Great hair done by Paul. Just sad not to have the full chapel experience as no drink offered for two hours. Explained this when I left. I know there were issues with water in T Wells but small bottled of water to buy or juice would have done it and mince pies. The Chapel is an experience not just a haircut. Well done for staying open though.

Scott is always so friendly, great stylist, the only hairdresser who truly understands my thick hair! Gives great advice in styling and products to use.

As always, it was a pleasure to be there. James is fantastic and makes everything easy, from colour to cut or styling!
But today I can not praise enough to the fantastic manager team who kept the clients informed about the problems with water, and managed somehow to keep the salon open!!!! Well done to all of you x

Pietro and all the staff at the salon are very warm and welcoming, and I know I can rely on the whole appointment being relaxing and enjoyable as well as coming away with a great hair cut!

Pietro was amazing, I’ve struggled previously to find hair stylists that know how to work with my curly hair but he understood exactly what I wanted and took time and care to make sure I was happy with the result, love my hair so much, can’t wait to come back. Thank you!

However he unfortunately was running late and know one on reception informed of this . After 25min I had to ask someone.

I do feel that people on reception could have been aware of the situation.

Callum was absolutely brilliant from the moment I met him and we discussed what I was after, lots of beverages offered throughout which is a bonus, and a fabulous haircut to finish. Callum is wonderful and I am delighted with my new hair!

Nice cut and very helpful. Also had colour which is in the main part good, only disappointment is l asked to get rid of the white but still have a band of it round the hairline

Kirsty always does an amazing job, she knows exactly what I want and I always leave happy. The salon is lovely, I wouldn't go anywhere else for my cut and blow drys.

Clare was fantastic from start to finish! She listened carefully to what I wanted and was really attentive, giving me lots of advice, in addition to a lovely haircut.

Always a joy

Sarah is just brilliant in my opinion. I suffer with hair loss and she is always able to cut it in a manner that disguises where the problem is most acute. She’s made me feel relaxed and comfortable discussing the condition and I’m so grateful for that.
Sarah always takes into account my lifestyle and how much time I have to spend on my hair and whenever I’ve seen her I always receive compliments from friends. Very very happy to recommend her to anyone.

I have long frizzy hair, curly pulled down by its weight and my poor styling. Sarah layered and restyled and taught me how to best care for my hair. Very happy with the results.
