I asked Orla for a miracle today and she made me feel like a million bucks. She is incredible and my hair looks and feel better than I could have even imagined. Shes an extra special one!

I wanted to select Karolina K as the stylist but she was not listed so to be clear my stylist was Karolina on the day she really made it special

The chapel experience is nothing short of a excellent experience it felt like a premium spa feeling
The ambience the vibe and so many lovley touches that makes this more than simply a salon haircut.

The magic was in the stylist karolina welcomed me we the brightest warmest welcomes which felt like it broke down walls and uptight demeanor when i walked in and sat down i was served sparkling flavouved water along with still during discussions about myself and what haircut and what i was looking for Karolina is the essence of Proffesianalism combined with been looked after by a person who cares about you

She listens amd responds sincerly and guided me carefully and confidently to what i can say is a high end haircut

I felt like i came in as one person and walked out refreshed and renewed one hour later

During the haircut i was offered drinks and nibbles and as mentioned before can only described as a premium spa experience

You simply cant go wrong getting your hair done at the Chapel especially if Karolina is your stylist

I cant comment on others but during my time there it was noticeable that all the staff there operate on the same ethos of integridy and care i dont think theres a wrong choice at this place.

Love my shorter bob! Just what I needed. Dawn also assured me that I’m actually not losing hair, which was something I was a bit worried about.

This was my first visit to The Capel. I called up on the off chance there was a space available, as I was feeling a bit low and needed a little pick me up. Boo fitted me in. Such amazing service, Boo was really friendly and took the time to go through ideas of what would suit me and made sure i was happy before starting It felt like i had been to the salon before. I was made to feel welcome from the minute i walked through the door, being given drinks on arrival and then a coffee and piece of cake whilst having my hair done, a nice little touch. Thank you for fitting me in and for such amazing service. I will be booking back in. I left feeling more myself. Thank you x

Rosalinda is not only a fantastic hairstylist, she always makes me feel that she has put thought into what she wants to achieve with my hair and I always walk out of the salon feeling that I’ve had the best haircut and spent time with a lovely lady who clearly loves her job.

Matilda has been doing my color for years and i fly from China for her to make my hair in london. She understands my hair and color so well. She is a joy!

Matilda was excellent from start to finish, great during the consult, putting my mind at ease and completely understanding what I wanted. On the day, she did a fabulous job, I really came out feeling a million dollars, she hit the brief perfectly!
The Chapel itself is a lovely place, great vibe and always felt catered for with drinks and snacks. Great for those long appointments! Won’t be going anywhere else.

I’ve been seeing Wayne for many years - he always makes me feel special - he listens to what I want and interprets that exactly. His suggestions for what works and doesn’t are always spot on. I always leave the Chapel feeling great!

I went to The Chapel for the first time and Marilda eas a dream. I had a great consultation before the colour where she really listened to how I wear my hair day to day and what I was looking for. From start to finish I loved my visit, the atmosphere was relaxed and friendly but still luxurious and I was super happy with the result. I haven't been this happy with my colour in years.

What a wonderful first experience at The Chapel. I was excited but nervous to go to a new salon after a very long time with the same hairdresser. The salon is beautifully designed, the welcome and customer experience throughout my time was exceptionally curated, lots of lovely touches with specialists drinks, healthy shots and even slices of apple midway through the appointment . Matilda was so knowledgable and consulted me throughout the process. She fixed my colour issues perfectly and gave me a fabulous cut. She was so personable and friendly. I haven't been this pleased with a haircut in a long time! Orla took in everything that I said during the initial consultation, gave me advice about looking after my curly hair, and made extra sure that I walked away with a haircut that I was happy with. Will definitely be getting my hair cut by her in the future!

The Chapel salon in Sevenoaks to me, is not like any other salon I’ve been to, and I’ve been a customer of quite a few salons in my time mostly in London, Mayfair. Upon entering the salon there’s no reception desk, instead there’s a large airy area with settees/armchairs and tables with seats alongside. This is where you are greeted and shown to a chair. Whilst waiting for your stylist you’re offered refreshments, it also gives you time to absorb the atmosphere. A very different approach, nothing negative but shall we say again different. I attended a 15 minute colour consultation and patch test.

Absolutely love my hair, beachy sun-kissed for summer! Gem is always the best!
