I booked in for a last minute blowdry. The staff over the phone asked in detail questions of length of hair and extensions etc. to make sure they could arrange the appropriate time for me. I was given the lovely Ola who was so amazingly attentive, polite, professional and kind from start to finish.
She never made me feel rushed, she spoke with me beforehand and made me feel so comfortable!
I was made a beautiful latte and offered different refreshments throughout my appointment, such as a healthy juice shot, Brazil nut in dark chocolate and some other bits along side! This made the experience even more fantastic.
I left the salon so extremely happy for my first experience with this place,
I will definitely be returning and asking for Ola,

The Chapel is an exceptional salon as the philosophy of its staff shines through in every aspect of what is offered. It’s like going for a warm hug as well as an excellent haircut. The building has been so well restored and I feel that I’m part of a friends’ club when I’m there. Amanda and Toby have achieved so much with their salons and Clare is a real gem.

Really please with cut and colour done by Nina. She listened to what I wanted, was very attentive and did a great job thanks. Cuppa, juice and snack were all appreciated too.

I recently had a haircut from somewhere else and it turned out to be a disaster. I was so nervous to get it done again just after two weeks of my first haircut. I wasn't sure if anyone can save em as i didn't want to loose any more hair length but Clare did an amazing work. She delivered more than i expected. Hands down she's is the best in haircut. I trusted her and i am really happy with how it looks 😌

This was my first cut with Ian. I am very happy. He took time to listen and looked at my hair and discussed options of what to do with it. Very pleased with the end result and he has taught me how to embrace my curls instead of having a load of frizz!

I am not usually comfortable in a hairdressing salon but Rhys was genuinely friendly and his kindness made me relax. He is also a brilliant hairdresser!

The wonderful host greeted me, made me feel incredibly at home - taking my coat and getting me a coffee (and a fab ginger shot during my cut!!) Rhys was great, was very happy with what I wanted during the consultation. The shampoo was wonderfully relaxing - and I’m very very happy with the cut and finish!!

Came back again for a new haircut with Ola. This time I had a bit of a challenge - new length and a very specific shape. It turned out exactly how I wanted. Also really enjoyed the atmosphere and service - drinks were offered as soon as I walked in, I had a scalp massage with my hair wash, everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Will be definitely coming back again!

Callum took so much trouble to understand the colour that I wanted and the best way of achieving it. The result was fabulous, I was so pleased with it.

I have been visiting Rhys at The Chapel for over five years, always an amazing cut, advice if needed. I’ve used many salons in 60 years, I can honestly say that it is the most comfortable feeling, lovely waiting area, great coffee and sometimes treats, everyone I speak to feels like a friend. I think it’s a fair price for the whole experience.

It’s always a pleasure coming to the chapel. I’m glad I found it 8 years ago and I’m glad I left the London salon, I used to go to, behind: my hair hasn’t looked so good or been in such good health. Clare really does make my hair my crowning glory. Thank you

After several not so great haircuts elsewhere I am so happy I have returned to the Chapel after 18 years,.I turned up with a list of likes and dislikes to go through with Ian and he listened, and advised. My hair is so much better after just one cut, and have had someone ask where I get my hair cut so you have a referral already, thank you Ian.
