Pietro listens to what I want from a hair cut and advises what will work for my type of hair as well as giving great advice for how to look after my hair myself between cuts.

I had such a wonderful experience with Sarah yesterday. I have a very short pixie cut, which can be quite tricky to cut well, but Sarah did an amazing job.

She was incredibly friendly, positive, patient, and professional. She started with a full consultation, listened carefully to what I wanted, and really took the time to understand my preferences. Throughout the haircut, she gave helpful advice whenever I asked for something and carried it out beautifully.

She cut and refined my hair with so much care, attention, and patience, and I am extremely happy with the final result. It was such a lovely experience, and I’m absolutely delighted with my haircut. Highly recommend Sarah!

Elsie is a top class hairdresser. She really listens and she explains things clearly and does an excellent job in cutting your hair really beautifully so it really works for you. The pampering in The Chapel is out of this world - treat after treat! They make you feel like a Princess for an hour :)

The best thing about Sarah’s cuts are that the hair looks great at the salon and always grows out so beautifully, I struggle to book back in because it stays looking good for so long! Having the confidence knowing every cut will be a great one keeps me coming back!

I booked with Symon for my colour and Pietro for my cut and blow-dry, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.

Both stylists were incredibly knowledgeable, experienced, and genuinely listened to exactly what I wanted. They were passionate about achieving the look I was after while also offering honest, professional advice on what would work best for my hair.

I thoroughly enjoyed their company, felt completely at ease throughout my appointment, and left the salon feeling amazing. I’m absolutely in love with my hair and would highly recommend them both!

Symon was confident and professional and explained what colours he would use. Tiger had great cusomer service and explain the patch test and managed to book my hair appointment next week. Great team work.

It was good to meet Sarah and I found her positive and reassuring. I am regrowing my hair after chemo and when it is long enough I will book an appointment with her for a cut.

This is the first time I’d been to the Chapel and I was very impressed with the venue, Rhys’s punctuality and the whole experience. I am also very impressed with my hair cut. Rhys was very professional and made an excellent job of my hair.

Arrived very nervous as had two previous appalling cuts at a non associated salon. Staff were very welcoming and attentive. Rhys gave me plenty of time to discuss what I did and didn’t want. Left with a fabulous haircut cut. I would highly recommend. This is not just a hair Salon, it’s a happy experience from the moment you walk through the door.

Well, it’s always a pleasure coming to the chapel to have my hair cut by Rhys. He is such a happy go lucky person and also makes you laugh and helpful in deciding on how much to cut off, or change to different style. For me personally I like to have stylist that I can trust.

I had an amazing colour, cut and blow dry from Callum today. He made me feel very comfortable and understood my vision completely. I really love how my hair turned out, it's perfect! I'm definitely going to book with Callum again next time. Would recommend!

Leticia listens to what you ask for when it comes to colour and really takes your hair health into consideration.
Her cutting skills are also great! I have very thick brown hair and the layering gives it so much movement.

The salon has a very welcoming reception. I arrived on crutches and was well accommodated.
I felt very much heard in terms of what I wanted re my cut, and was really happy with the result!
I had a lovely chat with my stylist, Sarah and would definitely go back again.
The glass of wine was lovely touch too!

I had an amazing first appointment at the Chapel with Nina. From the moment I arrived, the team made me feel welcomed while I waited. Nina listened to my idea and really took her time to work with me on how she would go about doing it. The actual facilities are incredible and everyone is very attentive.
Hair salons usually make me nervous and a bit anxious, but I felt the complete opposite of both when at the Chapel yesterday.

I love my hair and cannot wait to be back!
