Very pleased indeed. Particularly appreciative that Sarah was able to wash my hair downstairs as I am on Chemotherapy and I find walking extremely tiring. A really good experience, I will be back.

All the staff are always friendly, helpful and professional. The atmosphere is very welcoming and I always enjoy my visits. Kirsty always does a great job with my hair, she listens and discusses what she’s going to do.

I am most grateful for kind and excellent attention from Callum It was much appreciated and well remembered

However he unfortunately was running late and know one on reception informed of this . After 25min I had to ask someone.

I do feel that people on reception could have been aware of the situation.

Callum was absolutely brilliant from the moment I met him and we discussed what I was after, lots of beverages offered throughout which is a bonus, and a fabulous haircut to finish. Callum is wonderful and I am delighted with my new hair!

Nice cut and very helpful. Also had colour which is in the main part good, only disappointment is l asked to get rid of the white but still have a band of it round the hairline

Clare was fantastic from start to finish! She listened carefully to what I wanted and was really attentive, giving me lots of advice, in addition to a lovely haircut.

Sarah is just brilliant in my opinion. I suffer with hair loss and she is always able to cut it in a manner that disguises where the problem is most acute. She’s made me feel relaxed and comfortable discussing the condition and I’m so grateful for that.
Sarah always takes into account my lifestyle and how much time I have to spend on my hair and whenever I’ve seen her I always receive compliments from friends. Very very happy to recommend her to anyone.

Nina was so lovely and my hair has never looked better!

I have long frizzy hair, curly pulled down by its weight and my poor styling. Sarah layered and restyled and taught me how to best care for my hair. Very happy with the results.

Totally confident that I will always leave happy with not just my hair, but the entire experience and so lovely to see all the familiar friendly folk that work there.

Leticia is such a great listener and is able to translate what you’re imagining into reality! Always feel in safe hands with her and she leaves my hair in amazing condition each time.

My first appointment with Callum and he gave me lots advice about how my hair should be cut to make the most of it and he did an excellent job A very nice experience all round all the staff are lovely too and a great experience

I had an amazing haircut with Callum — I was really nervous about making such a big change, but the whole experience was so pleasant and reassuring. The venue is absolutely beautiful, and the glass of wine offered made it feel like a real treat. I’m so happy with the result and would highly recommend!

A great new short haircut this morning for an older woman. Thanks Scott. He read the signs and we talked through the style and it's happened. Easy to maintain - no blowdry and a little conditioner and oil through the fingers. A younger look - what's not to like.

Such a lovely salon the staff where so friendly from my first phone call with the booking . I suffer from PTSD and struggle massively with visiting new places and unknown people but was made to feel very at ease throughout the appointment.

It was fab to see Rhys - as always. I really should remember to get my hair cut more often as it always looks and feels so good afterwards.

Absolutely amazing!! Everyone made me feel so welcome from the moment I walked in and Nina is awesome, I had very badly box dyed hair that felt dry and frazzled, I didn’t expect to walk out with good hair on the first visit but I did!! My hair now looks and feels fab and it has made me so much more confident- thank you so,so much!

James was excellent. His advice at the start of the appt, the wash, cut, blow dry… everything from start to finish was superb.
