Having recently had an eye operation I was anxious about anything entering my eye but needn’t have worried. The staff were very solicitous and I felt very cosseted. Plus still had a great haircut - thank you Puerto.

Received an excellent cut and blow dry from Rosalinda who is highly experienced and skilled.

I was sorry that my favourite hairdresser had left but had extremely attentive and professional service from Emma - I'm very happy with my cut which perfectly suits my face shape.

I was very nervous after having a very bag cut at another salon but I was put at ease and was very pleased with the result

Lovely salon , fun and friendly I had my colour done and rough dry with the assistant chloe , and she done a fab job so pleased and a lovely massage .

Will definitely be coming back !

Today, Gemma highlighted my hair and I am very pleased with the result. My hair Colour looks beautiful and shiny. Gemma was very friendly and professional. My hair was cut by John. I have very straight hair and John really knows how to cut and style it. John knows how to make his customers feel special! He always offers very good advice. Not only, John is very experienced but he also very friendly. I always look forward to having my hair done at this salon...

Although perfect haircut by John Slade!! It was all going well till it came to the hair wash... bad experience conditioner wasn’t rinse out probably and I was left sitting there with my hair dripping wet!!! NO towel left and The young girl didn’t blot or comb my hair through!!! Not good... wasn’t happy... when John went to cut my hair he said the conditioner hadn’t been rinsed off so I then had to have my hair re rinsed....

Cannot thank Rachel (T.Wells colourist) for the balayage she did on my hair. She really took the time to assess my hair and explain to me what was achievable and offer a compromise when she thought my original desired shade wasn't quite achievable. She explained everything she was doing as she went, and the result was pretty much perfect. I've approached several stylists over the years to balayage my naturally dark hair and all have said no, except for Rachel. She took on a challenge and truly delivered. Thank you so much again for everything!!

Was not seen until 20 mins after my appointed time which is not good. It appeared that there were no trainees working so the hairdressers had to do the hair washing, sweeping, coffee and cutting. With 45 minutes per appointment no wonder they were running late.
Rosalinda who is a lovely lady apologised for the situation, then proceeded to give me a perfect haircut.
She even managed to catch up a little bit on her schedule, but it is unfair to put the hairdressers under so much pressure.
Management must realise that both the clients and the staff will leave, if not rectified.

Great care taken over a difficult cut which turned out extremely well and made my daughter very happy. We were met with a
friendly greeting and a
charming approach. Will definitely go back

My usual stylist was on holiday so I tried Emma for the first time. Lovely lady with loads of experience. We chatted easily and she did a great job of my short bob and blow dry. Will be going again!

Good hair dressers

I have been coming to this Toni & Guy salon for 3 years and the one thing that has always attracted me in addition to job being done well is the excellent customer experience. Unfortunately I was told that under the new ownership I could not expect the same.

I went for hair color yesterday and while the color went ok the blow dry I had was appalling. The assistant clearly didn’t have any experience, the hair brush was full of other clients hair and when I said I wasn’t happy with the blow dry I was told I should have paid for a professional dry rather than rough.

Clearly that isn’t acceptable by any stretch of the imagination. I wasn’t even offered a fix after this bad experience.

I am not sure I will come back. Obviously an inconvenience to me but I am not prepared to put up with this clearly you don’t appreciate my custom any more.

Gemma from the Tunbridge wells salon has done my hair twice now and each time it’s been exactly what I wanted! I’ve gone from very dark boxed died hair for years to beautiful natural looking ombré. She’s always so lovely and does a great job, I’ve also had my hair cut by the lovely Italian couple whose names I can’t remember (sorry) and they have also both done beautiful jobs!
Very happy everytime I leave feeling like a new person! Highly recommend :)

Brilliant. Really accomodating staff, made an effort to work round my tight time table, great advice on hair - and great out come, well liked after whilst there, staff all had good relations with each other - makes a nice atmosphere to be in

It was my first appointment with Pietro and I was delighted with the result. He understood what I was trying to achieve, cut really well and took a great deal of care over styling and drying my hair.

Excellent as always. Appointment with John who is always extremely attentive and listens to what style you would like. I always leave with my hair just as I had hoped for. Perfect. Love this guy as I know my hair is in safe hands. Would highly recommend this salon especially to those looking for a new stylist - you can’t go wrong with these guys.
