My hairdresser is Karolina, her name is not listed above. She gave me an excellent colour and cut, she is a very experienced stylist. She made me feel relaxed and welcomed and I enjoyed the whole atmosphere of the salon. I have already booked my next appointment. I give 5 stars to all points listed below.

I went to The Chapel for the first time and Marilda eas a dream. I had a great consultation before the colour where she really listened to how I wear my hair day to day and what I was looking for. From start to finish I loved my visit, the atmosphere was relaxed and friendly but still luxurious and I was super happy with the result. I haven't been this happy with my colour in years.

Exactly what I wanted, looks lovely. Orla was very friendly and made me feel at ease.

What a wonderful first experience at The Chapel. I was excited but nervous to go to a new salon after a very long time with the same hairdresser. The salon is beautifully designed, the welcome and customer experience throughout my time was exceptionally curated, lots of lovely touches with specialists drinks, healthy shots and even slices of apple midway through the appointment . Matilda was so knowledgable and consulted me throughout the process. She fixed my colour issues perfectly and gave me a fabulous cut. She was so personable and friendly. This is the start of a lovely new hair journey…

This was my first visit here beautiful salon really relaxing atmosphere with friendly staff, Karolina was amazing my hair was coloured and cut it looked fantastic i couldn't be more happier will definitely recommend thank you so much Karolina have already booked again

As a woman with alopecia I am usually very uncomfortable going into hairdressers. I needed my new hairpiece styled and Wayne worked wonders. His kindness and understanding for my condition made the whole experience so enjoyable and I was immediately put at my ease. His skills at styling and knowledge of haircare are fantastic and I am so grateful for my beautiful new look!

I am so delighted with the colour and cut that I had with Boo today. She never disappoints, always happy to listen to any changes I would like but so far I haven’t needed to change anything!! She makes you feel relaxed and at home in the salon.

I haven't been this pleased with a haircut in a long time! Orla took in everything that I said during the initial consultation, gave me advice about looking after my curly hair, and made extra sure that I walked away with a haircut that I was happy with. Will definitely be getting my hair cut by her in the future!

The Chapel salon in Sevenoaks to me, is not like any other salon I’ve been to, and I’ve been a customer of quite a few salons in my time mostly in London, Mayfair. Upon entering the salon there’s no reception desk, instead there’s a large airy area with settees/armchairs and tables with seats alongside. This is where you are greeted and shown to a chair. Whilst waiting for your stylist you’re offered refreshments, it also gives you time to absorb the atmosphere. A very different approach, nothing negative but shall we say again different. I attended a 15 minute colour consultation and patch test.

Absolutely love my hair, beachy sun-kissed for summer! Gem is always the best!

From the moment I entered The Chapel I felt special - from being given a drink while I waited, to people smiling and giving compliments.
