcome from Sofia. Even though I only came in for a fringe trim she provides me we good advice and recommendations on my hair, which I always appreciate.

I always look forward to seeing Rosalinda. Not only do I get a fabulous haircut, great tasting coffee but a catch up with a good friend!

Simone is one of those people that instilled confidence. She is a great listener and can interpret your style liked/dislikes so that each time you leave the salon, you feel like a million dollars. Obviously her skills match her ability to interpret your hairstyle requests. She’s a great colourist too! Honestly, I feel very loyal to her & wouldn’t want to go anywhere else!!!

I visited the Chapel today for a colour and cut with Sofia.
The colour is great and the cut feels fresh and easy to style, which is just what I needed. Sophia was lovely and made the whole experience really relaxed.

Hi, great service as always from Sofia, who managed to get me find quickly today at my request. Just a couple of things I noticed today - the wall in the hair colouring section needs a lick of paint - maybe you could do it around the mural? Also please could we have a new footstool in the seating area as the one that’s there has definitely seen better days!
Just my opinion of course..

Rosalinda has transformed my hairstyle and I could not be happier. She is one of the few stylists who looked at the shape of my face and my head and adjusts the cut accordingly.
She has done the same for my daughter, who says the same about her.

Lovely to see Rosalinda again - always good value! As Rosalinda had to put me back by 15 minutes, which wasn't a peroblem for me, and as I had washed my hair this morning this afternoon's appointment was for three quarters of an hour which was great so it seemed to suit us both.
