Great Haircut!

A great haircut and an enjoyable experience - everyone is friendly and welcoming. Kirsty is not only an excellent stylist, but also delightful to talk to.

Ian always provides top quality cut and colour. He listens to what I want and delivers a brilliant cut/colour and relaxing visit. I would pay just for the head massage!

I was very pleased with my colour and blow dry. James also cuts very well and is always pleasant.
Please would you consider making a more comfortable facility for washing hair downstairs in the Salon, with an adjustable more comfortable chair, more suitable basin (I had water down the back of my neck) and warm water.At present the water is either very hot or cold. The lighting is poor. I fractured my wrist falling on ice recently and could not manage two flights of stairs. I am sure there must be others in TW who use it and would appreciate an upgrade too . Thankyou.

I have been struggling with my hair for ages and it has felt heavy and dry and hard to handle (think Hagrid). My appointment with Sarah today has changed how my hair feels on my head and I’ve seen natural curls and waves for the first time in years! Feels like someone finally understands my hair <3

Kirsty has looked after me so well for many years now, especially recently when I lost my hair to chemotherapy. Right from the early days when my hair started to come back, she cut it so cleverly to make it look styled from the start. Since then she has coloured it and now I have the "old me" back. She understands my hair so well. She's become a friend, so, long may she stay!

I always have a great experience with Beckie. She takes the time to listen to what I want and makes sure the treatment enhances both my natural hair colour and skin tone. The results are always very natural looking and healthy. Beckie’s attention to detail, honest feedback, professionalism, and care throughout my time with her always makes the experience both relaxed and enjoyable and I wouldn’t trust my colour with anyone else. When I went for my first consultation, from the moment I walked through the door I was warmly welcomed. They immediately took my coat, hosted me in a comfortable area, offered me their wonderful healthy drinks, and within a very short time
Symon May, came over and introduced himself. After a great conversation, I knew that he understood both me and what I wanted for my hair, and we booked an appointment.
My appointment took place two days ago. I would like to point out that my hair is not easy to work with at all; I truly need a hairdresser and colour specialist who knows exactly what they are doing. Symon did not disappoint me in any way. He took care of my hair with great attention, professionalism, and experience, and the result was fantastic.

As always Kirsty worked her magic and transformed a rather dull rainy day into a cheerful positive day. Her scissor skills are so good. My hair was looking heavy and dull as it is not been feeling too well and I left with a great lively cut which lifted my spirits.
Kirsty really knows how to see what will work and always gets it right for me.

I had an amazing experience with my cut, blow dry, and style. Ola was very professional, attentive, and really took the time to understand what I wanted. The cut was precise and flattering, the blow dry gave my hair great volume and smoothness, and the final style was beautifully finished and long-lasting. I left the salon feeling confident and refreshed. I will definitely recommend her for my friends!

James isn't overly chatty when cutting my hair, but that doesn't matter because I know that by the time he has finished I will feel so much better than when I first walked into the salon. He takes great care when cutting my hair and I always know I'm in safe hands.

Leticia has been cutting and colouring my hair for a few years. I have always had a good cut and her knowledge about colouring is spot on. She is very talented and achieves a very natural looking colour.

The Chapel is unlike any salon I've experienced. It has a level of individuality that, to be honest, is a little unnerving when you first arrive because it's so unfamiliar: the lack of exterior signage, the expansive, galleried open space, and the absence of any hairdressing happening in front of you! But there's also a genuine and quietly generous welcome from the staff, which put me instantly at ease. This was my first appointment with Sarah and I'll definitely return: she understands curly hair, she has great insights into style and management, and I really liked her calm and reassuring manner. I felt comfortable, valued, and understood. And left with my hair dressed in a way I was extremely happy with. Thank you.

Ola did the most amazing job and her service was incredibly!

Elsie is a wonderful stylist, a real artist. I never leave disappointed. She is attentive to what I want style wise and always manages to pull it off. Today I attended with a bad back and she really couldn’t have done more to make sure I was comfortable.

Back at The Chapel today and another fab cut from Pietro. A warm welcome and v friendly atmosphere always, too. 10/10.
