I normally hate going to the hairdressers but visiting The Chapel is a totally different experience from start to finish. I was welcomed, shown round, given goodies and loved the whole experience. Orla was totally delightful, and totally got me - so I left feeling enhanced, not questioning who I was. Will definitely be back

Her professionalism and high level of experience are evident in every appointment. Beckie is not only skilled but also incredibly client-focused - she really takes the time to understand what you want and delivers results that exceed expectations. I love seeing Kirsty each time for my appointment - She makes me feel so relaxed. I have never trusted anyone with my hair as I suffer from OCD.

It is so nice to be able to leave the salon and not fiddle of measure to check my hair is straight. Kirsty makes me feel so relaxed and I can always tell her if there is a little bit that is niggling me and she won’t let me leave the seat until I am happy that my OCD won’t be triggered.

Nina always perfects the finished look and I'm always so happy with how she does my hair and she treats it with care. Nina is very professional and takes pride in her work, and it shows. The salon is also a lovely experience, particularly the hair wash room, very relaxing, I love that the chairs have reclining foot rests. Overall satisfied customer.

Scott always takes time to discuss what I’d like and what works with my hair. His cutting skills are excellent, and he carefully checks that not a hair is out of place before finishing it in the more ‘messy’ style I prefer

I’ve been getting my hair styled by James for the past couple of years now and I’ve never had a bad cut! He remembers what it is I like and he always does a great job. The atmosphere is also really friendly and you’re well taken care of and spoilt! I would say worth every penny and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!

Ola is newly qualified. She is very professional. My hair is thick and a lot of it. She was confident on the scissors and has a good eye when it comes to layers and thinning out some of the weight.

My appointments with Rhys are always a pleasure, he is kind, thoughtful and dedicated to his craft. My hair always looks marvellous when I have been and he really does a sharp cut! I would recommend him anytime...

I’ve really struggled to find a hairdresser over the last few years. Having curly hair can be tricky – I’ve tried wet cuts, dry cuts, you name it – but nothing seemed to work. My curls always ended up limp, frizzy, and just… disappointing. Then I found Sarah – what a difference! She gets curly hair. She knows exactly how to cut and care for it, and for the first time in ages, I have my curls back! Beyond the amazing results, the whole experience in the Chapel salon is such a treat. From the healthy shots to the thoughtful little extras, you truly feel looked after. I always leave feeling not just happy with my hair, but totally uplifted. So glad I found Sarah – she’s a curly hair lifesaver!

I needed a good tidy up of my hair to get rid of colour damage. Pietro gave me a beautiful cut which has great movement and feels fresh and up to date. He also gave me some much needed tips in looking after my hair to avoid further damage.

Pietro has worked wonders with my hair, when I first came to The Chapel my hair was dull, in seriously bad condition and completely shapeless which was quite evident on Pietro’s face! Over the next year or so my hair is bouncy, shiny, has shape and style for the first time in my life!
