Went to see the lovely Hollie after deciding a Bob wasn’t for me after all, and I wanted short hair again. Had my hair washed by Tilly (nearly fell asleep as v relaxing) and then Hollie set to work on my frumpy locks. I feel transformed! Love my new haircut and as ever Hollie and the ladies at Great Hair were so friendly and positive. Would definitely recommend.

Fabulous facial completely relaxing though not keen on the smell of the products plus moisturiser felt claggy and just sat on my skin, such a shame as the facial was excellent

I went to the salon as I had a bit of unexpected time on my hands and thought it was worth seeing if they had any available appointment times. The lovely Germaine was my therapist, and it was her first day too!

She was fab: really friendly, happy to have a good chat and she really put me at ease (I’ve not been to any salon in quite a while). She is also really efficient and brilliant at what she does. She made what could have been an awkward experience (waxing) relaxing. I hope to book in with her again very soon. Facilities there are also great, with a nice chilled vibe.

Please pass on my thanks to her and to all the other lovely staff.

The best massages! Haven’t found a decent masseuse in Tunbridge Wells for years. My husband doesn’t like having massages because they’re always disappointing. Not now! Just need Zee to move in so I can have massages on call

Salon and staff are always lovely.

They just need to ensure that the air conditioning units and the tiles around them are cleaned regularly. I hate looking up at the dust/ dirt when having my hair washed and enjoying my head massage.

But it does not stop me going.

Love my hair cut and colour ??

Karen has cut my hair for years and I’m often complimented on my haircut. But what I love is that she takes the trouble to remember what we’ve talked about and knows all my family (something which my colleagues, even after years) never managed to do! A haircut is a really enjoyable experience

I have very short, thick hair and have found it hard to find a hairdresser that can cut it short but stylishly enough that I don’t have to go back every 3-4 weeks. Stacey is brilliant! I can go 5, maybe even 6 weeks between haircuts.

Although apprehensive about a new stylist, I was more than happy with the result.

Paul is a very experienced hairdresser, and and I am always pleased with my hair plus colour.
It is a really nice hair salon.

As usual Stacey did a wonderful job - great colour and makes me feel years and years younger!!!

Zarrin is both professional and excellent as a Beauty Therapist. She works hard to make the whole experience enjoyable. My only criticism is there is no suitable purpose chair for pedicures, which makes it both difficult for the therapist to work and slightly awkward for the customer to be comfortable! Going forward, management should consider this an option.

Zarrin’s facial was one of the best I’ve ever had. Plus she was a lovely person.
I was seen a little late so I didn’t get my full hour. However I wasn’t disappointed .

I came to the salon for the first time today and was very happy with my cut and blow dry. Chelsea was very friendly and took time to talk to me about what I wanted and offered good advice. I left feeling very happy with the service.

Was originally booked in with ***** who did a trim and added some colours. Sadly these hadn’t worked out very well & had gone completely wrong colour And in blocks/thick strips. ***** sought advice. What proceeded was nothing short of a Comedy of errors courtesy of My Long Hair versus Edward Scissor hands.. with the outcome being 2 revisits to the salon and I now have a frumpy brassy round bowl of hair that sits around my ears!!! As opposed to naturally dark almost black, sleek shiny long hair to my shoulder blades!!
