This was my first visit to The Chapel due to living out of the area. It was such a beautiful venue and I was very happy with my bob haircut and styling from Rhys! Rhys was very friendly, professional and checked in throughout to check I was happy with the cut and styling! Thank you!

Ola was absolutely amazing!!!! Super friendly and a barrel of knowledge when it came to curls! Any questions I had she always had an informative answer. I’ve always struggled finding a hairdresser that gave me a good cut, but Ola has definitely taken that worry away. Will definitely be coming back! Very happy with my beautiful cut ☺️

I love my appointments with Clare. Firstly she is a great stylist and always listens to what I say but gently guides me as to what will work for my hair! She always remembers everything we've talked about, and is genuinely interested in talking to me. She's my free therapy along with a great hair style!

On entering The Chapel I was overwhelmed by the energy here so stunning
It took me a little while to find not too long it was like a mystery tour I asked the restaurant next door and he told me where you were
On entering the Chapel I was greeted by a delightful young lady called Olivia it was so lovely to be met by her a true delight in every way I felt as if I’d know her for years

I was shown around the salon first which was very informative and I was very pleased with what I saw
I was sat on your very comfy sofas and given a delicious drink of water
Wonderful Sarah who I also felt I was speaking to a best friend she gave me sound advice for my future hair appointment with her filling me with confidence that I know I’m in very capable hands and I look forward to coming back to the Chapel for my hair appointment

Lovely cut and dry, a good chat, relaxing.

I’m so relived i found somewhere that i can trust with my curly hair to cut and style it right! Ola is a hair genius and also educated me so much on my own hair i’ve never had this level of detail in an appointment before! As someone who’s avoided getting my haircut since 2021 she has changed my mind!!!

A wonderful experience

I was feeling spontaneous and had been thinking about getting a hair cut similar to Daisy Edgar-Jones. Thought I’d check if they had a space on the day. And the gamble paid off massively! Nina was so attentive, calm and matched my energy for adding layers and a FRINGE to my hair.

Thank you for finishing it off so well Nina and explaining how I could make it look the same as she made it.

My son came in for a cut and layers and left absolutely delighted with the result. Nina was so attentive, took her time, made him feel comfortable and kept checking in to make sure he was happy throughout (his words!). Overall, everyone was very friendly, offered snacks, drinks and very welcoming.

A warm welcome from all the staff including a lovely young woman who I think has not been there long. Plenty of time in consultation before my cut and then simply the best cut I have ever had. I can’t fault anything - a top class service thank you.

It was my first time having hair done at The Chapel and Pietro was fantastic. I showed him a few pictures of what I’d like. I have been coming to see Pietro for a while now and after having me previous hairdresser for 15 years I was worried about changing. Pietro is very passionate about his work and it shows. He ‘gets’ my hair and what I want. I’m always very happy with it

Wonderful colour and blow out with James. Love how thorough he was, listening to what I wanted and executed it beautifully. I have super shiny, rich colour in the shade I love and am very pleased. He took the time to pull the colour through strands in places so the root line didn't show so the colour looks super natural. He also managed to give me one of the best fringe trims I've had in ages. Very pleased and would recommend highly.

From the moment I entered 'The Chapel' hair salon I was looked after and made to feel welcome from taking my coat, giving me some delicious citrus water to drink and making me a gorgeous hot chocolate. My stylist Ola was really kind, extremely attentive and very interested in my hair, my experiences and what I would like to achieve during my visit. The hair washing, conditioning and hair massage was absolutely lovely and totally relaxing - I nearly fell asleep! Ola listened carefully to how I wanted my hair cut and blow dried and the end result was exactly as I had asked her for. Even my other half noticed when I came home telling me my hair looked beautiful. Thank you Ola for putting me at ease and working your amazing magic - I will be definitely be back and I will be recommending you too. A truly fantastic professional experience.

I went in not loving my hair because it had very little volume at the roots, and with my curly hair it just didn’t look quite right. After getting it cut, though, the difference was amazing. There’s now a lovely amount of volume at the roots, and the overall shape of my hair looks so much better. I’m really happy with the result!
