Wayne is an excellent hairdresser. He takes care with his customer and his cutting is brilliant

I have known Wayne since he started at Chapel. For various reasons I have not been back to Chapel for a few years.
Today I returned. Wayne cut my hair beautifully. He is a charming young man and takes every care with his customer.
I could not recommend him highly enough.

I absolutely loved having my hair cut and lowered by orla today. She was so friendly and great company, I felt like I’d known her for ages such a lively girl. I’m looking forward to my next cut with orla in January and possibly colour soon too. I’m so happy to have found her.

Wayne has been looking after my hair for years - his touch with colour is amazing and I always leave the salon feeling amazing - Wayne and everyone else at the Chapel are so friendly and welcoming - it’s like family!

Dawn is an excellent hairdresser, her cutting skills are second to none, which is why I drive quite a distance to keep coming to the salon! She is also a really lovely person. She always listens to what I would like her to do and delivers. Consistently excellent.

I visited the Chapel today as a first time customer and saw Simone, I will 100% be back. The salon is gorgeous, the customer service from Heidi was exceptional and I love the new do Simone styled for me. She took the time to listen to what I wanted, gave me some really good advice and helped me make some sound decisions - my hair is naturally wavy with a tendency to frizz so it’s always been a challenge but I’m really optimistic that with my new cut I’ll be able to manage it much better.
Pricing wise, I’d researched anyway but Heidi explained everything to me really clearly, I was more than happy with the price and it reflected the experience I’d had - very very happy all round, thank you Ladies

Wayne has been cutting and colouring my hair for a few years.
I am a bit clueless as to how to have my hair but Wayne is great with advice and ideas.
I am always delighted with the colour when I have my hair highlighted.
I feel that my hair is expertly cut and I receive many compliments.
As well as the professional service he provides, Wayne is a lovely, friendly chap. It's always good to have a chat and a catch-up

I had a lovely experience today with Sofia. The salon is gorgeous and Sofia was extremely knowledgeable and happy to answer questions/give suggestions.

Simone was given a difficult task by me to rectify a hairstyle previously ruined by a third party. She knew immediately waist I meant and I was very pleased with the resulting style. I will definitely rebook with Simone in the future.

The space is beautiful and being greeted by a host from comfy chairs rather than by a receptionist behind a desk was a great first impression and the host role was impactful throughout. Gem was warm and welcoming and took time to really speak to me, away from the sinks and the cutting station, to understand what I wanted. The cut was expertly done with a clearly communicated approach and the conversation was diverse and interesting. Couldn't have had a better first experience.

Naturally I was slightly anxious having my hair done by somebody new but I ended up being absolutely blown away by my entire experience with Lauren.. From my final hair result to the general delightful chit chat and professionalism in-between. Lauren is clearly exceptionally talented in what she does and most of all the kindest soul you could wish to have your hair done by.

I had the absolute pleasure of being booked in with Lauren this week. Naturally I was slightly nervous about being booked in with a new member of staff but I was absolutely delighted with the entire experience, from the re-colour itself to the general chit chat inbetween. Such a kind soul with talent in abundance.

I wanted a cut… my hair was to my waist; I’ve had long hair all my life. I walked out with hair to my shoulder. The haircut I received was excessive and shocking. We discussed the length; I expressed the desire to do a cut and go shorter if needed, but the first cut was excessive and too late to undo. In my consultation I held the amount of hair that I wanted off; she vastly surpassed that. I will never be returning… I used The Chapel since 2017.

I love my visits with Sofia. I have been seeing her for over 2 years and am always very happy after my appointments.

Sofia takes my preferences into account, I trust her to take care of my hair.
