I love having my hair cut by Clair. She always puts me at ease, listens to what I'm looking for and makes suggestions in line with that, and which fit my lifestyle. The salon is peaceful and friendly and I always enjoy a coffee and treat to eat. I feel relaxed and rejuvenated when I leave!

I had a very thorough consultation about the best colour for my hair. The outcome was perfect giving it a lift and giving it a whole new look. The wash and blow dry was a lovely experience with the head massage and super products used to give it an excellent finish. I will certainly be back to see Alex.

Wayne is a fantastic hairdresser. He is really talented. He is also a lovely person to spend an hour with.
He is the best hairdresser I have ever been to and he has been cutting and colouring my hair for years. He is always fully booked with a waiting list which speaks for itself!
The Chapel team are also lovely.
It is always a treat to have a hair appointment at the Chapel.

Sofia is a lovely, smiley and professional colourist/stylist. I feel that I am in a safe pair of hands. She listens to what you do and don’t want and gets it right every time. Both my daughter also use Sofia based on my recommendation.

I had my first appointment with Boo which was a brilliant experience. Without me articulating clearly she understood exactly what I wanted both for my colour and cut. Already rebooked.

I’ve just spent a lovely hour with Gem. A relaxing head massage, sparkling conservation and a great hair cut. What more could you ask for. Also cooling refreshments provided by Val on the hottest day of the year!

It’s a perfect hair cut. It feels fantastic and has solved some of my lifelong problems: hair growing forward forever falling in my face and awkward hair line. Love it!

Sofia always asks for your input and actively listens to what you have to say. I feel like she has taken the time to get to know me during the handful of sessions I have been able to book with her.

Today, I gave her free rein when it came to colouring my hair, and she took the (lack of) brief very much in her stride!

I would absolutely recommend her to anyone, and look forward to my next appointment!

Really friendly, professional service and a beautiful colour. Sofia was excellent at interpreting my needs and the atmosphere at the salon was calm and relaxing. Given it was a long appointment I felt it flew by thanks to drinks, snacks and a comfy chair!

I never have to worry about my haircut with Wayne - he listens carefully, makes helpful suggestions and delivers a great result every time He’s also an absolute tonic - always friendly and interesting to chat to, someone I look forward to seeing.

After many years of bouncing around hairdressers and never quite feeling like I'd found the right one, I was recommended Gem and now I wouldn't go anywhere else! She took the time to understand my hair, and more importantly my lifestyle to give me a haircut that looks great right up to my next visit. Definitely recommend!
