Orla talked through what I was looking for and ensured I understood and was happy with the colour choice. As always the whole experience was a joy and felt like 2 hours of pampering bliss. Orla is easy to talk with, warm, welcoming and very talented, I love, love, love the end result! Look forward to booking in with Orla again.

I was in a hurry today. Wayne not only kept to my timeframe, he also did an amazing job (as usual!).

I have been coming to Wayne for the past 13years and he always colours and cuts my hair beautifully. I am am always complimented on the colour and cut and it is very easy to manage between appointments.

A wonderful lady and a fabulous human being who is a top hairdresser to boot! Would trust nobody else near my precious locks!

Clair had been my stylist for the last couple of years. I have found her very professional regarding the health, the cut and colour of my hair. Clair has a lovely personality and I always look forward to my trip to the hairdressers.

Karolina was lovely - I hadn’t booked a consultation but needed to ask lots of questions regarding both my colour and cut. I suppose I’m an anxious client ! She immediately put me at ease and graciously gave me plenty of time to discuss my hair concerns. She then followed through exactly what she outlined as being the best way forward. I am very pleased with the result.

I can’t thank Matilda enough for transforming my hair and my whole appearance. Her expertise with the highlights and colour, along with a beautiful cut, has made such a difference. Lovely service. Had the most wonderful conversations and got a brilliant result in my wavy hair cut!!

My hair has changed over the past year due to some hair loss. Rosalinda has always restyled my hair to make the most of what was possible with the change from straight to curly.hair.
Fortunately, I now have a full head of restyled hair. The recommended styling products have proved to be a real bonus.
I am absolutely delighted with both the style and the advice that Rosalinda has given me.

Gem is just wonderful, a real expert. We have gone from very dark brown, through platinum blonde and back to very dark brown again, some really big changes. She has done an amazing job, achieving great colour whilst preserving the condition of my hair. She is super knowledgeable about all things hair related, gives great advice on products and maintenance, as well as being a joy to spend time with. Super warm and friendly. I look forward to my appointments with her.

The ambience the vibe and so many lovley touches that makes this more than simply a salon haircut.

The magic was in the stylist karolina welcomed me we the brightest warmest welcomes which felt like it broke down walls and uptight demeanor when i walked in and sat down i was served sparkling flavouved water along with still during discussions about myself and what haircut and what i was looking for Karolina is the essence of Proffesianalism combined with been looked after by a person who cares about you

She listens amd responds sincerly and guided me carefully and confidently to what i can say is a high end haircut

I felt like i came in as one person and walked out refreshed and renewed one hour later

During the haircut i was offered drinks and nibbles and as mentioned before can only described as a premium spa experience

You simply cant go wrong getting your hair done at the Chapel especially if Karolina is your stylist

I cant comment on others but during my time there it was noticeable that all the staff there operate on the same ethos of integridy and care i dont think theres a wrong choice at this place.
