Time spent getting my haircut at the Chapel is always a rare chance to relax. Sofia always manages to do an incredible job and is a pleasure to chat too.

A time to rest, recoup and restore. From start to finish I felt looked after and really heard. Came out with a fresh colour and cut feeling fabulous!

Had such a good experience with Rollins. I got a curly cut and they also straightened it after so I could see both looks, which I loved. The stylist was so friendly, gave really helpful advice, and made me feel super comfortable. My hair looks amazing!

I have been visiting Rosalinda for over 8 years even though I travel from Tunbridge Wells on the bus and am now 93 because she is the only stylist I have found who understands my hair and how to cut it because it has a slight curl.
Everybody admires my hair and comments how well cut.
I lost Rosalinda during Covid and then discovered she worked in Sevenoaks.
She is a wonderful stylist and a lovely lovely person and it is a joy to visit her. Thank you Rosalinda.

Today was my first appointment, a gorgeous welcome! Friendly staff. I had Simone do my hair and she was lovely and chatty! Super experienced! Gemma also greeted me and arranged my appointment she was lovely as well! An overall lovely experience with drinks and some snacks too! Calm and warm environment! Will definitely be coming back! This is my new local salon!

A Lovely experience

I thought oral was really professional, direct, and charismatic! The only slight thing I would say is that, as a new mum, it’s easy to feel a bit sensitive & the hair colour i currently have I liked at the time! but when I was told my current colour ‘doesn’t suit me,’ it felt a little bit blunt! Maybe there’s a softer way to phrase it or suggest alternatives, rather then being indirect haha! I totally get it but thought it touched a nerve ever so slightly... thanks :)

I really like the way Boo understands exactly what you want and makes it happen. She also helps you to understand what you need. I could not be happier.

I usually have my cut and colour with Rosalinda but had missed my last appointment and couldn’t get rebooked in time for my holiday so chose a sooner appointment with Sofia. She was great. Nothing was too much trouble. My loyalty is to Rosalinda but it’s wonderful to know that I have a fabulous back up if needed. Thank you

I have been seeing Clair since the salons reopened after COVID. I looked a fright and needed a change. Clair is a great listener and wants to get to know her clients to give the best cut and experience possible. Wouldn't change Clair and have highly recommended her to friends.

…and I trusted Rosalinda straight away. I could tell she was my kind of woman! She understood my wild hair straight away and I felt confident that she would give me a cut that suited it (and me). I will be going back (I have promised not to cut it myself again 🤣).

Clair advised and helped me to use colourstart the new patch test for hair colouring which I will need before my next visit. Very pleased with her explanation and help.

Orla is absolutely amazing at what she does. Today she has given me my confidence back and we’ve come up with a plan going forward on what we are hoping to achieve. I have 3 appointments booked in right through until September, with a clear plan on what is going to happen at each appointment.
She makes me feel at ease and comfortable and remembers details about my personal life which is just a super important part of being a client.
