Gem did my hair in the lead up to my wedding and absolutely made it perfect. Even the hairdresser on the day who did my updo said how good the colour was. Would highly recommend her especially for any blondes out there!

The space is beautiful and being greeted by a host from comfy chairs rather than by a receptionist behind a desk was a great first impression and the host role was impactful throughout. Gem was warm and welcoming and took time to really speak to me, away from the sinks and the cutting station, to understand what I wanted. The cut was expertly done with a clearly communicated approach and the conversation was diverse and interesting. Couldn't have had a better first experience.

Naturally I was slightly anxious having my hair done by somebody new but I ended up being absolutely blown away by my entire experience with Lauren.. From my final hair result to the general delightful chit chat and professionalism in-between. Lauren is clearly exceptionally talented in what she does and most of all the kindest soul you could wish to have your hair done by.

I had the absolute pleasure of being booked in with Lauren this week. Naturally I was slightly nervous about being booked in with a new member of staff but I was absolutely delighted with the entire experience, from the re-colour itself to the general chit chat inbetween. Such a kind soul with talent in abundance.

I wanted a cut… my hair was to my waist; I’ve had long hair all my life. I walked out with hair to my shoulder. The haircut I received was excessive and shocking. We discussed the length; I expressed the desire to do a cut and go shorter if needed, but the first cut was excessive and too late to undo. In my consultation I held the amount of hair that I wanted off; she vastly surpassed that. I will never be returning… I used The Chapel since 2017.

I love my visits with Sofia. I have been seeing her for over 2 years and am always very happy after my appointments.

Sofia takes my preferences into account, I trust her to take care of my hair.

I love having my hair cut by Clair. She always puts me at ease, listens to what I'm looking for and makes suggestions in line with that, and which fit my lifestyle. The salon is peaceful and friendly and I always enjoy a coffee and treat to eat. I feel relaxed and rejuvenated when I leave!

I had a very thorough consultation about the best colour for my hair. The outcome was perfect giving it a lift and giving it a whole new look. The wash and blow dry was a lovely experience with the head massage and super products used to give it an excellent finish. I will certainly be back to see Alex.

Wayne is a fantastic hairdresser. He is really talented. He is also a lovely person to spend an hour with.
He is the best hairdresser I have ever been to and he has been cutting and colouring my hair for years. He is always fully booked with a waiting list which speaks for itself!

Sofia is a lovely, smiley and professional colourist/stylist. I feel that I am in a safe pair of hands. She listens to what you do and don’t want and gets it right every time. Both my daughter also use Sofia based on my recommendation.

I had my first appointment with Boo which was a brilliant experience. Without me articulating clearly she understood exactly what I wanted both for my colour and cut. Already rebooked.

It’s a perfect hair cut. It feels fantastic and has solved some of my lifelong problems: hair growing forward forever falling in my face and awkward hair line. Love it!

Sofia always asks for your input and actively listens to what you have to say. I feel like she has taken the time to get to know me during the handful of sessions I have been able to book with her.

Today, I gave her free rein when it came to colouring my hair, and she took the (lack of) brief very much in her stride!

Really friendly, professional service and a beautiful colour. Sofia was excellent at interpreting my needs and the atmosphere at the salon was calm and relaxing. Given it was a long appointment I felt it flew by thanks to drinks, snacks and a comfy chair!
