Lovely service. Had the most wonderful conversations and got a brilliant result in my wavy hair cut!!

My hair has changed over the past year due to some hair loss. Rosalinda has always restyled my hair to make the most of what was possible with the change from straight to curly.hair.
Fortunately, I now have a full head of restyled hair. The recommended styling products have proved to be a real bonus.
I am absolutely delighted with both the style and the advice that Rosalinda has given me.

Gem is just wonderful, a real expert. We have gone from very dark brown, through platinum blonde and back to very dark brown again, some really big changes. She has done an amazing job, achieving great colour whilst preserving the condition of my hair. She is super knowledgeable about all things hair related, gives great advice on products and maintenance, as well as being a joy to spend time with. Super warm and friendly. I look forward to my appointments with her.

I love how Orla styles my hair and speaking to her makes my day. She and her colleagues at the chapel are awesome.

The magic was in the stylist karolina welcomed me we the brightest warmest welcomes which felt like it broke down walls and uptight demeanor when i walked in and sat down i was served sparkling flavouved water along with still during discussions about myself and what haircut and what i was looking for Karolina is the essence of Proffesianalism combined with been looked after by a person who cares about you

She listens amd responds sincerly and guided me carefully and confidently to what i can say is a high end haircut

I felt like i came in as one person and walked out refreshed and renewed one hour later

During the haircut i was offered drinks and nibbles and as mentioned before can only described as a premium spa experience

You simply cant go wrong getting your hair done at the Chapel especially if Karolina is your stylist

I cant comment on others but during my time there it was noticeable that all the staff there operate on the same ethos of integridy and care i dont think theres a wrong choice at this place.

Love my shorter bob! Just what I needed. Dawn also assured me that I’m actually not losing hair, which was something I was a bit worried about.

This was my first visit to The Capel. I called up on the off chance there was a space available, as I was feeling a bit low and needed a little pick me up. Boo fitted me in. Such amazing service, Boo was really friendly and took the time to go through ideas of what would suit me and made sure i was happy before starting It felt like i had been to the salon before. I was made to feel welcome from the minute i walked through the door, being given drinks on arrival and then a coffee and piece of cake whilst having my hair done, a nice little touch. Thank you for fitting me in and for such amazing service. I will be booking back in. I left feeling more myself. Thank you x

Rosalinda is not only a fantastic hairstylist, she always makes me feel that she has put thought into what she wants to achieve with my hair and I always walk out of the salon feeling that I’ve had the best haircut and spent time with a lovely lady who clearly loves her job.

Matilda has been doing my color for years and i fly from China for her to make my hair in london. She understands my hair and color so well. She is a joy!

I went to The Chapel for the first time and Marilda eas a dream. I had a great consultation before the colour where she really listened to how I wear my hair day to day and what I was looking for. From start to finish I loved my visit, the atmosphere was relaxed and friendly but still luxurious and I was super happy with the result. I haven't been this happy with my colour in years.

What a wonderful first experience at The Chapel. I was excited but nervous to go to a new salon after a very long time with the same hairdresser. The salon is beautifully designed, the welcome and customer experience throughout my time was exceptionally curated, lots of lovely touches with specialists drinks, healthy shots and even slices of apple midway through the appointment . Matilda was so knowledgable and consulted me throughout the process. She fixed my colour issues perfectly and gave me a fabulous cut. She was so personable and friendly. First time visiting The Chapel. Wayne was great and listened to exactly what I wanted and then delivered the exact style I was after.
