It is always a pleasure to visit the Chapel, and I really trust Simone to work with my hair and give me an excellent cut. She always listens carefully to my thoughts on tweaking the styling and I am very happy with the results!

I love having my hair cut and coloured by Sofia. I trust her implicitly (I am a nightmare with having my hair cut) and am always happy to go with her suggestions as ahe knows what I like.

More than just your usual hairdressing appointment The Chapel I find is a welcoming relaxing experience, my stylist Gem is exactly that …. a gem, always listens to how you want your hair but at the same time offers her expert advice.

Coming to the Chapel to have my hair done is always a treat a bit of ‘my time’. Rosalinda is little fireball, always positive and so talented. After each visit I leave on a high and looking fabulous.

Dawn is the only person ever who understands my dreadful hair! Not only does she do my hair perfectly but I have such fun with her. She’s simply the best.

Excellent care as usual from Rosalinda.
However I was phoned yesterday to bring my appointment forward to 1430. No problem but Rosalinda completely unaware of this .

I have been going to the Chapel Sevenoaks since it opened and before that I went to the Tunbridge Wells branch. So, over 15 years. I think that speaks for itself. Simone has done my hair since she joined. Always professional and a friendly chat as well. I feel I have a hairstyle that suits me and my lifestyle.

This was my second ‘proper’ haircut with Rosalinda after years of frankly terrible haircuts. I felt quite sorry for her the first time I turned up as she had her work cut out to make my dreadful haircut into something decent. But she managed it and this cut is even better because the awful cut is finally growing out.
Rosalinda is a breath of fresh air, she’s interesting and interested, I am so glad I found The Chapel. I’m recommending it to anyone who will listen.

Wayne listened carefully to what I said about my hair and proceeded to give me a great haircut. I am happy. He advised about colour which was very helpful.

Simone was great, fully listened to the issues I have with my hair and understood I need something reasonably low maintenance. Really fun chatting with her throughout. Happiest I’ve been with a cut/style in such a long time!

Simone is one of those people that instilled confidence. She is a great listener and can interpret your style liked/dislikes so that each time you leave the salon, you feel like a million dollars. Obviously her skills match her ability to interpret your hairstyle requests. She’s a great colourist too! Honestly, I feel very loyal to her & wouldn’t want to go anywhere else!!!
