Ian was absolutely brilliant. He really took the time to listen to what I wanted and offered thoughtful advice that made me completely at ease.He was incredibly helpful. I am thrilled with the results and couldn't recommend him highly enough.

I was thinking of a different cut and a colour change so had some trepidation about how it would suit me . Sarah was brilliant as usual and the consultation allayed any concerns I had . The colour and cut were just what I had wished for so I couldn’t be more pleased. Also the ambiance in the salon is always friendly and soothing , a real pleasure to be there.

It’s always a pleasure coming to the chapel. I’m glad I found it 8 years ago and I’m glad I left the London salon, I used to go to, behind: my hair hasn’t looked so good or been in such good health. Clare really does make my hair my crowning glory. Thank you

After several not so great haircuts elsewhere I am so happy I have returned to the Chapel after 18 years,.I turned up with a list of likes and dislikes to go through with Ian and he listened, and advised. My hair is so much better after just one cut, and have had someone ask where I get my hair cut so you have a referral already, thank you Ian.

You listen to what I’ve wanted and I always come away not disappointed! A great haircut and experience at the salon.

I couldn't get an appointment with Elsie, my usual stylist so was very apprehensive to have another stylist but I needn't have worried as my hair looks lovely and I am very pleased with it.

Friendly, professional, second to none!

Callum is a fantastic hairdresser, he listens and advises with empathy and real interest. He is skilled at cutting my hair beautifully and is patient when discussing my journey to or not to grey!!! I know that I can walk into the Chapel no matter what has happened before my appointment and I will be treated so kindly and come away with my spirits lifted and gorgeous hair!

The fact I have been a very satisfied guest for longer the age than some of the young stylists says it all

pantiles she has given a new meaning to a visit to the hairdresser I love to go to the chapel and let Pietro do his thing he is the best he just does wonders with my old thinning hair met our friend in the pantiles after my visit today and my friend of 30 years said your hair looks really good !! What more do you want ( my friend does not my friend does not mince her words !!

I love coming to the Chapel, such a wonderful place. Nina takes the time to really get to know me and treats me as if nothing is too much trouble. Even after just a few visits, I already feel like she is a friend. Also, she's a very talented hairstylist. Highly recommend!

I had my haircut today with Sarah, and it was long overdue. I'd had hair extensions in for about 18 months, which were removed at the end of 2025 and my natural hair was crying out for some love! From start to finish, the service was absolutely fab. Sarah is warm, welcoming and is very knowledgeable. She put me at ease and really listened to what my hair needed. I'm so happy with the result! My hair feels thick, healthy and lovely again. It honestly feels like a fresh start. I would highly recommend Sarah and this salon to anyone looking for great service and results :)

Clare is always welcoming, kind, thoughtful and friendly. I feel I can be honest with her about my hair and that her response will be honest and constructive. In short she is brilliant.

I always walk away from The Chapel, with great looking hair and a happy calm feeling. It is a sanctuary to me. Rhys is an amazing stylist and a lovely person, I trust his advice and suggestions completely.
Everyone makes you feel so welcome, especially Sara, her ginger shots are a real treat!

Ian always provides top quality cut and colour. He listens to what I want and delivers a brilliant cut/colour and relaxing visit. I would pay just for the head massage!

I was very pleased with my colour and blow dry. James also cuts very well and is always pleasant.
Please would you consider making a more comfortable facility for washing hair downstairs in the Salon, with an adjustable more comfortable chair, more suitable basin (I had water down the back of my neck) and warm water.At present the water is either very hot or cold. The lighting is poor. I fractured my wrist falling on ice recently and could not manage two flights of stairs. I am sure there must be others in TW who use it and would appreciate an upgrade too . Thankyou.

I have been struggling with my hair for ages and it has felt heavy and dry and hard to handle (think Hagrid). My appointment with Sarah today has changed how my hair feels on my head and I’ve seen natural curls and waves for the first time in years! Feels like someone finally understands my hair <3

Kirsty has looked after me so well for many years now, especially recently when I lost my hair to chemotherapy. Right from the early days when my hair started to come back, she cut it so cleverly to make it look styled from the start. Since then she has coloured it and now I have the "old me" back. She understands my hair so well. She's become a friend, so, long may she stay!

I always have a great experience with Beckie. She takes the time to listen to what I want and makes sure the treatment enhances both my natural hair colour and skin tone. The results are always very natural looking and healthy. Beckie’s attention to detail, honest feedback, professionalism, and care throughout my time with her always makes the experience both relaxed and enjoyable and I wouldn’t trust my colour with anyone else.
