From the moment I stepped into the salon it was a Five star customer service. Jemma listen to my ideas of hair colour and she in turn advised me accordingly. The whole experience was impressive! Ps loved the personal touch of option marshmallows and even mini Easter eggs. Big thank you to the whole team!

Excellent haircut with great attention to detail. Rosalinda always makes sure that the style suits me. She cuts layers to perfection.

At last I’ve found a stylist who does not ask how long it has been since my last cut. Who listens to what I say. Who cuts confidently. Who knows instinctively what will suit my age and face shape. To top it off is a really lovely person.

Rosalinda gives a very good cut that keeps its shape for a long time. She gives advice on blow drying at home.

Had another great cut from Stane yesterday. I always leave the salon looking better than when I arrived. Stane does a brilliant job and gives sound advice about my hair. Very happy all round.

Going to the hairdresser is a bit of a nuisance but John is an interesting and engaging chap with a nice sense of humour and a talent for cutting hideously thick hair. The other members of staff are very polite, cheerful and friendly.

Stane really took the time to understand the type of hair I have (v fine) and the look I wanted to achieve. She made helpful suggestions and took my preferences on board.

So much time and trouble was taken to discuss what I wanted.. as always it was such an affirmingexperience when I have a pressurised life.

I was very happy with my colour and I think this is the best I have had. Rachel is very professional, knowledgeable and exacting and works hard to get it right. Emma as manager creates a good working atmosphere and she gave me an excellent haircut.

I had my hair done by Rosalinda at T&G Tunbridge Wells. First time in a very long time I am truly happy with the colour and the cut. Can not praise Rosalinda enough. All the other staff are also great and make you feel really welcome. Thank you.

The only negative I could give was that I did have to wait quite a while (my appointment started ~30 mins late) but I was served a coffee with very cute little jars of popcorn and chocolates on the side which made up for this somewhat.

The hairdresser herself was very friendly and took on board what I asked for while offering helpful suggestions on what would look best, and I'm very happy with the results.

I had a very positive experience with Pietro. He listened to my concerns about my hair and came up with solutions. He also recommended products. Very polite and friendly.

Pietro was an amazing stylist. We talked about my hair and what I wanted. After I had my hair washed he showed me a picture of the graduated Bob we discussed. He spent ages cutting, then drying, then cutting again which made me a little late back from my lunch break. It doesn't matter at all and especially since he did such a fantastic job. All the staff are polite. Pietro talked enough but was not over chatty because I just like to relax when I have my hair done. I have had lots of compliments. Beautiful clean Salon and the lovely girl who washed my hair was fun. Thank you everyone.

Once again was very pleased with level of attention at the Salon. Every member of staff makes a customer feel special. Very efficient and professional in the level of service and I was very pleased with the results.

It’s amazing to be able to walk in without an appointment and receive, not only a great haircut, but exceptional service too. Emma was extremely welcoming, entertaining and above all else passionate about cutting hair. I live 1.5 hours away but make the journey to T&G T.Wells. I have a lot of long, coarse hair and I am a perfectionist which isn’t an ideal trait with the type of hair I have. I am a difficult customer. I feel at ease in the salon and the care and attention given to my hair is first class. The type of hair I have shows any imperfections...in this Salon, I don’t get any imperfections. Very happy with the results and it is well worth the trip. I recommend Toni and Guy Tunbridge Wells

Rachel cut my hair beautifully, recommenced a conditioning treatment, which I had, there was no pressure to take this though. Lovely relaxing visit.

The Salon was very empty which at first seemed a bit eerie. My hair was cut by Emma who was a delight! So chatty and funny that I soon forgot that I was one of only 2 clients.
