Kirsty was recommended to me if I wanted a long bob and curtain bangs. I haven’t had bangs since I was a kid, and I’m so pleased with them, and the cut as well. This was also my first time at the Chapel in the evening and very much enjoyed the glass of wine :) Thank you!

Sarah completely reshaped my short hair and I'm so pleased with the result. Sarah really listened to what I wanted and she is clearly a very skilled and talented stylist. Perfect!

Ian was wonderful, I absolutely love my haircut, he understood exactly what I wanted and did it perfectly and efficiently. On top of that he’s a lovely man and great to talk to

Arrived very nervous as had two previous appalling cuts at a non associated salon. Staff were very welcoming and attentive. Rhys gave me plenty of time to discuss what I did and didn’t want. Left with a fabulous haircut cut. I would highly recommend. This is not just a hair Salon, it’s a happy experience from the moment you walk through the door.

Well, it’s always a pleasure coming to the chapel to have my hair cut by Rhys. He is such a happy go lucky person and also makes you laugh and helpful in deciding on how much to cut off, or change to different style. For me personally I like to have stylist that I can trust.

I had an amazing colour, cut and blow dry from Callum today. He made me feel very comfortable and understood my vision completely. I really love how my hair turned out, it's perfect! I'm definitely going to book with Callum again next time. Would recommend!

Her cutting skills are also great! I have very thick brown hair and the layering gives it so much movement.

The salon has a very welcoming reception. I arrived on crutches and was well accommodated.
I felt very much heard in terms of what I wanted re my cut, and was really happy with the result!
I had a lovely chat with my stylist, Sarah and would definitely go back again.
The glass of wine was lovely touch too!

I had an amazing first appointment at the Chapel with Nina. From the moment I arrived, the team made me feel welcomed while I waited. Nina listened to my idea and really took her time to work with me on how she would go about doing it. The actual facilities are incredible and everyone is very attentive.
Hair salons usually make me nervous and a bit anxious, but I felt the complete opposite of both when at the Chapel yesterday.

Ola was absolutely amazing!!!! Super friendly and a barrel of knowledge when it came to curls! Any questions I had she always had an informative answer. I’ve always struggled finding a hairdresser that gave me a good cut, but Ola has definitely taken that worry away. Will definitely be coming back! Very happy with my beautiful cut ☺️

I love my appointments with Clare. Firstly she is a great stylist and always listens to what I say but gently guides me as to what will work for my hair! She always remembers everything we've talked about, and is genuinely interested in talking to me. She's my free therapy along with a great hair style!

I’m so relived i found somewhere that i can trust with my curly hair to cut and style it right! Ola is a hair genius and also educated me so much on my own hair i’ve never had this level of detail in an appointment before! As someone who’s avoided getting my haircut since 2021 she has changed my mind!!!

A wonderful experience

I was feeling spontaneous and had been thinking about getting a hair cut similar to Daisy Edgar-Jones. Thought I’d check if they had a space on the day. And the gamble paid off massively! Nina was so attentive, calm and matched my energy for adding layers and a FRINGE to my hair.

Thank you for finishing it off so well Nina and explaining how I could make it look the same as she made it.

My son came in for a cut and layers and left absolutely delighted with the result. Nina was so attentive, took her time, made him feel comfortable and kept checking in to make sure he was happy throughout (his words!). Overall, everyone was very friendly, offered snacks, drinks and very welcoming.

A warm welcome from all the staff including a lovely young woman who I think has not been there long. Plenty of time in consultation before my cut and then simply the best cut I have ever had. I can’t fault anything - a top class service thank you.

It was my first time having hair done at The Chapel and Pietro was fantastic. I showed him a few pictures of what I’d like. As I have a wavy hair Pietro suggested slightly different style and I’m very happy with final result. I highly recommend Pietro and Im looking forward to my next appointment with him.
