Chapel is a sanctuary. I feel so cared for. Sarah knows exactly how to work with my hair. My colour is so natural and the cut leaves me with a low maintenance daily routine. I could not recommend her enough. Although.. maybe I shouldn’t be so honest, in case that means it will be harder to get an appointment with her!

As always so lovely to come to the Chapel and see friendly faces and get looked after. A really lovely experience..my hair is being well looked after by Nina…a great colour ..thank you xx

What a perfect first cut with Nina - and my first experience of The Chapel, definitely not my last. Nina really listened to what I didn’t like about my hair and how I would like it to look - I am embracing my natural curls/waves and felt very safe in her hands. I honestly can’t recommend Symon enough. He is such a talented hairdresser and always takes the time to really listen to what I want. Every time I leave the salon, I feel so happy with my hair and always receive so many compliments.
Symon is not only brilliant at what he does, but he is also so friendly, welcoming and professional. He makes you feel completely comfortable and genuinely cares about you and making sure you are happy with the finished result. His attention to detail is amazing, and you can really see how much pride he takes in his work.
The salon itself has such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. From the moment you arrive, you receive a lovely, complimentary welcome and immediately feel looked after. It’s clear that the whole team genuinely cares about their clients and wants you to feel comfortable, valued and special.

I love coming to the Chapel - always such a lovely welcome and without exception lovely staff..When my last hairdresser left at short notice I was pleased when Loraine suggested Clare, who is an expert with bob cuts and my hair has never looked better. So with many thanks to everyone at the Chapel.

Nina is fantastic! A true professional, i absolutely love what she did with my hair. Shes very kind and personable, I appreciate her attention to detail and kindness.

Highlight of my week- lovely to see Clare and love my hair. She really understands what I hope from my hair in terms of colour and cut. All staff are very welcoming and friendly. Also very impressed by the new science of colour wall displays and the passion of those staff designing them.

First time I was looked after my Nina and it was 10:10! Lovely lady, very friendly, professional and as for my hair - wow! Lovely cut, colour perfect!

I almost selfishly don’t want to leave a review as don’t want Rhys’ customer base to be so big that I have to pre book far in advance, but sharing is caring.
I have found in the past, especially with the same cut each time, that some stylists become a bit lazy with the cut - not necessarily their fault, it must be quite mundane doing the same thing every 6 weeks! Not so with Rhys. Every care is taken and never rushed, though he can get quite bossy if you cross your legs! But hey, he’s a perfectionist so I forgive him 😜 Another thing I love about this place is they are Never pushy about coming back in 6 weeks or booking another appointment for next time, but then I guess they know that you will be back- from a 62yr old who wants to look her best.

My hair is not easy but Leticia understood it straight away and we came up with a style that works. I am always happy with what she does.

It was time for a complete change of hair style for me. Kirsty listened carefully to my concerns and interpreted my thoughts into an amazing new style. I am beyond pleased with the new ‘choppy bob’.
